I truly admire u for your continuous effort. I have a question . How do u balance your mind looking at the chaos around the globe ? Did u ever lose ur mind ?

Thank you. I use a frame of mind that i extract from the Bhagavad Gita i.e. that this world is a training ground. One that provides you experiences that allow you practice training your mind to achieve a higher level of enlightenment.

@@arjunaavatar6368Thank you . I tried it but I find it tough. Being there and detached at the same time. do you purposefully stay from the negative ones or u just observe not judge and not take anything??

Krishna once said to Arjun "There are millions of people who pray to their beliefs don't even know that all those beliefs are nothing else but me, meaning even when they don't know, they are praying to me"

Perhaps my psychological makeup is more suited to being detached, perhaps there is an aspect of genetics, perhaps traumatic experiences in my late teens and early twenties have somehow assisted in creating a more resilient mindset. There is a good personality test on understandmyself.com/ that assesses an individuals anxiety baseline. I believe that understanding your own mind will assist in forming your own path. Ultimately as the Gita guides it is consistent practice of the 3 yogas that will lead you to enlightenment.
