  • Compassion literally means “to suffer together.” Among emotion researchers, it is defined as the feeling that arises when you are confronted with another's suffering and feel motivated to relieve that suffering. Compassion is not the same as empathy or altruism, though the concepts are related.
    What compassion did was for God TO HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF Man and to partake in and understand the suffering.
    Compassion/Mercy/Grace/Refrain from Judgment
    Matthew 23:23 (REBUKED THE PHARISEES FOR NOT FEEDING THE POOR)
    “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you tithe mint and dill and cummin, and have neglected the weightier provisions of the law: justice and mercy and faithfulness; but these are the things you should have done without neglecting the others.
    Matthew 9:12-13
    But when Jesus heard this, He said, “It is not those who are healthy who need a physician, but those who are sick. But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire compassion, and not sacrifice,’ for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”
    1 Timothy 1:15-16 put in patience as well
    It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus), among whom I am foremost of all. Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost, Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.
    Romans 5:8 - But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. came into the world to save sinners(TO BE MOVED TO DIE FOR SINNERS
    Mark 2:17
