People are against killing murderers until the same murderer takes life of someone close to them.Thats when the logic kicks in their brain.Criminal and an innocent both of their lifes are same , but one "choose " to take life of other for no reason. When u feel the pain of losing the life of someone u love for no reason , u will wish that this pain doesn't happen to someone else because of the same monster.
Everyone has their own opinion and beliefs.
@Teacup🍵 that doesn't make sense at all but that's their opinion and their beliefs i couldn't care less what other people think about me.
I have NO problem with a killer being killed.. And I am saying a KILLER! Not someone who protects loved ones or do something to protect people.. But if you're a killer who takes a life just because you want to. Serial killers, Putin etc. I have no problem if you stand in front of a firesquad and get a kick in the balls 2 seconds before they let loose. Go for it.
That’s the opposite of logic, that’s emotional outburst cause by the primal response.
@@theabstracthour178 Some of us believe in an eye for an eye. It may not be a logical belief for you; but sometimes when that killer gets served the ultimate justice it can be so calming to know that there is one less demon on this planet.
The interesting thing about the second story is that Radium was discovered by Marie Curie not too long before that. In fact, she died from overexposure to radioactive materials from both Radium AND polonium a couple years after this guy in the story. Only difference is that she didn’t ingest either one of these elements, rather just being near them was fatal enough
People did something similar when Ted Bundy was executed in '89. They were outside the prison cheering and singing; they had signs and everything. Of course, he had just admitted to killing at least 30 women in at least 6 different states, the youngest (that he was willing to confess to) being a 12 year old girl. He had also escaped from prison TWICE, the second time leading to the deaths of three women (including the previously named child) and severe injuries to at least three women. There was some serious blood thirst going on there.
We're not that far separated from the Romans cheering on the lions in the Colosseum.
Which is exactly what disgusts me.
Does some of them deserve it? Yeah but what kind of excuse is that to act like animals.
Honestly we have the nerve to say we are better then our past and somehow more “Advanced” and “Sensitive”?
What a joke we like to tell ourselves. Stuff like that isn’t justice. It’s perverse lust to watch another’s suffering cause we wanna watch death and act like we’re justified because they acted in a similar manner.
@@terrencemoldern2756I totally agree. Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy are the only examples I can think of that were rightly executed. 1. We know for a fact they did it, no mistaken identity there. And 2. They were still deadly even behind bars. Gacy murdered another prisoner. And besides escaping twice, Bundy also toyed with the victims' families hoping to find their daughters' bodies. There's just no point in jailing a killer that still finds ways to kill. But that said, even in those two rare exceptions where I feel they got what they deserved, I don't understand the gathering and celebrating. This was a traumatic event for all parties involved, including the killers' families.
@@chelseabellamy6993 much agreed. Heck I don’t even disagree with us needing to kill certain people sometimes. It’s just a fact of life. But the celebration and praise for such is just disgusting...
Especially when you realize how closely it effects and supports mass atrocities... cheering for a killers death is all fun and good...
Until you start to praise the deaths of Jews who your government has told you is behind your countries decline...
It’s the kind of behavior that lead to sport killings and is the kinda crap these killers act and do themselves. I don’t see how people can genuinely act like that without thinking how ridiculous they look... especially when they say crap like “we’re better then them...”.
@@WillPutYouInYourPlace12386 This is my third edit. My point is while I support the death penalty for some cases, it should be about justice and not entertainment. I originally had wrote my sob story about my half-brothers surviving Michael Carneal's rampage, and how that affected us families of victims and survivors and the shooter's family. But that is me whining and no one wants to hear that. But my point of even mentioning this is to say how much the media and outside frenzy made things worse. These weren't people reaching out crying for justice, they were people trying to raise their ratings at the town's expense. Yes, people can cry and send their condolences, just don't stick a microphone in people's faces or break windows of the killer's families' home while cheering as if that equals justice.
@Chelsea Bellamy much agreed. Just so you know. Don’t feel like your experience or knowledge is something to be minimized. There’s always someone who’s interested in what you have to say.
No matter what... we will always need the death penalty. That is true. But as it should be. It should be reserved for justice and that alone. Not entertainment or sick satisfaction... for otherwise we are truly no different. To feed our own thirst.
So my thing with the last story and it has always stuck with me because this happened in my hometown. It doesn't matter if people was trying to get away from the chaos. Someone, anyone, could've helped the man. A photographer had to run from his spot from over a hundred feet away to try to help. What happened to the other people that was actually there? I honestly feel sorry for both parties involved. The man didn't have to died and the other man didn't have to go to jail... And I'm sure the latter is living with guilty conscience everyday.
yeah people in large cities just don't care about their neighbors as much. that's once of the reasons (amongst many others) why I don't ever wanna live in a large city again.
Omar probably didn't help either, cause this story has many plotholes. He just took photos so that he could present it to his employer, while he made his story up. But nobody knows so we'll never know the actual truth.
random fact, Actor Christopher Lee was actually at the Beheading
I didn't know that

