Few things to add 1) Yes trangs gloves has +25%psn dmg I just forgot to mention it. Cut me a little slack guys 😉 that's why im using these gloves on the build 2) The build is centered around p7 farming and the gear would change if it was a p1 focused build 3) Im relation to curses, amp would be better if it was a p1 build
All mf sc and instead of casting lower res just cast amp dmg. On p1 psn nova will kill finenwithojt lower res and amp boost corpse explosion a bit more then lower res 😀 sry for the late reply I get a not of questions now on my channel
@@Dbrunski125 If you ever check these old vids, you’re making one huge mistake: You should poison nova before you lower resist. You lose about 1/3 - 1/2 of a second of poison when you cast lower resist first. That’s what, a couple thousand damage on each monster? With the rotation of Nova then Lower Res, there’s a good chance your merc has made a corpse and you can start exploding as soon as you’ve finished casting lower res.
Really like the video! Pitnecro is a build I really like. I did have a few quibbles or discussion points if you or anyone is interested. But keep up the good work! 1. I would be very impressed to see p7 pit runs with >7 bosses in under a minute. That would be better than anyone on d2net has done to my knowledge. 2. Those are not the only two way to use your curses. Again info from d2net, but most players that I have seen who have tested the character extensively have found that it's most efficient to use ONLY amp dmg. This allows your merc to get the first kill quicker, which is usually more important than poison nova dmg, and boosts your CE much more than LR (to be mentioned next). Not to mention this leaves plenty of skill points left over for golem mastery and/or amp. I think all of these methods work well, but amp-only is definitely an option, and perhaps the best one. 3. After conviction applied, the additional minus fire res from lower resist does boost your CE dmg, but not much. anywhere from 1.2-1.7x the fire dmg, depending on the monster's resistance. Whereas amp dmg boosts the physical portion by at least 2x for all monsters in pits. 4. While pitnecro can get kinda close in mf efficiency to other characters for non-tyraels items (necro is bad compared to others for tyraels specifically), I've never seen any runs that are closer than 10-15% worse for non-tyraels mf, when compared to pretty good pitzerker or AT sorc runtimes. I love the character, but can't see how he could be #1 in mf-efficiency for any scenario. 5. Javazon can also run pits very similar to necro. Similar clear speed but with less mf. So not better, but definitely an honorable mention. And by less mf I mean usually like 300 max for java, compared to a pitnecro who can stack around 500mf. So I think javazon should be pretty similar to your 265mf necro but I'd love to see how they compare for you in efficiency. 6. Just speculation, but I'm also not convinced that hoto isn't better than dweb because you can get 125 fcr and as mentioned before, pnova dmg isn't THAT important for pitnecro. But this is a moot point because you'd better believe if I had dweb I'd be using it :P 7. This is just my opinion, but points golem mastery and amp are nicer than points in bone armor synergy. Revives rock so I didn't really feel like I needed the weakish bone armor at all. 8. Why the heck do you have teeth on left click? XD
Hey buddy. I meant to say 1 min run with p1 build. I'll have to play around a little more with the curses. I'm not a pro at the necro thats for sure but I always fealt like lower resist and nova gets the first kill faster then amp and a less damaging nova and waiting on your merc to get the first kill. I'll need to get more time on the build. I really like the 125 fcr build with hoto but I think he's better suited to p3 or p1 imo. Minus res from d webb too good for p7/8. 125 fcr with d Webb requires gg circlets and caster amulet and fcr rings haven't tried it yet. Teeth is just for fun lol. Think thats answers all the questions.
Oh and yea on p1 or even p3 I dont think psn dmg is as important as your curses and ce. But for p7 I like the heavy psn dmg. Again just me personal preference 😀

