@@BirdShotIV deffs a looker and nice for a collectable. I usually use my knives for wateva they built for but i have a few that i just like to show friends when they come over cuz they ignorant to this culture and usually i end up getting those people their first knife to start the awakening😂

I’ve owned one for a few months, and despite some initial skepticism, it’s turned out to be a helluva lot of fun. Not an EDC piece for me, but I’ve used it a lot at home and over the weekends with nary a complaint. The build quality and materials are far better than most CRKT offerings (Ivory Micarta!), and the price feels like pretty good value. Yeah, it looks like prop from a bad sword & sorcery movie, but quality and functionality are there…sometimes it’s nice to have a knife that is just fun. If the size and assist are the major deal breakers for anyone, Alan Folts makes a 60% custom version of his Ritual called the Rite. It’s basically a downsized version of the Ritual with uber-premium materials and no assist…it actually makes a pretty slick gent’s knife, if you’re a fan of the Persian style. In it’s defense, the Ritual would need to be decked out with dragons, skulls, flames, etc. to be a true junk fantasy knife 🙃
This Persian/middle eastern scimitar-like knife is “not my cup of tea” but it would make one helluva letter opener ( most of my knife collection has been used as letter openers at one time or other )…!!!😄
It's the Santa Clause of blades with all that belly haha! Did y'all know that to test for big bonedness is if your middle finger and thumb can't touch when you grab your wrist? My dad always told me that I have a large frame because my wrist dwarfs his, but I can touch my ring finger and thumb together. I'm like 6'3" and my dad is like 5'10 or so. I know probably nobody gives a damn but whatever. Great video y'all.

Fail. Pocket scimitar. Cheap Chinese junk. OK in all fairness 12C27 is not horrible, easy to sharpen and works fine, Micarta is good but I don't like spending a lot for Chinese knives even if they do make some better knives (Ruike or whoever they are) I wont buy them and would rather buy American. It's just a clunker. The first CRKT I ever bought, some Stainless partially skeletonized design from 25 years ago or so fell apart in the washing machine the first time it was left in the pocket and I never bought anything else from them. Maybe I'm biased but they earned that. Benchmade, Kershaw's usa and Spyderco's usa all work well.
I guess my taste is more on the conservative side, cos to me that's so FUGLY, only a mother could love it. First time I saw this a few months ago, first thing that came to mind was "gimmick".
It's stupid and hideous... Sorry Bird. I wouldn't give $10. Now the CRKT Foresight is way cool. 😎 (Except the pocket clip is literally the worst pocket clip on any knife in all the world.)
