She’s great! Love watching her with Tracy and Dani - she is an accomplished minimalist, but is kind and encouraging with maximalists! I think helping her mom has also been helpful!
If you matched up with a women's shelter where women have no coats/clothes because they have left abusive relationships they would love your donations 😊
This says more about me than about Traci but it is hard for me to watch this video. I have followed April's space making from the beginning and it felt satisfying and even calming. But Traci's videos make me stressed. Best of luck to her on her personal journey and to April for all her patience and understanding.
I am in total agreement with your assessment of Tracy's situation. I don't want to cancel April's channel. All I saw today was the movement of one pile to another pile. Think April is spinning her wheels on this client.
@@justmaria5806it might look that way, but this is part of a much longer process. It will take Tracy a few passes to be able to let go of more things. April can only push so much, otherwise Tracy will shut down.
Agreed 100%. I tried watching Tracy’s series back when they were doing her shoes, and I had to turn that video off after a few minutes because it was really stressing me out.
I feel like as things get cleaned up itll defs get better!!! Now things have a proper space too. You know things usually get worse before they get better with cleaning!
Tracy what great progress you have made. A lot of people think decluttering is to become a minimalist and that is just not true for everyone. Decluttering to me is to get my house to where I am happy with it and I can manage the contents. Keep on going. April you are so good at helping people and encouraging them without being judgmental about what they want to keep. A good example to me is the puffy coats. Tracy does have quite a few but now that she has them in one spot and can see what she has it definitely will help stop buying more. Love the video.
Thank you for your words ❤ I'm german and can't describe what I think so well in English. Glad you did it for me! 😊 Tracy is still ja maximalist and people have to accept that a maximalist is a maximalist and NOT a minimalist! I think the people saw too many minimalistic wardrobes under the decluttering topic and have problems to accept that maximalist exist too!? 😮
I enjoy watching you make space for Dani. Tracy on the other hand is more of organizing her clutter due to her having so much of every possible style of clothing. Kudos to you dear April for staying the course.
April has the patience of a saint here. On the other hand, especially when you have such a strong emotional connection to your things, starting "just" organizing is a big step. If she can keep this system she will see of what she has too much over time. And then she can declutter some more. I guess it's like loosing weight - and then maintining that weight and new habits. Then go on again. Still, some tough love can be helpful from time to time 😅
Absolutely the same! Dani is like the gold standard of getting your stuff in order, she inspires me so much!! Tracy is doing so so much better though and I can see she is working hard to let stuff go but I worry that the great unhoard might be just another way of holding onto things. I’m only 5 minutes in so fingers crossed!!!
To be honest, last episodes with Dani were quite boring, she is easy to let go clothes (esp it is easy if they simply doesn't fit her size anymore) but didn't get rid of much in the kitchen (stuff he likes). This is the same type of hoarding, just different category of things. Tracy wears her stuff but does Dani use all her Starbucks mug collection? I doubt it. I personally would suffocate and never cook in the cluttered (even after decluttering) kitchen like hers :( And also, I think it is much worse to hold things and never use it, eg like makeup collection they throw away with Dani. Wasted money, wasted product, took away from someone who could use and enjoy it. But we all have our lessons. It's good that she came to her senses now with April, but if you have looked at Dani before, you might criticize just the same. So let's not judge Tracey too hard, it is just the beginning of her journey, we never know how she will be in few years. Both ladies are at different points of their awareness, and kudos to April to show both ways!
A lot of people with perfect homes in the comments 😂 This journey is so fun to watch! An artist with a creative mind learning how to make and adopt organizational systems? Shes going to thrive! Yes it will take time, yes there will be shuffling, and yes she will find joy in creating outfits now.
Yes, so glad to see some positivity on here. It absolutely takes time to learn new things and to let things go. It will be amazing to keep this series going and watch the progress. Just look at Erica Lucas in the beginning and where she’s at now. ❤
@@pamelawantsmusic yes, I agree. And sometimes people change outfits throughout a day. Depending on the weather, events the go to or they just love to change outfits.