Hope youre having a good time in europe and not spending TOO much time on youtube :P I'm under the impression that amp/ce vs pnova becomes more important the higher the psetting. On p1 or p3 pnova and unamped CE wreck everything regardless, whereas on p7, CE needs the help of amp to clear faster. I think it would be fun if you timed some runs and tested the different methods, but I understand streaming isn't super conducive to that. And the necro wrecks the pits regardless, but I like this fine-tuning discussions :)
Started 2019 june ladder as a pit farmer poison necro myself, and i have made 6bo cta enigma hoto found shakos 35viper soj etc... can be a great starter. Just be sure to get gloves for 25% dmg and shield(cantor trophy) and one other piece, this is important because the third piece whether its belt armor or helm, to receive the three piece set bonus of -25% enemy poison res from the Cantor Trophy.
PLEASE do a single player walk through, would make a great series Show going through the game with a sorc or something showing what you would farm each act etc. To get through the game an also start off a sorc like yours Really want to make one myself but the start up seems a bit crazy before getting to a point you are comfortable farming everything in hell! This would be unique and a great series! Great vid as always!

Found a dweb yesterday 2/2 +44 :) Gonna try this out as soon as I get a Jah rune haha But I still think that NOTHING beats a blizz or light sorc, mainly because she allows you to stack 300+ MF easily whilst maintaining efficiency and hitting your high breakpoints
this is by far the coolest (viable) build in diablo 2, at least for me. it almost is on par with a uberkicksin. over the years the necro has grown on me being one of the most versatile chars with very different and unique options. i know there are stronger options like hammerdin, bearsorc and blizzsorc but they are all kind of boring - poisen necro never gets old. thanks for this showcase!
It's It's great build if you don't wanna run the bosses since poison does sweet jack all to the bosses. So you need a swol merc to kill the bosses for you.
About the sequences. CE is 50% phsysical damage and 50% fire damage. So lower resist increase fire part of CE and amp curse increase physical part of CE. If u dont have infinity there is no need to recast to amp curse. So this "lazy" setup LR, poison nova, CE is absolutely fine especialy on lower players difficulty.
TBH the guide is quite expensive AND PITS can be ran with Hell javazon gear like shitty one at Day 1 of Ladder reset! Overall Very excellent guide too!
Dbrunski125 yes i 100% agree with ya that To fully run pits With javazon infinity is must but Since u are looking for more kills per minute and Archers are waste of time. Devilkins in pits are SPECIAL! Its a must to kill them

I remember been a level 4 sorceress and killing a champion shaman getting a rare one socked poison dragger. running around and stabbing creature and go to the next victim and by the time I got to it the first one had die great fun
I honestly believe a dual dream FB sorc is the best pit runner. Usually wipe out everything in your screen in 1 second or less and only thing you actually need effort to kill is the archers. I usually just teleport around casting static and the holy shock does the rest. Fireball is for archers and super uniques. Since dream has @res, MF and mana based on level its perfect for MFing. If not the best, it’s definitely the laziest way to MF lol.
Dbrunski125 on P1 - p3 it’s a breeze, on P5-7 you will need to static and ad light skillers to boost shock damage. It’s a bit odd to use fire skills with light skillers but you can go full lightning too but I find it that fire ball works faster and it’s more fun to cast FB over lightning. You can stack more MF as well with FB since you only need 105fcr. Dual Dream is expensive but you can also use dual dream on an enchantress with passion. It’s funny to see a sorc doing Melee with 60K damage. Seriously, you 1 shot mobs on p7 with an infinity merc. Enchantress with dream and passion kill faster than a GG frenzy barb or zealer. You can even do Uber’s with a bear sorc using dual dream. I highly suggest investing the 2 Jah runes.
Yeah, this build is so easy, that it gets boring lol. I usually just max light mastery, light skillers only if above p3, tele/telekinesis and rest into fire skills. I’ve done the passion/dream build. I have 07 arkanes valor (I played 07 and racked all the GG’s and transfered to my 1.13 acct). So when I play my dream sorc build, I usually invest skill points into Eshield, telekinesis, warmth and light mastery. I also put all my stats points into energy since my 07 Valor gives me more then enough vitality. I can basically stand in a pack of moon lords with amp damage and take very little damage.
Nicolás Bascuñán No, unfortunately the dual Dream is key to the build. It’s what does all the damage when combined with lightning mastery. Took me 2yrs before I could spare the JAH runes to make this build
If you run a thorns mercenary with insight you can use fire golem instead & all of your summons will return over 1000% melee damage back to the attacker.
Dude he didn't come up with any of these, the builds are all 15ish years old already. He just does a Google search and makes a video. Only newish builds will be the 2.4 ones but let's get real they have all be done before aswell, they just sucked before 2.4.
Great video D-man! Could you add FCR breakpoints when showing the FCR and maybe explain why you didn't try and get to the next one? Just having the FCR/FHR breakpoints on screen would be great when showing them in the stats menu.

