Eh, personally i liked the Aurm alley event. It gave great characterization and honestly the management sim portion was fun. To say its unrelated at this stage of the game doesnt make sense any more considering 2.4's story directly references some of its events, while playing it isnt vital, its nice to get the extra context and light references.
Regarding about White Night sing along: obviously english isn't China's official language but many young chinese people learn English in their schools and many of them are very fluent with it. Even if there were older generations in that concert, they can still hum and sing with the melody. Music is a universal language they don't have to be good at English to sing 👍
