QOT is such an amazing drama not because Kim Jiwon and Kim Soohyun are my faves,but because of how well made the drama is from the casting,storyline,and plot.I hate watching an ongoing drama but QOT made me do it and its been years since I genuinely feel kilig sa isang drama,thats how good Queen Of Tears is.
omo same here, like never been too attached to kdrama since litm, and that was like 8 years ago. idk but qot has really something and probably that's from the casts who made a job well done portraying their roles and also behind the screen which are the directors, screen writer, and the whole production team. everything they have done made a successful project indeed!! I dont know about other people but I absolutely love and adore this drama. The chemistry between them is so natural. I understand there are some flaws in writing which I feel most of the romantic dramas have but for me the romance in qof overpoweres everything. Its definately not overrated.
This Kdrama was a hit worldwide bec of the 2 main characters Hyun Woo and Hae In they acted as if they were a real couple 1st time I've seen them act this way 🥰

What made me love the drama? No. 1, the realistic, natural, perfect acting of SooWoon and their perfect undeniable chemistry; No. 2, because of the lead actors, KSY and KJW. I had watched their previous dramas. I was so excited and can"t wait to see them on Saturdays and Sundays in QOT; No. 3, is the storyline and the other casts representing the former dramas of KSH and KJW, especially KSHYUN's dramas. They were all good actors giving justice to their roles. There are so much to learn from this drama. Actually, I keep on rewatching my favorite scenes in the drama. I ask those who have not watched it yet to start watching now. they'll not regret it because it's not just a drama, it's about LOVE and LIFE. the epilogues were well written for me and how they deliberately did not explain the plot until epilogue which makes the understanding of plot several times better. It makes the show more memorable than it already is I think. (for example, ep 6, 8 and 10 epilogue)
I rarely watch ongoing kdramas but this drama made me do it. It is well-crafted and I liked Ji Won and Soo Hyun's chemistry. Germany was also a good choice of shooting location.
11/10 for me. The more i rewatch it the more i appreciate the small details. Their superb acting let me enjoy til the end to the point that whatever ending they give me I will accept it. But of course always wishing for a happy ending.

I really like the story which are so many people can relate the story especially for the married couple and for the whole family. The essence of Queen of Tears was really about how two people held on to their marriage despite all the challenges. When that time came na nahihirapan na silang mahalin ung isa't-isa, they still worked on it, did their best to save it and eventually it worked out in the end. They still chose to stick with each other. Kahit hindi pa ako married, parang nagkaglimpse ako on married life, coz they stick to their vows. Kahit muntik nang magdivorce, but in the end, their love won. Yes hindi sya perfect, naiinis din ako sa writer for putting so many plots, and tinipid nila ung sweet kilig scenes nila sana eh ginawa lang montage. Pero hindi talaga ako makamove on, sa dami ng napanood kong kdramas, dito lang ako umiyak nang ganun katindi lalo na sa last episodes.🥹❤
As someone who is not a fan of kilig and romance, I was quite satisfied naman with the sweet and romantically scenes coz it wasn’t over the top AND!!! it made sense sa characters and situations nila. Coz we started with the desire to divorce (which btw they did), kaya weird naman if maraming kilig scenes pero may hiwalayan? 😅 It was the charm of the drama for me at least. But I agree na it was them overcoming the challenges 😊
Correct 1st and 2nd eps i thought it was boring but i love kim jiwon kaya pinanood ko til eps 16 i super enjoyed this QOT❤ love it..iiyak tatawa kikiligin ka😂 i love the chemistry❤

as someone who just started watching kdrama, para sa akin QOT is the best so far, eto yun tipo lagi ka bitin after every episode at yun tipo hindi ka makahintay ng Sabado para sa next episode 😊. mas maganda pa siya kesa sa crush landing na trending din dati kaya na curios ako panoorin. I don’t even know Kim soo hyun as an actor, first time ko siya napanood dito sa QOT but now he is my favourite korean actor 😊, even si Eung Sung ang galing, well casted na kdrama hindi nakakabored panoorin ng paulit-ulit. I will give 9 na rate just because may mga issues or questions sa huli 3 or 2 episodes na hindi makatotohanan, like how Eung Sung ended up the guardian of Hong-hae sa hospital, yun lang, lol!
Sobrang bet na bet ko po talaga tong QOT, after watching it I realized na crush ko na si direct 😆 and lahat ng nasa likod ng kwento! Even yung gumagawa ng story board feeling ko sya talaga ang type ko hahahahaha

Worth the hype po talaga QOT!! Apart from the fact na maging an actor si KSH, yung chemistry niya with Jiwon and the rest of the characters made us (even my grandmom!!) wait for it every week! We've seen a lot of KDrama na of a similar theme, pero iba po eh!
The only reason that stoping me from watching My liberation notes is baka makaramdam.ako ng emptyness after. Kasi parang Ang lungkot lungkot nung mga clips na napapanood ko sa yt, TikTok, x... Pero dahil sabi niyo nga, apakahisay ni Jiwon dito, sige papanoorin ko na mamayang gabi.
I think why Queen of Tears is trending and is such a success it’s because swak lahat, the actors were perfectly casted for their respective roles, as in literal walang tapon and of course the chemistry of KIM SOOHYUN and KIM JIWON ❤ And also ang ganda ng story, how they found their love for each other again. bittersweet ending but ok for me, no need for season 2. i love this drama,great casting and production,chemistry was there,ost is good too, story is interesting not boring in every episode. some of my favorites are here kwak dong yeon, song joong ki and oh jung se. like ms. kring, im not into romance drama, i rate it 9.5/10 ❤ .5 is for cameos and outfits ❤😂 it'll be perfect score if this drama will get some prestigious awards, soon yeah hoping 😊

I think they were upset because if they originally went with that narrative, then Hyunwoo would be left alone with their daughter without witnessing a full life so the editors had to change it.