When I was getting my history degree, I learned one important thing; it is important to not judge another era of human society by our modern standards.
Also, the reason they select random members of society as jurors is because they need objective, unbiased third parties. It’s a system that has its flaws but has proven the best way to convict.
Keep doing mr ballen the goat of storytelling 🙏🏾
As someone who saw the video of the first one due to one documentary long ago in regards to the last man that got sentenced to guillotine, the distrubing part about it to me was that when he got beheaded his now beheaded body twitched backwards as if it was trying to free itself on instinct right before he got shoved in cascet.
Ooo that sounds scary and cool! I wanna watch it
It was the 1930s though. They used to put cocaine in soda.
That's why I'm always suspicious of "miracle cures" or "miracle products" - radium, thalidomide, asbestos ...
Right, no one had a clue what radium was back then...but STILL, why would you make medicine out of a substance no one knew anything about yet??? Wild.
@@panjamysythat’s how they used to make medicines man. Now they test them on animals and sometimes consenting people but hey used to just go full force and release it to the world 😂 they were vicious
Now they want to return that 😂
I will definitely try it if they do ❤
@@AcornSmokes420 u stupid?
Murderers, child stalkers, etc. Don't deserve to be called a person. They willingly destroy others life/ lives just for their own gains, wants, pleasure. And a good chunk of them don't care about the lives they take in the process.
What about murderers that kill for revenge maybe ??.
This is one of those moments where if my teacher ask what time period i would rather be in, i will choose the 21 century.
Public executions have always been a source of entertainment for the whole family; there were reports of parents, back in previous centuries, holding their children up to give them a better view. And with hangings, the executioner would sell the rope, cut into sections, as souvenirs.
The "roman" element is still strong in a lot of people: just look how quickly a crowd gathers around the scene of an accident, everyone craning to get a good look at someone else's pain and suffering.
[] the last story: the bloke was found innocent, but still sat in jail for 5 years. He lost his liberty, his job, his relationships, his family for those five years, and I bet he wasn't compensated for those.
Surely the police would have reviewed the CCTV footage and realised immediately that he wasn't at fault? I can't help wondering how quickly he'd have been found innocent if he hadn't been black.
The Eugen Weidmann video clip of getting beheaded is surreal. It looks like he didn't even got time to say his last words. They put him there and 💥BOOM!💥 blade drops and his body goes one way. Crazy.
I already knew they were making the guillotine from how the story was going loll
Yeah, I mean it’s Versailles duh…
The second story gave me hints as to what the magic elixir could have been. First clue, it was the 1920s, so it was something that now would be considered illegal to be administered except as poison or is a big hardcore drug. Second clue, this Radafor (spelling?) dulls pain and gives a huge boost of energy. Well, with just those two clues, all I can think of is it's just cocaine. That's all it is. It's even a joke in Family Guy about the 1920s having legalized cocaine as medicine.
Edit: It's worse than I thought. Radioactive water is definitely worse than cocaine. 1920s doctors are stupid, stupid people.
I wouldn't want to see a execution, nor would I want to be the one responsible for judging someone to death, but at the same time, I don't see myself pitying death row inmates.
Imagine he/she killed the person you love the most… just try to imagine it.

Bunk beds for kids have rails lmao😂🤣🤣🤣. Also it’s because he no damage. It’s like you’re complaining of pain but they see nothing wrong they will only give ibuprofen and tell you to ice or apply heat
if I had a chance to watch someone who killed one of my kids, someone else close to me or a friend I’ll be glad to watch.

