      @@blueprince5652 yes but no, tax in the philippines gets higher faster more than the amount of minimum salary and it gets worse when the pandemic strikes. Now the prices of daily needs specially food almost doubled on its price on 2019, and the salary is just the same from 2019 until now

      It’s true but, the place needs to have a lot of things for it to boom. It will take decades, number 1 secured job and second good residential districts and lastly, things to do for fun. Businesses such as restaurants needs to exist in here but in order for that to happen, the city needs to get populated by all sorts of social classes. And that’s the hardest of this, getting people to move down there

      @Xenosannn medyo mali ka dyan, you need people in order for this city to thrive. Walang incentive magmove ang tao dyan. Have you seen the place? It’s a ghost town, you can have all the investors but if the population is wayyy too low, it won’t go somewhere. It will take decades for this city to develop and thrive. Hindi ganon kabilis ang magbuild ng city lol.

    Hoping for Philippines to instill this green system for future infrastractures as well. We could be a green country and that'll give us more opportunity for tourism and a legacy.

      Until poor people learn to properly dispose of trash, PH tourism is doomed. I live way below the US poverty level with only my pension. My neighbors do too. No trash fills our neighborhood. Being poor doesn't make us filthy.

      I’m not impressed. So many OFWs or jumpers to well developed nations because Philippines can’t even take care of their own people. The government is so worried about putting money in their pockets that they’re so late and behind on the times.

      @@natehovee just sub man! i am impress that they well planned the next big city in NCR, they include the bike lane and the electricity cable below ground, unlike the old metro manila is like chaos :D now the people are curious about the land price near the clark city, is it still cheap? can you make a vlog about it? people are now more interested since the clark international airport completion and the follwing projects will be the subways from there to metro manila.

      @@juliane5632 It will come with its own challenges but the immediate concern is the over density of Manila. The relief this will bring on the capital's mobility & crime problems will surely be felt so the rest can focus on solving other issues. I've said it many times that making people move out of the capital & work on the other regions instead will benefit the whole country. This is a great start. Having all these industries be centered in one area is recipe for disaster in the long run.

So maybe they were just farming these government lands because, in the past, that land was a US military base, so maybe they turned it into farmland before these projects happened.

      @@juliane5632 clark is better. BGC suffers in traffic if you want to go outside. McKinley hills road, the other one going to edsa, not much road to pass through. Also, it is not really sa smart city yet. That's why Clark is still better.

      @@ronberi7773 The only problem is the roading system right but at the same time theres slowly opening up the finished roading, we have nothing to worry soon, maybe even the traffic there lessen but its still a great city, definitely better than manila with its places, no karens nearby all the time like in manila since sheesh i have a cousin living there in manila the middle class but in a slummy houses, i dont wanna judge but its definitely hard to live there, im better off in makati city

      It will be many years before foreign tourists visit the Philippines to look at New Clark Green City, but there are tenth of millions Filipinos eager to see/spend money to see the place right now. I heard there are so many restrictions to visit, even vlog about the place to the locals.

    I was quarantined in NCC last January 2021, and my view there every morning is constantly magnificent. Can't wait to go back there to WATCH or ATTEND an event, not to be quarantined again. Lol

      Let's hope the next admin won't ruin this one, else it's gonna be the biggest waste in the history of our country. I think this one is bound by ironclad contracts though. They say this could take 10-15 years to fully complete, I hope it's sooner than that.

    I was born and raised in Pasig City, one of the cities in Metro Manila but I'm actually contemplating about relocating to province specifically here in Pampanga... the metro is getting too congested and most densely populated in Luzon.. this New Clark City looks very promising and I'm considering to live here if I'm not gonna migrate abroad.
