if a teacher quits in his job as a teacher there is a very important reason behind that.. either it is concern about his/her health, school problem or salary matters..
How about a better opportunity abroad? It shouldn't always have to be that the salary was low, or the school has had problems with me or the other way around. We parted ways beautifully, and I know they're happy with what I pursued eventually.
@SirSicat When a second language learner teaches someone their second language it becomes garbled chinglish. There are so many nuances they will never understand. Language is also culture but that's a topic for another time. Imagine if this goes on for generations. I live in Asia and witness it. They need a foreign teacher at every public school.
