Full of cheap retail outlets and Poundland variations. Sadly the UK need’s ghettoes. That being said, I hear Wandsworth got gentrified. Any success stories outside of London?
How could anyone justify over £900,000 for the Hat Gardens pocket park? You say it is to open up the River Lea - about a mile away in Manor Park (a real park with trees, grass and birds) people can sit and enjoy part of the River Lea.

Lutonhas been backward and poor for decades. A little space in the town centre is not enough!! you've overseen Luton degrade and compared to towns of its size it is severly lacking!! instead of whining about the "crap town" reports, maybe see if the criticism is valid!!! it is!!