I was trying out 3 piece trangs..i drop to 48fcr (i have 2/18 ammy), but get -90 enemy poison res (vs 75 and -60). Still haven't played Necro enough to say which one I prefer
I used to always make poison necro's for pits, I think I'm going to switch my summoner over... I will only be able to afford trangs, till I can find some stuff to trade though... If you're on usa east ladder and wanna do some pit runs, and help with cold immune, add ManiacMutt... We can come up with a fair agreement on how to split drops...
would make the best heckler build of the sorts. now only to second best is the nova necro good with cows. so knowing that much more. can you say this build is over looked and under archived?
bone wall is really good for herding cows since they run to it to attack it from off screen, aswell as some extra points in lower resist over bone armor for the extra radius is nice.

When you level up you get a skill point right? If you use a skill point on something in your tree then you just placed a "hard point" into that ability. Some abilities are 1 point wonders where you only really want to place 1 "hard point" into that skill
Guys, how those the dweb -X % to enemy poison resistence work? Is like an aura...any mob hit by poision nova gets also -poison resistence or is applying only when you left click attack the mob with the stick?
I built an extremely viable psn necro back in the day. You couuuld use dream in a helm to get the last hitpoint off, but I actually used dream on the switch shield. The reason you dont want it in the helm is because you need a godly 2/20 circlet. You also will be needing 125 fcr, not 75, unless you are switching gear out for a specific purpose. My inventory was actually full of gear targeted towards common duel builds. It was the hardest pvp build Ive ever done. Also, a better way to get the last 1 HP off is to use your fire golem.
Idk nihlathak pissed me off so much I experimented with corpse explosion being maxed out for a huge range. I have maxed out skeletons at level 35 mastery mage ... my blast radius I think is 8.6 yards right now and when I farm now any area I only use amplify damage and corpse explosion and one Mana potion lasts me an area now. The only downside is every run I have to start off with resurrecting free skeletons in pindleskin area but once I get 14 skeletons and mages farming anything is easy even at level 87 on player 8
Wanna try this on D2R, so I wanna ask you guys, can I use Obedience as a substitute for Infinity, if the whole point of using infinity is to reduce the monsters fire resistant?
You could use Mage Fists for that extra fire skill for CE. It's not needed but it does help especially if you are not relying on your poison damage for kills, but rather Corpse Explosion (CE).
I don’t really agree with your skill choices, Imo, if your gonna use revives then it’s a better investment to max iron golem for the increase return damage on thorns aura. The higher /player level makes it more effective. This is just personal preference but I believe this build works best at 125fcr. It’s either let go of the Dweb or use a 20fcr diadem and fcr ammy/rings to get 125fcr or just use a HoTo. Less MF or faster clear speed. Not sure if the poison stacks with the faster pnova but it sure feels faster to spew an endless wave of poison at 125fcr. Why no Trang’s gloves? 25% psn damage
The build is using trangs? I just forgot to mention it talking about the glove. Revives is more tanks for p7 archers. If I was p1 I would be running 125 fcr hoto
Dbrunski125 if your MFing, 125fcr is the way to go, prob 30-45sec faster per run. As to the skills, I think the points you used to max corps explosion would be better in iron golem. 15yrds is out of your screen so anything past that I would put into iron golem. Usually don’t have more than 10 revives per run so maximizing the damage output on thorns helps Imo, just my suggestion. After the important skills are maxed at 92, you have 23 skills left, putting 3-5 more into corps explosion and rest into iron golem works well for my style of play.
Hi there, I'm here for advice I'm playing Javazon soloplayer, so far was so easy, I had some issues in NM 5 act when monsters had lighting resistance, but I manage to pass it and kill Baal pretty easy, now Hell is damn HELL, a lot of monsters have immune to lighting and I'm kind of useless, Blood Raven with ALL undeads with lighting-immune was so hard to pass. I was trying to google it, I tried bows but its not helping at all, only reduce my lighting damage. How you manage to pass Hell with Javazon with all these lighting-immune mobs?
I’m thinking what if you had Amazon with low res wand charges on switch and the lightning javazon. Seems cheaper then having that expensive Necro with all the bells and whistles exclusively for pit running, doesn’t seem worth it to me
You do realize that charges will do about 200 damage over 2 sec? You get no synergy and it’s only level 5 or something like that. You’re better off using a zon poison skill Honestly, did you think that through at all?
the one thing i dont get is the bone armor.. why do you put one hard point into bone wall but not one hardpoint into bone prison aswell? the +skills on BW and BP together are much better then a few more aditional skill points into BW without skilling BP at all or am i wrong?
No need to Skeleton Mastery cos it is useless, and less Corpse Explosion and more to Lower Resist... I personally use 3 parts of Trang Ouls set. Shield, belt (can not be frozen) and gloves ofc. With 3 sets -25% Poison Resist. And more more mana regen and more more mana from items.
Skeleton mastery is 1 single hard point for bunch of life for you revives making them nice tanks for p7 archers. Lower res tailors off too hard. 10 more points would only get like an extra - 3 or 4 res not worth it imo. You could invest less in corpse explosion if you wanted to. Personal preference really.
@@Dbrunski125 true, especially without CE, i didn't think about that. but i know some people clear Chaos on players 7 then drop to players 3 or something for Diablo. I just REALLY like Chaos for runes/bases, ive gotten some of my best drops there.

