As a fellow Pharah player, it's really not a joke. She's just bad. But also she's my favorite hero to play and the hero I do the best on. Used to be mid-Diamond basically playing Pharah only. But her ult sucks and is un-ironically a suicide key, she gets countered by half the game roster if your opponent is of equal skill, and good luck doing enough DPS to actually kill a tank, especially now that they're buffed.

Perhaps they should put a cap on the number of hacks she can get while stealthed, like after 3 hacks maybe she gets revealed? Or maybe she briefly flickers when hacking so the enemy team can sorta track you, but as it stands it's abit too strong unless there's a Winston or a Symmetra or Moira to throw down some AoE.
She already flickers while hacking you. And doing this is not particularly effective, since if you're not shooting all you're doing is a brief silence (1s) followed by them being revealed to the team, that's it.

Yeah, Looking back at Paladins, Skye has invis as well, but it has a duration with it. Weird Sombra doesn't have one.
It has a short cooldown once you cancel it, but since you can't do any damage while cloaked, they probably just said "fuck it" and let it be a stance
