Prior to carburetor tuning, setting the idle rpm too high can influence the tuning as fuel is sucked in directly thru the open butterfly valve which you cannot control by the fuel adj. screw, keep the rpm little higher so that the engine doesn't stall. For bullet 350 UCE engine three full turns loosening from fully closed screw is the factory setting. There can be slight variations from vehicle to vehicle. If you have a rpm gauge your settings will be precise.
Ok.. please clarify more. He told to keep the RPM anywhere b/w 2000 to 3000. Can u refer any useful link regarding this, please.

Can be tuned 2 different ways, each setting will be different.
Tune in idle speed for making slow jet spray at maximum pressure (improves fuel economy and balanced power)
Tune in 2000 to 3000rpm for maximum throttle response and power (forget mileage)
Using a digital pulse tachometer will make tuning easier and very precise

ആണോ... അപ്പോൾ lean burn എന്നത് കൊണ്ട് താങ്കൾ എന്താണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്
Lean burn condition ഇൽ piston crown temperature നല്ലപോലെ കൂടും
ഇത് piston skirt നെ expand ചെയ്തു bore ഇൽ tight ആയി work ചെയ്യാൻ തുടങ്ങും
Friction കൂടും, mileage കുറയും, petrol consumption കൂടും
Petrol കത്തുമ്പോൾ dry ആയിട്ട് കാത്തുന്നതുകൊണ്ടും friction അധികം ആകുന്നതു കൊണ്ടും valve നും cylinder bore നും sufficient lubrication കിട്ടുകയും ഇല്ല ഈ condition ഇൽ
High performance engine ആണെങ്കിൽ piston crown നു നടുക്ക് hole വീഴാൻ വരെ chance ഉണ്ട്
Valve seat ഉം valve face ഉം pitting corrosion ഉം high temperature erosion ഉം സംഭവിക്കും, ഈ problem വരുമ്പോൾ ഇടക്കിടക്ക് വണ്ടി തനിയെ off ആകുകയും start ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ cool ആയതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രം ആണ് start ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുകയുള്ളു