I am very minimal with my clothes, but I love this series with Tracy. She has decluttered a fair chunk of her stuff, and if she loves the rest of it and wants to keep it then that's great. It's realistic that part of 'making space' is trying to wrangle and organise collections like this so the person involved can enjoy what they have and not buy duplicates. I'm sure it will be beneficial to Tracy and will 'make space' in her mind as well as her home.
You can feel the love and joy of your clothes and how much fun you have with them. because of that I’ve tried not to judge. But OMG girl you have more clothes than my family of five have together. How do you possibly wear them all and remember them all? I’m amazed at how much you’ve declutterred but cannot get over how much you still have left. I’m in awe of you to some degree.
Clearly her special interest is clothes, just how keen cooks/bakers have tonnes of kitchen gadgets, recipe books, appliances etc. Other people may have a home office full of stationary supplies, or an art/crafting studio full of materials, or a beauty room full of products. ... We all have our hobbies. I wonder; what's yours?
@@pinschrunner I'm not gaslighting, or judging for better OR worse (and don't think OP was either). I basically said: people have hobbies, so have more stuff in that category. Plain logic, just applied in a ND way. Sorry if my phrasing was off. I could write you a whole essay on the subjects of ND special interests VS legit hoarding disorder (actual diagnosis criteria, compulsions etc.) from personal and family experiences OR I can simply ask you to watch channels like Midwest Magic Cleaning and A Hoarders Heart OR Remi Clog and How To ADHD to better educate yourself (like I am too) on these mental health issues ☮💗
People cannot have that extreme a change as fast as a few months. She is learning… give her a break. I believe she is on the road to wanting it organizing. Some of Aprils clients are going to have a longer road than others. I enjoy watching her move forward.
Perhaps tying a tag on that loop or the zipper labelling the clothing bins would help as they wouldn't peel off with humidity? Excellent work today, Tracy and April!!!❤🎉🎉
I love that Tracy is always herself, didn't change for the camera or to please anyone else. It's great to see different styles of organization for each individual. Great job! Take care, Linda 🦋
A sock pair for every day of the year! Bless! I need my house done, but I’m in Brisbane, Australia. Single mum of two teen boys, and I don’t know where to start. I love these decluttering videos and I feel inspired whenever I watch, but at the same time I feel overwhelmed when I look at what I have in front of me. Bin night is the best night but the most scary night. Even junk mail builds up and freaks me out! Emptying out the fridge of leftovers that the kids haven’t eaten scares me. Heaven forbid checking expiry dates…. I’m not a hoarder, just a mum who needs a helping hand getting my life in order
I'm on the other side of the world but I want to give you the biggest hug. Everything will be fine in the end. If it isn't, it's not the end. You are very strong!
Six empty bins is huge! The labels should help the housekeeper a lot. They really will make it easy to put things in the right place. Switching out seasonally is allowing Tracy to see all her options and enjoy her wardrobe. Hope she takes the time to explain the system to the woman helping her.
Seeing how the organizational system Tracy has been living with for a while broke down, and then tweaking things to fix those issues is so helpful. Nothing is perfect the first time around. Getting organized and staying that way has to be found by experimenting to see what works for all of us.
My first instinct would be to say is she has too many clothes but we all have a thing that brings us joy. Tracey finds joy in her clothes. It's great she is honoring them and storing them so she can access them.
tracy is adorable, but makes ME crazy. i will take out my frustration by decluttering MY crap. 365 days in a year. no reason to have more than you can wear in a year. going now to practice what i am preaching. thanks to tracy for INSPIRING me. 😇❤❤❤
Untreated ADD. Don't believe things will change for Tracy. Believe the host is trying to teach a hoarder how to organize her clutter. So many duplicates of items of clothing that could be used and appreciated by those truly in need. The more you purchase to store the more room you have to purchase and fill. Saw very little donated or thrown away.