The fact na mataas ratings nila sa Korea, means pinapanood tlaga ung QoT on realtime despite the "you can watch it later" narrative. This means people from there are soooo into it. And of course, int'l audience did their part nman kasi for the whole duration of airing, nasa top siya for most countries and #2 Siya overall for the 1st half of 2024. Imagine? Hindi pa Yan Netflix exclusive series ha. Just mind blowing!🤯
I felt, that QoT was built on KSH's acting talents and once his character stopped being in the focus (at around ep 10) the whole drama became dull and chaotic with all those turns with the "evil characters". I felt it was all because there wasn't really anything , once KSH became a good husband, that could have kept the audience going. At ep 14 I almost stopped watching it became so painfully melodramatic, I watched the last 3 eps only because I had already invested too much time into watching the first 13 eps... in the hope KSH gets some great scenes again. He didn't really. He just had to play the "perfect guy' ... what a waste of talent turning his character into a side story for 5 episodes at least.... I felt it was a crime against him and against the audience. He is such a great actor and doesn't do too many projects. His last drama before QoT was in 2021!!! And in QoT they put him on a hold for 5 eps? WHY? I mean I know he can cry effectively, but why did he have to cry 10 more different ways and stare at his wife lovingly in another 10 more different way than before... We got the point at ep 10, that he loves her and would stay by her no matter what. But no, he was hit, shot, put to prison, be forgotten and humiliated by his (ex)wife to prove this? Come on... When it comes to romantic drama with KSH I still prefer It's Okay to not be Okay in every way. I'm so glad he's now doing a new project NOT a romantic one, and I very much hope he's gonna get good enough scripts in the future. He takes too long hiatus between his projects and he isn't getting younger. I wanna see his acting more. Esp in "tougher" roles, not just in rom coms. Secretly Greatly was soo good. And I liked his bad boy persona in Real, too. One Orfinary Day is also unfairly forgotten, he was very good in that one, too.
the story line is mediocre but the actors are top-notch in doing their roles. another reason why it worked was because it tackles marriage problems .... question is how far will you go to save your marriage

I think why Queen of Tears is trending and is such a success it’s because swak lahat, the actors were perfectly casted for their respective roles, as in literal walang tapon and of course the chemistry of KIM SOOHYUN and KIM JIWON ❤ And also ang ganda ng story, how they found their love for each other again.

bittersweet ending but ok for me, no need for season 2. i love this drama,great casting and production,chemistry was there,ost is good too, story is interesting not boring in every episode. some of my favorites are here kwak dong yeon, song joong ki and oh jung se. like ms. kring, im not into romance drama, i rate it 9.5/10 ❤ .5 is for cameos and outfits ❤😂 it'll be perfect score if this drama will get some prestigious awards, soon yeah hoping 😊

The concern of knetz was about a leaked photo of a tombstone saying that Haein died 10 years after her surgery and not dying in her 80s. I think they were upset because if they originally went with that narrative, then Hyunwoo would be left alone with their daughter without witnessing a full life so the editors had to change it.

I felt, that QoT was built on KSH's acting talents and once his character stopped being in the focus (at around ep 10) the whole drama became dull and chaotic with all those turns with the "evil characters". I felt it was all because there wasn't really anything , once KSH became a good husband, that could have kept the audience going. At ep 14 I almost stopped watching it became so painfully melodramatic, I watched the last 3 eps only because I had already invested too much time into watching the first 13 eps... in the hope KSH gets some great scenes again. He didn't really. He just had to play the "perfect guy' ... what a waste of talent turning his character into a side story for 5 episodes at least.... I felt it was a crime against him and against the audience. He is such a great actor and doesn't do too many projects. His last drama before QoT was in 2021!!! And in QoT they put him on a hold for 5 eps? WHY?
I mean I know he can cry effectively, but why did he have to cry 10 more different ways and stare at his wife lovingly in another 10 more different way than before... We got the point at ep 10, that he loves her and would stay by her no matter what. But no, he was hit, shot, put to prison, be forgotten and humiliated by his (ex)wife to prove this? Come on...
When it comes to romantic drama with KSH I still prefer It's Okay to not be Okay in every way.
I'm so glad he's now doing a new project NOT a romantic one, and I very much hope he's gonna get good enough scripts in the future. He takes too long hiatus between his projects and he isn't getting younger. I wanna see his acting more. Esp in "tougher" roles, not just in rom coms. Secretly Greatly was soo good. And I liked his bad boy persona in Real, too. One Orfinary Day is also unfairly forgotten, he was very good in that one, too.
the story line is mediocre but the actors are top-notch in doing their roles. another reason why it worked was because it tackles marriage problems .... question is how far will you go to save your marriage
I rarely watch ongoing kdramas but the hype really got me in to watching qot even if its ongoing 🩵
QOT deserve all the hype!! I started loving weekend nights waiting for every episodes. I want to thank the QOT team in making it possible. 🫶