is it just me, or does this build seem to require a LOT of hotkeys? 2 x cta buffs, skelly + revive, lower resist, poison nova, corpse explosion, iron golem, bone armor, teleport, town portal. essentially using the entire F key row, plus a heavy investment in high end gear. certainly a strong hero, but MAN is that an expensive build with MANY skills required
Whatcha wanna do is switch your F1-F8 default hotkeys to keys more convenient on your keyboard. I prefer to use the hotkey letters around Q playing with my fingers resting on Tab, Q, W, E. This makes it very easy to use potions and hold alt or shift.
Love your videos, love your passion for the game, but I also agree that the necro isn't your jam :). Go straight summon. You can do the same exact thing with waaaaayyyy more survivability, no need for infinity, and not have to worry about any immunities. The only downsides are CE only does 50% dmg to physical immune, and only above average boss killer. Darn. Also you can run virtually anything.
You basically destroy your insight to make the golem and he gets the aura from it. You can't get your insight back. Golem stays from 1 game to another with the aura and you loose the aura when he dies.
Is pits on a necro with 350% mf on p1 worth running? Im trying to find a griffs and dweb. I just did 1000 AT runs on a sorc with 550% and found neither.. am i wasting my time doing it with a necro with 200% less mf? I could use a pit zerker.. or just bring her into the pits on p1. i was just trying to switch it up.
Going from 350 to 550 mf is like maybe a 10% increase in drop chance for uniques. player count has no effect on unique/champion monster drops, it only affects the drops of minions and normal monsters. For normal monsters (and act bosses) p3 has massively increased drop rates over p1, but the difference from p3->p5->p7 is pretty small. Chance to find griff or dweb in AT at 500 mf just from unique monsters is 1/60000 each, or roughly 1 in 12k runs (assuming avg of 5 champs per run). So do another 5k runs and you could expect to find one of them, on average. For comparison the drop rate at 350 mf is 1/66000. So not much of a difference.