I love April's nature - so understanding, personable and sees everyone as human! I don't think I've ever seen a declutterer so non-judgmental and flexible in their approach. It's really inspiring to see her help real people - these videos have made me feel empowered and got me into action rather than stuck in emotions or overthinking :) Gotta start somewhere! It can be process over years but at least it will be more enjoyable hard work and not so painful this way!! How lovely to watch them getring along like old friends 😄
Tracey is an absolute sweetheart and I love to watch her journey but oh my 🫠😵💫🤯😱all of those clothes makes me feel overwhelmed lol ❤ However watching Tracey really motivates me to clear out my own wardrobe!!! 🙏
I saw Tracey putting the empty coat hangers back in amongst the clothes -- I personally struggle with this because when I go to put something away it is just an extra task to dig through and find the hanger - now I keep all empties at one side of my cupboard and it really helps :)
It’s about making small steps and honestly well done Tracy! Decluttering will get easier the more you do it! But the fact you let go of so many socks is fantastic! 👏🏼
April, I love how adaptable you are with people, you can hone in on their personality/needs and really work with them so specifically. One thing that helps me keep the amount of clothes I have in check is that I always think, do I want to do that much laundry? 😂😂😂
Tracy is so sweet, and truly loves her clothes! I hope she can keep it under control with your help, April. I’m kinda glad I got over my shopping for clothes habit. It wasn’t an addiction, but going shopping just to shop is a waste of my time and money. It’s taken MANY years, but now I buy what I need not just what I want. The closet system was a game changer, and $$$ well spent.
I stumbled across your channel a few weeks ago and have basically been binge watching all the episodes. I used your methods, and yesterday, my spouse and I tackled our garage. It's now in 3 zones on the side and one big zone in the back. We still need to finish. We can pull both cars into it now. He was shocked that we made space. Thank you so much for your ideas April! 😀
Having labels when other people are sorting your things is so helpful! I'm disabled and have support workers, and things were ending up in such strange places before we got labels on everything. It's helpful for literally everyone who comes into our house, including me!
Looking at the amount of clothes Tracy still has makes me think of the overwhelming amount of laundry that could build up unless she is very disciplined about keeping on top of it.
@@minskysfeedbackyianni1302 I am a "minimalist" not by choice but by poverty. I have 8 pairs of pants, 8 shirts and 9 pairs of underwear, all donated. I do my laundry by hand, again not my choice. And still my laundry becomes overwhelming, 😅 especially when I have to do bedsheets and my bath towel. I just remember that I am thankful for every single thread of them. 🥰
@smarterthanawaffle Yes doing laundry by hand is hard work if you are dealing with more than a couple of light weight items. My late mother once said to me that the washing machine was the best liberator for women! That maybe sounds sexist but even now every survey I've ever heard of says the majority of women do more than 50% of the housework. My mother made that statement when she still used a basic twin tub machine, it took her a while to adjust to the idea of getting a fully automatic washing machine. Here in the UK twin tub washing machines were still not uncommon in the eighties. I hope that you are able to aquire a washing machine (even a used one) in the foreseeable. Good luck.🍀
I see a lot of myself reflected in Tracy. I am definitely on the spectrum of "clothes attachment" and love to express my creativity through funky clothes, however, at age 67 and being overweight my options are limited! lol! Creative minds are cursed/blessed with an abundance of child like enthusiasm for color and unique styles! The world needs all the Tracy's....as well as the April's to harness us in once in a while. I personally, have implemented the "container" method. Telling myself that the universe has limited my space for a reason...gently revealing to me where my personality has a tendency to lead me to overload and overwhelm. I totally get you Tracy...just keep plugging away and you will experience the freedom of less stuff to manage. Our creative brains were never meant to handle so much inventory! ❤❤❤ * I think labels on the outside of the closet doors would also be a big help, especially when you are in the beginning phase of learning a new approach to being organized. The house keeper would appreciate it as well.
Tracey is a very visual person (she's an artist!) so I wonder if open shelves and racks might work better for her than closed wardrobes. It's probably why stuff never makes it quite back to its destination.
I thought of that, but if there is too much to look at, it compounds the confusion and we get easily distracted. It probably is better to have it compartmentalized to make decisions easier.
April the miracle worker! I know it's hard to let things go. It would be interesting to go back to Tracy's in a year and see what she's willing to let go of after this first huge step she's taken.
