How to flip pancakes in zero gravity : - Raise the pan slightly - Flip the pan 180 and move it above the now slowly flying pancake so it intercepts its trajectory - Flip the pan 180 again and set it back down gently while holding the pancake in place with something (a spatula for example) - Pat yourself on the back, you've just executed a perfect zero grav pancake flip!

I abandoned that program thinking that its sound quality was terrible, yet here I am sitting, positively perplexed by this inspiring piece made with Famitracker. With no expansions. I feel like a moron. I guess it just goes to show that 1) The DPCM channel is VERY useful, 2) Taking advantage of the multiple effects channels is imperative, and 3) it takes something like this to give you perspective on the subject. Thanks for the FTM.
After listening to a few songs, I noticed the music you make is well done and it's nice with some progressive elements, which I like, and after I heard what started at 1:07, I just had to subscribe. Loved the "turn" into that nice chorus melody part. Keep up the good work! With respect, from Finland. :)
This is fantastic. It's funny how with chiptunes especially, "spacey" is an attribute that can describe how they sound, but this definitely sounds 'spacey'. Everything you compose is neck deep in the funk~ You can't be held responsible for the breakdown of societal function when your music is played. >:3
I know i'm 7 years late, but at around 2:05 I could of sworn that was the Super Mario Galaxy Leitmotif. Anyway, Fear your stuff is wonderful. Thanks being a chiptune artist others can aspire to be like. :)
@ 1:49 magic pancake glitter causes a feeling like i was hit by a 10 pound pillow, by the end I feel like I just hit an 8-bit bong of NES hash, this song is a banger.
thinkin about how one would flip space pancakes.. you probably don't give them much momentum vertically, you just lightly bump them so they start going a bit away from the pan, then you take some kind of utensil and tap one side to give it a bit of spin and then push it back down into the pan. it's definitely a bit unintuitive compared to earth-pancake-flipping, but i dunno, i think it might be a bit simpler, cause you don't have to worry about gravity. course that's also the problem. i guess space would be a weird place to make a hearty breakfast

P.S.: You are incredible at what you do and you are a great inspiration. You might not think so (although no matter how modest you are, you have to realize that the sound you're making sounds good in order to like it yourself and for it to receive such good feedback), but take it from a person that recognizes the kind of skill and effort it takes to become good at making such complex, great sounding music as you do. You should be more popular, but music taste is down the drain these days.
