•Doodh (Milk) 1cup
•Anday (Eggs) 2
•Cheeni (Sugar) 1cup
•Suji (Granulated Wheat) 1cup
•Maida( All purpose flour) 1cup
•Vanilla Essence -1tbsp
•Badam (Option) as you required
•Bread Crumbs 4-5 slices/½cup
•Baking Powder ½tsp
~RECIPE IN URDU:

1) Aik bowl Mae 2 anday (Egg) add kr ka ache SA
whisker Yan Spoon ki madat sae mix Karyn
(2-3mins).
2) Cheeni 1cup add Karyn , isko bhi mix Karna ha
(2,3 mins) takae cheeni ache sae mix ho jaye
3) Suji -1cup/ Maida -1cup/ Vanilla essence 1tbsp aik
Sath hi mixture Mae add kr lyn or phir mix Karyn.
4) Doodh 1cup thora Thora kr kae add krna ha takay
aik smooth sa better tyar ho sakay.
(doodh zarort Kay mutabik istamal Karna ha)
5) Dry Fruits Jonsay bhi ap istamal krna chahyn usky
Sath hi Fresh Bread Crumbs 4-5 slices kay Mae nae
is Mae add kiye ap readymade (Bazar) ka bhi use
kr saktay hyn ½cup again achay sae mix krna hae.
6) Last pyh baking Powder ½tsp add kr kae just few
seconds kae liye mix krna.
7) Aik karahi Mae Oil add kr kae Flame on kr dyn jb oil
achy say garam ho jaye to flame slow kr kae
mixture ko sapoon ki madat sae add karay or
medium flame pyh isay tyar Karyn.