Finally Tracey's episode! I am really glad that she makes use of all her belongings, not hoarding with no reason and then forgets what she keeps; also I believe she's a person who is able to enjoy little things and feel a true joy from life! Love her creative approach to style
I encourage Tracy to consider what "I wear it" means. Has she worn it in the last year, did she wear it last Fall/Winter or Spring/Summer? She has way too many clothes to actually be wearing them all each season. There just aren't that many days per clothes 😊
@@fabigrossi2976I agree. Sometimes occasions come along after a couple years and you are happy to choose from your collection. Also I’m finally slimming down after several stressful years. So I’m glad I did not succumb to giving all my slimmer clothes away too strictly. Feeling organized helps to slim down though 😅😂
Some folks love a good 90/90 rule! But some people have more variable lives, bodies, and styles…and more storage, and a higher tolerance for lots of stuff…
I'm feeling overwhelmed and crazy. I've never met anyone with some much stuff. April, I could not do your job. It's great to see that her space is getting organized. She has come a long way. Woohoo!!!
@@shirleyrankin-zf6nv yeah it is DEF the quantity that is freaking so many of us. i also couldn't be like you with only seven....i understand dress socks, work socks, sports socks, hiking socks.... but man wash 'em when they are dirty and wear again. years ago i lived quite a ways from the laundry and would wash socks and undies in the sink and hang on the shower rack. my hiking friends say "one to wear, one to wash, one drying, one emergency spare..."
I have experience with ADHD and hoarding disorder. I worry that when Traci says ”I’ll probably end up getting rid of more…” she is just saying that to please April. She won’t get rid of anything, but she will buy more. Without professional counseling for the cause of her hoarding she will continue on this road. I hope I’m wrong. Traci is a cute sweet bubbly person and I am hoping only the best for her.
What an enormous help you have been for Tracy. I felt a great sense of release when you finished the clothes. I can only imagine how much this new system will help Tracy every day. Tracy, you are adorable. Good luck with your new space. It must feel like a new place. Congratulations on getting through the piles.

I truly appreciate how you meet each of your clients where they’re at. You can tell you genuinely want to help them figure out a system that’ll work best for them. ❤
The sweat pants that are 2 sizes too big and the too small tee shirt are the most unfashionable outfit she could wear. It looks like something I would wear honestly but I care nothing about ‘fashion’ . I find it odd that she chose to wear that outfit when she is so attached to ‘fashionable clothes’ .I think I might have 5% of the clothes she has and I have way too many clothes.I am working on decluttering myself ,the areas that I have trimmed down have been very freeing.
It's a good start. It's progress. Honestly though, no one person can maintain the organization of this many clothing items. She like many of us will have to continue to make decluttering passes until it's a volume that she can get close to managing. I'm not where I want to be with it either and so I say this with compassion.
The good thing though, is that (at least I have found) it is so much easier to declutter more when things do become more organized. Tracy can now start to have that opportunity. :)
@@abigailmyers9472I thoroughly agree! Once like is paired with like, and organized and accessible the purchasing stops. I have witnessed this many times!! I help geriatric peeps. They just need someone to come in and tidy up from time to time, so they can more easily find what they already have. Labeling everything helps a bunch. I use a Sharpie marker on Painter's tape. It is so easy, accessible and super easy to change as the process evolves!!
This makes me feel like an extreme minimalist because all my off season clothes fit in one of those IKEA under bed bins, with the exception of a few winter coats and sweaters. And I’m in Minnesota where we have 4 distinct seasons. 😂 I’m amazed at the work you’ve both done to organize Tracy’s stuff. Good job!
Tracy is doing great and i really hope she can keep the momentum up. I have watched a few channels of recovering hoarders and it really is a long process. Churning the hoard, indecision, lots of emotions and organising the chaos before things start to move out of the home in a big way. Her posture seems different at the end of the video than it was at the start, you could see the relief in getting some order back. It will be hard work but please keep going 💪🏻
Question: Come next winter season, will Tracy have the skill set and discipline to do the opposite organization? In order to keep things under control, she'll need to swap out all the summer stuff with all the winter stuff. I could things going back the way they were when seasons change. Maybe April will be able to do a seasonal checkin! 😊
April has truly changed Tracy's life by helping her declutter and organize her clothing. Look at all the progress that's been made since the beginning! My only concern is The Great Unhoard project and if that will have the same amount of progress without April's assistance.
