Super helpful, I have a second black wire though and I have no clue where it goes. I have the ground off the battery attached but I don’t know where the second one goes
Hi! thank you very much for the video! it is super helpful. Could you please advise one thing. Recently I changed the stator and forgot the places of two light green wires. But as far as I see on your diagram - it is actually doesn't matter if I plug in the light green wires vice-versa. Am I right ?
Hello, I have a question regarding the stator. I am replacing the charge coil on the stator. I removed the old one because the coil was broken but forgot which wires connects to the coils. Does it matter which wire I connect it to for the charge coil? Are they interchangeable? Thanks!
I have a kawasaki 550 jet ski when I press start button the starter solenoid clicks, also there are two wires coming out of the fuel pump orange and a black and red can you tell me where they go thankyou
+Luke Watson You lost me at fuel pump. These engines are carbureted so there won't be a fuel pump. At least not in the sense that you're speaking of. There is a diaphragm that is driven by air pressure that pumps fuel into the engine.
+Luke Watson Could be a number of issues. Probably not your battery but test that anyways. Otherwise, it's most likely your starter or solenoid. Best way to test this is CAREFULLY connect the terminals on your solenoid with one of your jumper cables. If the starter spins it's your solenoid that needs replaced. If it still just clicks you need a new starter.
That's correct! I've been meaning to make a video just for the ebox but I recently sold my spare one. I should probably pick up a new one and get with the program.
on the stator the gray wire is it post to be a negative are positive coming out of it I'm using a light wire and on the red wire it's glowing Reilly light

+Dionicio Soriano I'm sorry, you need to rephrase your question. I don't understand.
I replaced the front sill under the flywheel and know the stator is not giving spark
Where’s the video where y’all start the thing up with a water hose in it.

Que tal mi amigo será posible que me mandes una copia del diagrama electrico kawasaki 650 ts pdf
where can i down load this ?
Just google search your "make model year circuit diagram"
Where can I get a fuel line diagram
I have js 550 not a 1000
+Justin Burkhardt The wiring diagram link I sent below will work for your ski then.
I love you
I love you too, Willie.
