    Sir, few years ago I used to do cycling for 4 hours a day but I stopped it since 1 Year and I gained weight like 90kilos, became obese and developed various health problems.Inspired by you I started running and weight training. Now, I've been overcoming all my health ailments. I'm also feeling good and energetic. So Maintaining Calories intake and Use is crucial to avoid health complications.

    Sleep should also be in moderation. Too much sleep makes the waking hours low on energy and makes you lazy. About sleeping less, everyone knows about that.

    Chetan ji, I would like to add yoga or stretches as fourth pillar of exercise. In exercise, it is always good to do aerobic exercise, strength training, stretches or yoga combined( Ofcourse depending on time, these can be planned on different days or mix them in to a single session). If possible , while exercising, do them with present mindedness, it covers another excellent base that is meditation. This is the package I use, and I am 52 year old with good physique and health.     I have been following your TH-cam channel since last week, sir it's so wonderful that you are not only a modern writer but also a youth icon and consistently trying to bring a small change in others' life. somewhere somebody is getting motivated by you. I think you played a small role in many other people's successful life stories. Maybe be some people feel sad by some of your remarks but at the end of the life what matters is whether you stand up against the wrongdoing. I read your last published book and It's good that sir, you are also exploring other genres. i must admit that your books were like an opening door for me towards other English books. I wish you a happy life sir, keep on doing good work, keep inspiring youth.

    I realized we,as pupils, need to build a strong stamina and a healthy body and mind through the three pillars, you mentioned sir:exercise, diet and sleep.
    P.S : I too was excited to hear that dear 'sleep' is a part of the 'Three pillars'of Health😅

    Great video. Sleep, exercise and good diet are like a tripod stand. However discipline is very important as well in order to implement the above.

    For diet: plant based diet is most healthy! And avoiding processed food, dairy, meat and eggs. That worked like miracles for me!

    Food is for nutrition keep it like that dont make food a source of pleasure/entertainment, for that you have comedy/movies etc. For good health see that whatever you eat is good for you and not an addiction.