Great job, ladies! Tracey is doing her best. Keep doing what you are doing. It will fall into place. Hugs to the fur babies. Special hug to Izzy! I miss her!🐈⬛💜🥰👍
So, when the season changes, will Travy remove and fold all of her warm weather clothes, set them aside, unfold her cold weather clothes and hang them up, then put her warm weather clothes into the boxes and put them back into the closet room?
Great job on the organisation! Especially decluttering the socks. Hope the labels and bins help her keep the system. One thing which always helps me declutter more is asking myself how many do I truly need of a category of items 😊
I like seeing the client go through their process of organising and letting go with support to reach small and big goals. And the problem solving as you go. Realistic and kindness with minimal stress.
Tracy is such a sweet person, but oh my gosh, she still has enough clothing for 10 people. I own 12 pairs of socks! I hope someday she will be able to declutter more.
Decluttering takes more effort than collecting. Proud of anyone doing this as I know that this is sooooooo much work. The truth is that most of us have much more than we need. I am never critical of other’s items as we each have the right to our own way of living.
Wow Tracey, you are doing so well! With the change of seasons I expected a way bigger unraveling than we found. Excellent going. It's not a joke managing that much stock. I'm impressed.
😊Tracy definitely seems to be trying!! ADHD Peeps all have their own idiosyncrasies... and April seems to have a wonderful way of working through that to create both progress and a process!! I love her calm... " can do anything" demeanor. I will definitely listen to this series again when I am ready to downsize my own wardrobe... which is 3 different sizes... however, and not nearly as large nor interesting as is Tracy's!! Go April... you are rocking it regardless of the circumstance you face ! Love you!! This is so very real!!
Super proud of Tracy! She got rid of so much and now that she’s better organized I think she’ll let a few more things go too. All her stuff is cool though so I know why it’s hard to let things go! 😂
The sock block😆 I'm watching your videos with Tracy and Dani over and over again, they are so wholesome and fun🥰 To me, Tracys love for clothes is so relatable. Each piece has its own story and a persona that evolves around it - they just tell stories and bring joy❤ April, the way you work with Tracy on her home is so helpful for me too! I'm not willing to let go of most of my stuff (I did it once and regretted it later), and even though I'm quite organized already I still learn so much by watching this series😊
Love your series! Much progress being made. I too love clothes..and yarn..and fabric.. and books..and...lol. getting them organized after decluttering is a huge help. You are so good at helping her. I am in process of downsizing after being in my home 41 years. It's a work in progress for sure. I have given my girls things and donated lots. Don't want to leave my girls a mess to go through. We are all different and have different interests and attachments to our stuff. I know the season of life I am in that I am changing my perspective on things. Thatsock pile is amazing! I once years ago hada sock matching party with a friend. We had her children and mine helping..had snacks and celebrated wen done. It amazes me how mismatches turn up! 😊😂❤
Great job! We are all individuals and too much for one person is just right for another. If we have space to safely use our rooms and enjoy the people and things in our lives then it’s okay. I hope Tracy is able to find a balance where she feels less overwhelmed however if she always needs support and help with this, that’s okay too. We don’t have to cope by ourselves. It’s okay to lean on others for support. Hugs. 😊❤🐦
I missed Tracy! And wow, from what it was from the start to Tracy herself asking to color coordenating... so much progress! I admire so much that she has a lot of things but she WEARS it! She knows what she has. It's not just about how many things you keep, it's about making the most out of what you have, and she does it!
Holy smokes that's a lot of clothing 😳 staying on top of that much inventory is a mammoth task and I'd hate to see this beautiful soul get overwhelmed again after all the hard work she's done. I hope she continues to let go of things at the end of each season. For example, if she's about to switch out her seasonal dresses, any dresses that didn't get worn get donated etc. I wish her the very best with her journey
I am glad Tracy realizes that happiness comes form people and experiences, not socks. I know she had fun at places where she brought back clothing items, but now she can see what she can realistically wear within a year and what can lighten her home by leaving. Well done Tracy! Hopefully you can even de-clutter in the next 12 nth, as you go thru seasonally and enjoy peace vs. crowded. Peace to you.
