Players may create their own character and compete as a professional rider or a tenacious bull throughout 10 three-round events in multiple locations, including New York, Anaheim and Atlanta. Challenge the best or play as top riders, including Guilherme Marchi, Justin McBride, and Chris Shivers. Even compete as one of the tour’s ferocious bulls! Unlimited play modes test players’ skills in either staying on for at least eight seconds or bucking off the rider before his time is up. Season Mode features unlockable riders and bulls as players compete to become the best rider or bull through the nation touring PBR season ending with the World Finals in Las Vegas. Multiplayer Mode allows players to compete against each other as rider vs. bull for ultimate battle of man vs. beast. Become part of the Millionaire’s Club by beating some of the meanest, toughest bulls in the history of the PBR. Intuitive controls and multiple difficulty levels allow anyone to pick up and play, and realistic sounds from screaming crowds to bone-crunching falls max out the realism.

PBR is not very familiar in Japan, so please excuse my rude gameplay.
I read over your comments and I can give you a basic rundown of how bull riding works.

The object is simple: stay on top of the bull for 8 seconds. If you can you will get a score from 50-100 based on the performance of both you and the bull. 100 is a perfect bull ride and completely impossible. If you get thrown off before 8 seconds then the bull is scored on a scale of 1-50. Every cowboy takes turns riding a different bull and whoever has the highest score at the end of the event wins.
There are great riders as well as great bucking bulls. Some of the greatest bull riders are J.B. Mauney, Guilherme Marchi, Justin McBride, Adriano Moraes and and Ty Murry. Some of the greatest bucking bulls are Bushwhacker, Asteroid, Little Yellow Jacket, Chicken on a Chain and Bodacious.
This sport is, of course, very dangerous due to the fact that it involves sitting on top of an animal that weighs anywhere from 1,500 pounds (680kg) to 2,000 pounds (907kg) that is leaping, twisting, spinning and kicking as hard as it can to get you off. A really bad buck-off is called a wreck and they can be very scary to watch. These events have people called Bull Fighters (or Rodeo Clowns) to try and protect the riders and keep the bulls away from them if anything goes wrong.

I understood that the excitement of bull riding is that the objective is simple yet dangerous, and the unique riders and bulls move in a fascinating way. Bull Fighters and Rodeo Clowns aren’t the same thing. Flint Rasmussen isn’t a bullfighter, he’s just the entertainer (clown), whereas ppl like Brett Monea and Ty Prescott are bullfighters and there to save the bull rider’s life

They need to make a more realistic bull riding game where you can bronc ride bull ride and do more and have a career mode 100% would have me playing it

I didn't know about "8 to glory", so I looked it up and watched the video, but this game also has very beautiful graphics and looks interesting. I think "Pro Bull Riding : Out of the Chute" has a simpler control than "8 to glory".
This game is way better than 8 seconds to glory all day!
I think the longer you ride the bull after the eight second buzzer, the lower your score goes
