I'm sorry, but if any business's body count reaches double digits, that should immediately trigger an investigation. I cannot imagine the guilt his mom must have. The fact that the business owner only had to pay this young man's family is disgusting. The blood of 20 people are on that man's hands. He ought to be treated as severely as anyone whose indifference or incompetence lead to people dying would be.
I've known folks with cerebral palsy. WHY would anyone let him go skydiving, and why would his mom not immediately say hell no after that guy shut off the safety video?! Assuming people know what they are doing is lethal.
By that logic, I should run away from a spider because they give me anxiety... What you should say is if you have anxiety and there’s a REAL threat of danger then you should listen and don’t do it.
With regards to the last one he could have waited until he got his strength back and if he still felt nervous he could have just bit his pride and called the police for help. Unless he really was going to get punished harshly it would have been better than climbing back down.
i am extreme extreme scared of hights,even watching a film where people are in or up high buildings i get sweaty dizzy,hartracing..then i came across the film of the last man falling of the building.after having seen that one,my fear has gotten so bad i diddnt even wanted to visit my mom who lived on the 4th flour of a flat,i would be terrifid just beeing in that house,and my kids werent allowed on the balcony.thank god she moved but i will sometimes lie in bed and just see imagages of me or my kids just falling of of buildins and get panic attacks.truly traumatized 🥴
Honestly, the instructor sounded like English was not his first language, so it would not surprise me if he said the wrong number. Even though he should not have been skydiving because he was not licensed, he is still a victim of this company's malpractice.
Rooftopping makes no sense to me. Committing a crime by trespassing and going on a roof just to get famous seems idiotic to me. At best, you are providing prosecutors with evidence proving you were somewhere you shouldn't be, which could then be used to get you a prison sentence. At worst, you're basically pulling a 21st Century Icarus and "flying too close to the sun" and dying because the thrill of it all made you reckless. Also, imagine if that hoverboard went over the edge and landed on someone's head. Maybe I'm excessively cautious, but the whole concept sounds like something someone came up with while under the influence of at least one substance. Unfortunately, sometimes near-death experiences have the exact opposite impact of what they should. It can make you feel less mortal, the thought of "If that couldn't kill me, what can?" The fact that people can profit from doing this is fueling the problem.
I grew up in Lodi. Many deaths at that little airport right along the I-5 corridor. As a kid I’d love driving under the people coming down as they soured over the freeway. By the time I was driving it scared me to see them. 😏
I don't think the Mexican singer was killed because he sing a narco-corrido I believe it was because he killed the other guy who assaulted his sister maybe a friend of that guy or family member wanted revenge and also it could have been it was the other guy who he had shoot out with him that wanted revenge.