Tracy, I have a tipp for you! 😊 You want to declutter more clothes during the seasons, right? Grab 3 big moving boxes and label them with "loved it!", "not sure" and "nope!", place them open in your closet room and then circle threw your season closet, wear EVERYTHING and sort it into the 3 boxes after wearing it one day! 😊 Personally I'm too lazy to pull things out of my full closet so I wear the same things over and over again and ignore the rest. But that makes the hording worse! The box method is helping me soooo much, so please try it out by yourself! I works! 😊
What I really liked about this video is how to manage the in between stages between first purge and clothes (or whatever the category is) all having a home
A bag of decluttered socks, a bag of donations, and several empty organizers ... Yay Tracy! Labels in place and organized closets ... Keep up the good work 😊
If she finds her labels are falling off, she could use luggage tags and attach them to the handles. Excellent progress, Tracy!! I can relate with having another person put items away in random areas. My Mom is notorious for emptying my dishwasher and putting items in random drawers and cabinets! LOL! 😆😆💕💕💕
Tracy! You did an amazing job keeping up on what you started!!!!! Your bedroom looked great, your family room, and the closets were only as disorganized as regular closets get. You should be so proud of yourself and all the work you've done!!!
I don’t mean this to be unkind but it amazes me that someone with so many and such interesting clothes chooses to keep and wear sweatpants and a plain top with a hole under the arm. I’d be amazed if there wasn’t something more expressive but still comfortable in that huge stash.
I get how it may seem that way to you. But you have to understand that people have different types of attachments to than things others. I don't love clothes as much as Tracy but I could wear a shirt with a hole in it just because I like the way it looks/feels on my body. But it is fine that you don't feel that way of course :)
Loved this video! Appreciate the importance of April getting Tracey to go from left to right and to what can keep, go or put in another space. i need to do more of that. And the folding sure does make a calming effect. This was awesome! thank you and see you in the next one. Happy for you Tracey!
you bring me so much joy! Had a bad day and watching this helped me unwind and you both are literally so sweet. A big part of why I like these videos is just the chatter and I've loved hearing so many stories behind your clothes
I'm happy about Tracy's clothing organization. It must be more fun for her to find clothes and style outfits now when everything has a place. That was a huge task to tackle from the beginning for both of you. Awesome job, ladies!
Great work! April you need to take a mental break! This much de cluttering can take its toll. You and Tracy have worked your magic to the max. Congratulations and Namaste! ❤
For me, I've found I have to set the space that X will occupy and keep only that amount. I have to release something to bring something new in . Also, EVERYTHING has a space it belongs. This works for me. My point? Each of us will have to try and id the system that works for each of us based on our personalities and the constraints we're working in.
Love Sundays and your new videos! For the labels with tape, you could run it through the handle and then stick it to itself so you have a double sided piece attached to the handle that you can write on and humidity shouldn’t affect it.

A lot of people with perfect homes in the comments 😂 This journey is so fun to watch! An artist with a creative mind learning how to make and adopt organizational systems? Shes going to thrive! Yes it will take time, yes there will be shuffling, and yes she will find joy in creating outfits now.
Agreed! 😊
I AM an "artist" who is HIGHLY organized
I am very minimal with my clothes, but I love this series with Tracy. She has decluttered a fair chunk of her stuff, and if she loves the rest of it and wants to keep it then that's great. It's realistic that part of 'making space' is trying to wrangle and organise collections like this so the person involved can enjoy what they have and not buy duplicates. I'm sure it will be beneficial to Tracy and will 'make space' in her mind as well as her home.
Absolutely agree, and it is nice to see how much she enjoys her clothes and knows them as if they were good friends. Seems a hyperfocis for her 🙂
You can feel the love and joy of your clothes and how much fun you have with them. because of that I’ve tried not to judge.
I wonder; what's yours?
stop enabling hoarding by gaslighting others
@@pinschrunnerI’m pretty sure you need to look up the definition of gaslighting or maybe someone’s deleted a remark
@@pinschrunnerStop being rude.
