I was 13 when i became a Quofan in 1973. Now i'm 61 and still play Quo every day. It's a mix of feelings. Happy they are still playing,Sad it goes to fast.. another lineup,but the Quo is even,after 52 years of beïng a fan amazing.
Nice to see the original members playing together one last tour.... Also very cool to see Mr. Rossi playing the ol' green Tele before he retired it. A lot of great rock songs were penned and played with that music machine. Peace.
When I heard this song on the radio in 1977 I bought the album 'On the Level' and became a big fan. After a few years I got hooked on heroïne and drifted away, although I bought some other albums.
25 years later I picked up where I had left and today I am in to the Quo big time again. Although the end is near by now. This is and was my favorite band and music for over almost 5 decades!

Being a younger Quo fan I didn't grow up with the original band but they still are and always will remain the best

been following this band since 1973. this is how i remember quo.
grèw up with Quo and love them to death.Seen them 10 times since 1978.They are a bit slower on their feet now but musically as tight as ever.Long live Quo !!!! Paul Nicholson ex Leeds now Sydney
Just goes to show how integral Alan and John were to this band
And I think that’s what Rossi hated about it, he hand almost full control over the other lineup but here he was just one of four.
And the other three were loving it with all its rawness and rock.
Absolutely magical to see them all back together as a band,the original and best line up of Quo.
So sad that this can never be repeated,RIP Alan and Rick
music is just as much about what u leave out as what u put in.... these guys have prooved that for over 50 years.... good old fashioned raw rock and roll no gimmicks... the best

As an outsider (like Quo, not a member of the Army, and enjoy In the Army Now), this sounds really brilliant. Superb guitar sounds, with the bass upfront and the drums on the case. Shame Prince Charlie didn't see this line-up!

There is only one Alan Lancaster, Quo was Rock n Roll when he was in the band, together with Rick.
I have the deepest respect for Alan the way he does the job now.

Rhino is a good bass player but without the rock feeling Alan had. Quo loosed a lot when John and Alan leaved. Like Rick, they was the sound of the band.

Rhino isn't a better bass player, just the bass player Francis need. Alan always sounded more rock, and of course, it was better for the band when Status Quo was a rock band.

Well Antony, Francis said that John was unfit , something john would probably agree, the reunion has been a fantastic success.John sets the pace and has been a revelation considering some of the videos I have seen on here,some of them where hes playing bongos in the background. Im glad they reformed , they maybe old and in some cases ill have brought happiness back to a lot of old fans,may they continue...

"...of a sold out crowd at Wembley..." Well, I was there and it was a great show. But it was NOT sold out, not at all! About 2/3 of the capacity, I guess.
