Would it be possible to replace some Raceway tracks in HS with NFS 3 ones? like Raceway 3 traded for Empire City or Hometown? will it run out of memory?
Do you know about TR02B NFS lll PS1 Track? It was cut. It is second variation of Empire city. Near the church is a sign on the pillar "empire park" so probably it could be a park because large trees are present on the track
BREW port doesn't contain anything regarding TR02B variaton, sorry. are the controls a bit laggy/late to respond when turning in duckstation for you?
Doesn't lag with PSX CPU overclock, however the game itself worked on PSX with sub-30 fps and noticeable input lag

disable any texture correction from emulator, that PS1 NFS game have it's own texture correction