@@Dbrunski125 No, you said you use bone armor for the archers on the pit. In game it states it blocks melee damage, however every other site says it blocks physical damage. Generally poison necros use 2x fcr rings/15 fcr ammy/arach/trang gloves and upped homunculus with somewhere between 30-50 block for surviving cursed archer packs with fana or some nasty aura on the pits.

You only need 75 for on necro so you could also stack 300mf I dont get your point.

If u dont have infinity there is no need to recast to amp curse. So this "lazy" setup LR, poison nova, CE is absolutely fine especialy on lower players difficulty.

I would like to see some sub 1 minute p7/p8 pitruns with psn necro, cause i have never seen or heard that anyone is that fast. Would be nice to see some video with such fast runs. You probably have some data, cause you mentioned those runtimes in your video, right?

I honestly believe a dual dream FB sorc is the best pit runner. Usually wipe out everything in your screen in 1 second or less and only thing you actually need effort to kill is the archers. I usually just teleport around casting static and the holy shock does the rest. Fireball is for archers and super uniques. Since dream has @res, MF and mana based on level its perfect for MFing. If not the best, it’s definitely the laziest way to MF lol.

Dbrunski125 on P1 - p3 it’s a breeze, on P5-7 you will need to static and ad light skillers to boost shock damage. It’s a bit odd to use fire skills with light skillers but you can go full lightning too but I find it that fire ball works faster and it’s more fun to cast FB over lightning. You can stack more MF as well with FB since you only need 105fcr. Dual Dream is expensive but you can also use dual dream on an enchantress with passion. It’s funny to see a sorc doing Melee with 60K damage. Seriously, you 1 shot mobs on p7 with an infinity merc. Enchantress with dream and passion kill faster than a GG frenzy barb or zealer. You can even do Uber’s with a bear sorc using dual dream. I highly suggest investing the 2 Jah runes.
Yeah, this build is so easy, that it gets boring lol. I usually just max light mastery, light skillers only if above p3, tele/telekinesis and rest into fire skills.
I’ve done the passion/dream build. I have 07 arkanes valor (I played 07 and racked all the GG’s and transfered to my 1.13 acct). So when I play my dream sorc build, I usually invest skill points into Eshield, telekinesis, warmth and light mastery. I also put all my stats points into energy since my 07 Valor gives me more then enough vitality. I can basically stand in a pack of moon lords with amp damage and take very little damage.

Nicolás Bascuñán No, unfortunately the dual Dream is key to the build. It’s what does all the damage when combined with lightning mastery. Took me 2yrs before I could spare the JAH runes to make this build
If you run a thorns mercenary with insight you can use fire golem instead & all of your summons will return over 1000% melee damage back to the attacker.

I was trying out 3 piece trangs..i drop to 48fcr (i have 2/18 ammy), but get -90 enemy poison res (vs 75 and -60). Still haven't played Necro enough to say which one I prefer
I used to always make poison necro's for pits, I think I'm going to switch my summoner over... I will only be able to afford trangs, till I can find some stuff to trade though...

Hoto seems to be an ok replacement. You can also swap out an soj or mara's to hit the 125 fcr breakpoint with hoto.

bone wall is really good for herding cows since they run to it to attack it from off screen, aswell as some extra points in lower resist over bone armor for the extra radius is nice.