Exactly what I was thinking while watching. Looping the tape around the handle and sticking it to itself could also work well 🙂
I love that Tracy is always herself, didn't change for the camera or to please anyone else. It's great to see different styles of organization for each individual. Great job! Take care, Linda 🦋
The journey has ended. She is not just moving in circles. Will only continue to keep her dizzy. Poor Tracy.
She’s asked for entries from Australia. Why not try? All the best.
April said she’s looking for clients in Australia so maybe you’re the one!!
I would be so invested in your series if you applied and April chose you!☺️
I'm on the other side of the world but I want to give you the biggest hug. Everything will be fine in the end. If it isn't, it's not the end. You are very strong!
Deal with one step at a time. Hugs to you
Six empty bins is huge!
Not gonna lie tracy drives me nuts but at least she makes me want to declutter my stuff even more 😅
"At least I am putting it in the area" That is highly relatable..
Knowing where things are/like with like is a HUGE part of it!
On those cloth storages containers. Maybe something like luggage tags looped on the end handle, might be a better permanent solution for labels
Ooo, what a clever idea!
tracy is adorable, but makes ME crazy. i will take out my frustration by decluttering MY crap. 365 days in a year. no reason to have more than you can wear in a year. going now to practice what i am preaching. thanks to tracy for INSPIRING me. 😇❤❤❤
@@YasminaBluei love Tracy for being herself. The opposite of sad beige. Amazing!
@@justmaria5806 i think i remember it is treated. It was addressed in an earlier episode
I agreeeeee! As I learn to declutter, my goal is that I can ONLY KEEP what I have space for in my bedroom closet, and in my “off season” space!
.
I agree, oh my goodness
I love April's nature - so understanding, personable and sees everyone as human! I don't think I've ever seen a declutterer so non-judgmental and flexible in their approach. It's really inspiring to see her help real people - these videos have made me feel empowered and got me into action rather than stuck in emotions or overthinking :) Gotta start somewhere! It can be process over years but at least it will be more enjoyable hard work and not so painful this way!! How lovely to watch them getring along like old friends 😄
Tracey is an absolute sweetheart and I love to watch her journey but oh my 🫠😵💫🤯😱all of those clothes makes me feel overwhelmed lol ❤
However watching Tracey really motivates me to clear out my own wardrobe!!! 🙏
I saw Tracey putting the empty coat hangers back in amongst the clothes -- I personally struggle with this because when I go to put something away it is just an extra task to dig through and find the hanger - now I keep all empties at one side of my cupboard and it really helps :)
Tracy is doing a good job organizing , she does have a lot of clothes. Hopefully she can declutter slowly.
The fact that you got all the clothes in the space she already has is mind blowing. It went from spilling out everywhere to contained!
Great job! 😊❤🐦
* I think labels on the outside of the closet doors would also be a big help, especially when you are in the beginning phase of learning a new approach to being organized.
What an amazing memory Tracy has.
Joy! I love Tracy!! Her ebullience and eccentricity make me simultaneously laugh and shake my head in disbelief 😅😅😅
Crazy and chaotic.
This concept does not work for me. I have often started using or wearing things again that I didn't touch for two, three, five years.

I am actually amazed at the progress Tracy had made.. I can’t believe how organized and calm her “closet” looks now.
Traci is a cute sweet bubbly person and I am hoping only the best for her.
did you find a reason for your hoarder? yes/ no ? just thinking its long wayyy
After seeing Tracy's AND Dani's apartments, I officially LOVE Korea 🇰🇷
What an enormous help you have been for Tracy. I felt a great sense of release when you finished the clothes. I can only imagine how much this new system will help Tracy every day. Tracy, you are adorable. Good luck with your new space. It must feel like a new place. Congratulations on getting through the piles.
I truly appreciate how you meet each of your clients where they’re at. You can tell you genuinely want to help them figure out a system that’ll work best for them. ❤
I imagine the switch from summer to winter will be intense--winter takes up more space! Would love to see you revisit for that shift!
It cracks me up that with all the hundreds of pieces of clothing that Tracy has - she's wearing a shirt w/a hole under the arm! Lol!
