I found the ending really conforting. The fact they lived a fulfilling and beautiful life, getting the chance to be parents and at the end finding each ituer again. Absolutely beautiful
I loved this show so much. From start to end, no matter what people say about the last few episodes. So glad there was a good ending. Seeing them have a kid, then Hyun-woo grow old walking around in that beautiful snowy area alone and visiting Hae-ins grave killed me. Knowing he out lived her like omg I was not expecting that. But at the same time that's just life, it happens. I like the realism. Also Hearing Kim Soo-hyun singing in the background was so beautiful! and last but not least seeing the family portraits at the end killed me for some reason lol. I will miss this emotional rollercoaster of a show! Thank you for your reactions! I really enjoyed watching them.

The last scene is a happy ending, and the writer originally filmed the sad ending, but changed it to a happy ending again considering that viewers would not respond well. The sad ending ended with a scene where the heroine died a few years after giving birth and only the child and male protagonist were in the family picture frame of the last scene. 그나저나 우는 것도 이쁘시면 어떡해요..하ㅠ 내 심장
@@CloeUnni First of all, in the last scene, the family photo frame, when the daughters of the main characters were in infancy, there were no pictures taken with their parents in the back, only pictures taken in Yongdu-ri, and one scene leaked before the last episode showed that the date of death of the Red Sea was 2034, not 2074.So when I made a lot of guesses about the date of death of the Red Sea people, it was obvious that it was a sad ending, so there was a lot of backlash from viewers haha.. So I heard they hurriedly re-shooted it again with a happy ending a few weeks before the last episode aired, but I'm not sure about this..Anyway, that's right. LOL
I think we actually got a good sense of what marriage is really like and I think that is what the writer is trying to show us. They're teaching us about trust, communication, and how to love enduringly. It might be bittersweet ending, but that's the reality of life, right? That no one can escape death. As you get older, one of you will die first, and the other half will be left behind. It's sad and terrifying, but that's just how it goes. It's the real definition of grow old with you till death do us apart. Their love for each other is patient and kind. Though it's just a drama, the meaning behind it has deeply affected me. Let's hope we all find that kind of love ❤️ one that always protects, trusts, and perseveres. Wouldn't that be nice?