When you level up you get a skill point right? If you use a skill point on something in your tree then you just placed a "hard point" into that ability. Some abilities are 1 point wonders where you only really want to place 1 "hard point" into that skill

I would like to build a pvp poison Nova necro. What is the helmet I can use for holy fire kill when my opponents are at low health?
I built an extremely viable psn necro back in the day. You couuuld use dream in a helm to get the last hitpoint off, but I actually used dream on the switch shield. The reason you dont want it in the helm is because you need a godly 2/20 circlet. You also will be needing 125 fcr, not 75, unless you are switching gear out for a specific purpose. My inventory was actually full of gear targeted towards common duel builds. It was the hardest pvp build Ive ever done. Also, a better way to get the last 1 HP off is to use your fire golem.
Idk nihlathak pissed me off so much I experimented with corpse explosion being maxed out for a huge range. I have maxed out skeletons at level 35 mastery mage ... my blast radius I think is 8.6 yards right now and when I farm now any area I only use amplify damage and corpse explosion and one Mana potion lasts me an area now.
The only downside is every run I have to start off with resurrecting free skeletons in pindleskin area but once I get 14 skeletons and mages farming anything is easy even at level 87 on player 8
Nilly can be tough. Use a natures peace to nullify his corpe explosion. The bugged snakes bother me the most tbh.

Wanna try this on D2R, so I wanna ask you guys, can I use Obedience as a substitute for Infinity, if the whole point of using infinity is to reduce the monsters fire resistant?
Poison necro is bad boss killer. Use obedience on your merc and u will kill bosses faster because 40 crushing blow from Obedience.
I never thought poison necro was viable but good to know it's best in class for pits!

I'm wondering this myself. I think it might work on players 1. Any build that uses corpse explosion a lot would should work a lot better on players 1.
You could use Mage Fists for that extra fire skill for CE. It's not needed but it does help especially if you are not relying on your poison damage for kills, but rather Corpse Explosion (CE).
yea let's drop +25% psn damage to get +0.3 yards on corpse explosion, sounds like a good tradeoff.

I don’t really agree with your skill choices, Imo, if your gonna use revives then it’s a better investment to max iron golem for the increase return damage on thorns aura. The higher /player level makes it more effective.
This is just personal preference but I believe this build works best at 125fcr. It’s either let go of the Dweb or use a 20fcr diadem and fcr ammy/rings to get 125fcr or just use a HoTo. Less MF or faster clear speed. Not sure if the poison stacks with the faster pnova but it sure feels faster to spew an endless wave of poison at 125fcr.

Dbrunski125 if your MFing, 125fcr is the way to go, prob 30-45sec faster per run. As to the skills, I think the points you used to max corps explosion would be better in iron golem. 15yrds is out of your screen so anything past that I would put into iron golem. Usually don’t have more than 10 revives per run so maximizing the damage output on thorns helps Imo, just my suggestion. After the important skills are maxed at 92, you have 23 skills left, putting 3-5 more into corps explosion and rest into iron golem works well for my style of play.

I'm playing Javazon soloplayer, so far was so easy, I had some issues in NM 5 act when monsters had lighting resistance, but I manage to pass it and kill Baal pretty easy, now Hell is damn HELL, a lot of monsters have immune to lighting and I'm kind of useless, Blood Raven with ALL undeads with lighting-immune was so hard to pass. I was trying to google it, I tried bows but its not helping at all, only reduce my lighting damage. How you manage to pass Hell with Javazon with all these lighting-immune mobs?
you can use inner sight to reduce their defense or use 100 poison dmg stacked small charms to have more than one elemental damage too

Poison necro is definitely viable without dweb, me personally I can do sub 3 minutes with 125 fcr setup on p7
I’m thinking what if you had Amazon with low res wand charges on switch and the lightning javazon. Seems cheaper then having that expensive Necro with all the bells and whistles exclusively for pit running, doesn’t seem worth it to me
You do realize that charges will do about 200 damage over 2 sec? You get no synergy and it’s only level 5 or something like that.
You’re better off using a zon poison skill

the one thing i dont get is the bone armor.. why do you put one hard point into bone wall but not one hardpoint into bone prison aswell? the +skills on BW and BP together are much better then a few more aditional skill points into BW without skilling BP at all or am i wrong?
synergies only scale from hard points, so it's irrelevant whether he puts the points into bone prison or bone wall.