...makes the whole world blind. This is the fundamental issue I have with people who so viciously demand the death penalty for people: they have a tendency to engage in extremely sadistic tendencies. You should not ever, EVER advocate for people to be made to suffer unnecessarily. Either it should be constructive in some way or the side effect of a safety measure made to protect people. Same goes for prison sentences in general; the point is to either reform the person convicted or to requester them away from people so they won't be a danger. Making their lives awful isn't helpful in any way, it's just sadism and bloodlust against those easy to dehumanize masquerading as justice. I don't necessarily disagree with the death penalty, but it should be quick and painless. The goal is to get rid of someone, not to torture them to death.
Easy for someone to say that who didn't loose their family member.
With the last story, even if he wanted to push Han in self defense, he did not have to push him onto train tracks. That is my personal opinion. He could have pushed him down on the pavement or even called security etc . I would never push someone onto or near traintracks. That said, I am glad he wasn't charged with murder since it wasn't intentional.
Do correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only reason the man who fell onto the tracks actually fell was because he was horribly intoxicated and was unable to keep his balance as well as he should have. If that is indeed correct, it is perfectly possible that the gentleman that pushed him was attempting to push him to the pavement, or just in a different direction, but was unable to account for the fact that the gentleman who died could not catch himself, thus stumbling down off of the platform onto the tracks. Perhaps I misheard something, but it would seem as if he didn't mean to push him to the tracks, and was just trying to get him away. Feel free to correct me if I did indeed miss something.
Late Reply men sorry for being outdated
But that's the thing with Media nowadays, just the negative reporting is always highlighted,
There may be positive but not that much, it's always Crimes and Everything negative.
It was a different time in history.
I feel like the biggest punishment for murderers is knowing that they're in jail and never leaving and practically having no life with that, but however the serial killers who kill without mercy or empathy and will have no problem killing if released or escapes, I definitely won't be losing sleep, like Ted Bundy, Wayne Gacy or Jeffrey Dahmer.
Dahmer was killed by an inmate
Also if they are in jail, you pay for them. Your taxes are used to feed them and whatever else they get. How does that make you feel?
Me personally, i feel like deal with people how they deal with u and others. i hate violence but i solely believe if u torture someone, in a general sense you should get the same to you. bc to be fair we ARE animals, animals kill animals etc. i personally would congratulate the cops etc for catching the killer, bc at least the public is one step closer to being safe. bc the way i think abt it even tho i never been in this situation. im not crying over my child if they m*rderers etc. id testify against with enough evidence and be proud they got caught. people that feel no remorse shouldnt be given empathy at least in my mind.
People who act like that in executions are disgusting.
I don’t care if the person is literally Hitler. It’s horrible behavior and just goes to show how far off the “condemned” really is from the rest of society. Seriously what a disgusting act. By that point it isn’t justice. It isn’t being done cause in your little mind they “might” try and kill again or whatever.
It’s being done to satisfy the disgusting lust of the crowd wanting to see an individual suffer. Absolutely disgusting.
Keep making excuses for it. I don’t disagree with the death penalty for the worst offenders. But making it a spectacle because some sick freaks wanna watch to get som sick high and thrill is horrible.
People have the nerve to act like they are better. Yet they act the same way the criminals do when they commit these horrible things. It’s all lust and desire.
Lmao stfu. If it was someone you loved you would probably feel the same. Stop acting high and mighty thinking you’re better than everyone else.
I love you guys!!!
I'm different man 😂 that video they did where dude kidnapped the 15 yr old and he chopped her arms off and shit and only got like 13-15 yrs in jail and got out in 8 on good behavior yeah nah simple solution eye for a eye or arms for arms and same amount of time in jail but he wouldn't have them arms to get out and kill like he did
how about being aware of where you might push someone .. ...same thing if a person was on the street and in anger or even defence you push them in the street....you will be charged at least with involuntary manslaughter
Public Executions should come back and the death penalty is a good thing
Agree with you…
@@AteezwooyoungUntil there's a 0% chance of someone innocent being convicted, I disagree.
I agree with you! It seems psychopathic to thirst for the blood of another man!
Let’s see how you think when your loved ones get killed. The person you love the most.

I understand kidd but pedophiles definitely should get the death penalty
Why does it say there are 42 comments, but it only shows 5?
Not sure could be a glitch in the system.
I’d have to disagree with Mr Ballen. These aren’t “progressively worse”. To me, the photo with the second story is just appalling. THAT is, for me, the worst. Of course, I’m being a bit pedantic. They’re all terrible. Excellent video. I love Mr Ballen… creepy though his stories may be. But to me, that second story is just gruesome.

I agree with the death penalty 100%.
Better keep agreeing if someone you loved was ever killed by someone who was going on the death penalty.
We do find thier behavior disturbing to see a man beheaded. On the other hand there is a whole generation who finds it disturbing we once rode in cars without seat belts with parents puffing around us all the time. Times change and what's acceptable changes.
I just watch a Mr. Ballen video where this man killed his parents with an axe and his wife and children by burning down the house. I said he should get the death penalty, but I guess you're right it is God's choice not man's. Besides it'll be more torture to let him rot in jail
Thanks for the insight!

He could have used icey hot 🤣🤣🤣
Omg I totally agree I hate the death penalty I just hate how humans think they can just decide that this person is about to die like having someone else’s life in your hands and voting on it at that is just outrageously ridiculous.
Maybe when the person you love the most gets kidnapped, brutality raped and killed, maybe then you would understand. Until then, shut up.
@@WillPutYouInYourPlace12386 Because it's so much less hypocritical to demand vengeance because someone takes from YOU. People act as though opposition to the death penalty is based on some perverse sympathy for murderers, and not for wrongly convicted people on death row (of which there have historically been MANY) or a belief that the state should strive to avoid taking life as much as possible. Things like forgiveness or mercy aren't things you necessarily do for others. Oftentimes, you do it because holding onto that pain and anger hurts you, and you need to let it go.
@@WillPutYouInYourPlace12386The fact that you equate "against the death penalty" to "supporting a killer" shows your black and white thinking. Emotional unintelligence? Ignorance maybe?