I noticed that too! 😅
I wear things goodbye if I love them but notice sth unfixable, hope that’s what Tracy did too 😃
The sweat pants that are 2 sizes too big and the too small tee shirt are the most unfashionable outfit she could wear.
I am SO PROUD of Tracy for having a big discard pile!!!

You can lead a horse to water but…….🫤
April has truly changed Tracy's life by helping her declutter and organize her clothing. Look at all the progress that's been made since the beginning! My only concern is The Great Unhoard project and if that will have the same amount of progress without April's assistance.
I really admire people who can figure out what they need and what they don't. Then have the patience to organize it all. Great job, Tracy and April!
Go Tracy!!! Grow that declutter muscle!! 💪🎉

So, when the season changes, will Travy remove and fold all of her warm weather clothes, set them aside, unfold her cold weather clothes and hang them up, then put her warm weather clothes into the boxes and put them back into the closet room?
🫤😬🤨
yes i thought about it, its sounds impossible task for adhd, just because its huge and boring.
I loved at the end she was so happy and felt so good and seemed like someone I would want to be friends with! Tracy you’re doing amazing!!!!

The new closets are amazing and making it possible for her to find her clothes better. Love all the hard work in this video ❤

Super proud of Tracy! She got rid of so much and now that she’s better organized I think she’ll let a few more things go too. All her stuff is cool though so I know why it’s hard to let things go! 😂
The sock block😆 I'm watching your videos with Tracy and Dani over and over again, they are so wholesome and fun🥰
To me, Tracys love for clothes is so relatable. Each piece has its own story and a persona that evolves around it - they just tell stories and bring joy❤
April, the way you work with Tracy on her home is so helpful for me too! I'm not willing to let go of most of my stuff (I did it once and regretted it later), and even though I'm quite organized already I still learn so much by watching this series😊
This makes me feel so much better about myself and MY "clutter"!
This has become my early Sunday morning ritual with a cup of coffee! ❤. Thank you Tracy and April.
I can't wait to see Tracy's place is all clean and organize.
Hugs. 😊❤🐦
With April’s caring focused tenacity 🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I missed Tracy! And wow, from what it was from the start to Tracy herself asking to color coordenating... so much progress!
I admire so much that she has a lot of things but she WEARS it! She knows what she has. It's not just about how many things you keep, it's about making the most out of what you have, and she does it!
This!
Thank you, Tracy, for allowing us to see your organization process. I appreciate it!
I think Traci did an amazing job. Not everyone is a minimalist. Now she can find and enjoy the things she loves so much. Great job Traci and April!! ❤
if there's something am learning about myself on this channel is that am a minimalist i actually have nothing or little stuff
I'm proud of Tracy for continuing the process! I was worried with no updates in a while. Go Tracy!
You want to declutter more clothes during the seasons, right? Grab 3 big moving boxes and label them with "loved it!", "not sure" and "nope!", place them open in your closet room and then circle threw your season closet, wear EVERYTHING and sort it into the 3 boxes after wearing it one day! 😊
Personally I'm too lazy to pull things out of my full closet so I wear the same things over and over again and ignore the rest. But that makes the hording worse! The box method is helping me soooo much, so please try it out by yourself! I works! 😊
What I really liked about this video is how to manage the in between stages between first purge and clothes (or whatever the category is) all having a home
I love that you got to the sock project and more in depth organizing, makes my organizing heart happy😂
LOL! 😆😆💕💕💕
You know how they say dogs look like their owners? This is so true for Tracy! I love it.
That’s not mean imo, Tracy has some lovely pieces and a top with a hole should go in the trash/recycling and not be missed.
I get how it may seem that way to you. But you have to understand that people have different types of attachments to than things others. I don't love clothes as much as Tracy but I could wear a shirt with a hole in it just because I like the way it looks/feels on my body.
But it is fine that you don't feel that way of course :)
I think Tracy enjoys having the clothing more than she enjoys wearing them.

Ok, I think I might go on a clothing no buy for a while 😂
Damn this wardrobe is fabulous! Such cool pieces of clothing, and the organizing it make them shine x10000
