I nearly had a panic attack thinking I got hacked or something (dramatic, I know, but I get paranoid) My phone wouldn't stop downloading these random apps. Thank you so much for the guide!
Its not just version. I had phones from different carriers and they all lvoed installing apps particularly game apps upon a system update. It's literally something these companies shouldn't be allowed to do. Features that pull that bs should be illegal. I see it as nothing short of a invasion of privacy.
Thanks for the information. This just started as far as I can tell. I personally resent that I have to tap TH-cam to like and make comments. Does this affect your algorithms?
It does, he just forgot to mention that it may be hidden at 1:07 minutes in the video. Pause video. It's considered a "system app", IKR!. - Tap the filter icon on the right across from "Your apps". - Then tap, "Show system apps" to enable. Tap OK. Now continue with his video...
My phone showed... App downloaded from Mobile Services Manager click Force Stop click Disable delete all newly downloaded apps it installed My question is, where did Mobile Services Manager come from?
I hate watching videos for simple solutions, but after reading 3 articles telling me nonsense, this was a godsend. Thank you for showing this!
Same thing. Google seems to love to give outdated info about stuff like this above all.

Thank you so much 5 stars. Why on earth would Verizon want to do this to their customers? Just a plain nuisance.
I don't think it's Verizon doing it
They get paid to install bloatware each time you do a security update

For me it was the galaxy store forcing unwanted apps on my phone.
My phone showed... App downloaded from Mobile Services Manager
click Force Stop
click Disable
delete all newly downloaded apps it installed
My question is, where did Mobile Services Manager come from?
Its probably a pre-installed carrier or manufacturer app that they named it that way.
thank you
But my phone downloads and then deletes😭😭😭, still very helpfull tho hope there will be a time where i can spot the random app before it gets deleted
