naligaw lang ako sa vid na ito pero all good dahil napaka detalyado ng vid at super laking tulong nito sa mga nagbabalak magtayo, maghanap at mag pundar ng house and lot nila. dugo nga lang ilong nyo kasi madaming english... also 60% ng house ay yung bahay then 40% ay garden so 600sqm ang total and taking 60% then multiply sa 25,000/sqm = P9M all good na kesa mag-condo ka.