No need to Skeleton Mastery cos it is useless, and less Corpse Explosion and more to Lower Resist... I personally use 3 parts of Trang Ouls set. Shield, belt (can not be frozen) and gloves ofc. With 3 sets -25% Poison Resist. And more more mana regen and more more mana from items.
Skeleton mastery is 1 single hard point for bunch of life for you revives making them nice tanks for p7 archers.
Lower res tailors off too hard. 10 more points would only get like an extra - 3 or 4 res not worth it imo.
You could invest less in corpse explosion if you wanted to. Personal preference really.
every monster is already at -100% poison res with dweb/facets/lower res, also shield + belt have crappy stats too

@@Dbrunski125 true, especially without CE, i didn't think about that. but i know some people clear Chaos on players 7 then drop to players 3 or something for Diablo. I just REALLY like Chaos for runes/bases, ive gotten some of my best drops there.
@@wroogny You still have CE if you aggro mobs to the circle with bonewall, the bodies will stay after popping the last seal.
You forgot to mention infinity minuses physical resistance by 91% so it even furthers the CE damage so infinity is godly with CE

You don't really lose anything. Perhaps you could make an argument for swapping dweb with a +6 psn nova white wand. I doubt it would beat dweb though.

is it just me, or does this build seem to require a LOT of hotkeys? 2 x cta buffs, skelly + revive, lower resist, poison nova, corpse explosion, iron golem, bone armor, teleport, town portal. essentially using the entire F key row, plus a heavy investment in high end gear. certainly a strong hero, but MAN is that an expensive build with MANY skills required
Whatcha wanna do is switch your F1-F8 default hotkeys to keys more convenient on your keyboard. I prefer to use the hotkey letters around Q playing with my fingers resting on Tab, Q, W, E. This makes it very easy to use potions and hold alt or shift.
No trang shield for -25% psn res?
You need 3 piece trang for that. It's a good budget setup, not worth it once you get good gear.

Love your videos, love your passion for the game, but I also agree that the necro isn't your jam :). Go straight summon. You can do the same exact thing with waaaaayyyy more survivability, no need for infinity, and not have to worry about any immunities. The only downsides are CE only does 50% dmg to physical immune, and only above average boss killer. Darn. Also you can run virtually anything.

Only if you iron golem dies. Its stays with you from game to game :)
You basically destroy your insight to make the golem and he gets the aura from it. You can't get your insight back. Golem stays from 1 game to another with the aura and you loose the aura when he dies.

Is pits on a necro with 350% mf on p1 worth running? Im trying to find a griffs and dweb. I just did 1000 AT runs on a sorc with 550% and found neither.. am i wasting my time doing it with a necro with 200% less mf? I could use a pit zerker.. or just bring her into the pits on p1. i was just trying to switch it up.
Going from 350 to 550 mf is like maybe a 10% increase in drop chance for uniques. player count has no effect on unique/champion monster drops, it only affects the drops of minions and normal monsters. For normal monsters (and act bosses) p3 has massively increased drop rates over p1, but the difference from p3->p5->p7 is pretty small.
Chance to find griff or dweb in AT at 500 mf just from unique monsters is 1/60000 each, or roughly 1 in 12k runs (assuming avg of 5 champs per run). So do another 5k runs and you could expect to find one of them, on average.
For comparison the drop rate at 350 mf is 1/66000. So not much of a difference.

@@Dbrunski125 No, you said you use bone armor for the archers on the pit. In game it states it blocks melee damage, however every other site says it blocks physical damage.
Generally poison necros use 2x fcr rings/15 fcr ammy/arach/trang gloves and upped homunculus with somewhere between 30-50 block for surviving cursed archer packs with fana or some nasty aura on the pits.
It absorbs archer dmg
