The intransigence of Punjab to give water to water starved Haryana brothers is astounding! Soo much water is wasted going to Pak from Punjab whether rivers /drains /nalas /monsoon-rivulets but that is okay! No schemes to harvest or preserve water whether urban or rural in Punjab.
