It’s hard to understand this knife when you can buy a magnacut Deka and put OG aluminum scales on it for less than $200…American made, better action. Perfect.
Exactly what I did. I am extremely satisfied with the results.
Could not agree more with Jwiz. My second modern folder was a Mini Grip. Still have it out of sentimentality, but it is meh at best. Saw a great deal on a Bugout and set of Flytanium scales that are also still in my possession. With reviews like this, it will be a long time before I get another Benchmade.
Shootout is a good one, but there is absolutely no reason to pay retail of $270+
It goes on sale for like $200 which is honestly not too bad for it being a unique OTF, got mine second-hand for $190
Unfortunately, auto’s are not allowed where I live.
This is my first Benchmade and I love it immensely! Very nice action and looks/feels amazing!!
It's an excellent little knife. And this one has better action than other's I've handled... But for $300 there is A lot of exciting stuff available.

The price is ridiculous. I love a lot about this, but solely the price is what would stop me getting one. I hope they learn.
I've owned a few Benchmades, the mini and full grip and Osborne. Once this and the narrows came out I was done with Benchmade and their OVERPRICED products.

I swear the butterfly boys have lost their fang minds. They have some cool stuff but the jacked up pricing takes away all the cool factor.

That is crazy pricing for it. It's like 40% less than retail. No wonder they sold out of them. For a small knife it is very discreet and that is it's most appealing feature. It's definitely a slow roll with the thumb, cut, close and in the pocket, and no one knows you even have a knife. The aluminum handle is done well and a nice thin M4 blade. I think this knife is better than advertised.
Good Knife... way too expensive. That's honestly my biggest/only complaint.
how do you think this compares to the berg mini barber (reate) that's half an inch longer for $295. Do you think that has more value to offer than the full immunity for almost the same price?

I just bought a Bugout having never actually seen one in person. My initial impression was shock at how small it is. That said, now that I've had a chance to carry it, it's a near-perfect EDC. I wouldn't want to depend on it in the woods, however.
The mini-bugout is a lil guy, for sure.
and super light . It’s an easy choice for summer shorts imo or some lightweight Spydercos 👍

Gosh, when it first came out (this same year) it was $270 and everybody recoiled at the price, so they increased the price to 292?? 🙄
I scored one early for 195 and was happy enough with that. It is a good little knife, feels quality. I never carry it 😆

For that outrageous price, it should have titanium scales and a Magnacut blade at the very least. I stopped buying BM years ago. The Kershaw Iridium is a better knife at half the price
