I always carry my direct action kit, even when I’m not at work. Very simple, but robust for any mass cas incident. (Speaking of, can’t wait for that video)
-4 combat gauzes
-4 z fold gauzes
-2 swat-t tourniquets (not for tourniquet use, but for wound packing compression)
-4 NCD needles
-2 28fr NPA’s
-6 twin pack hyfin chest seals
-and 3 CAT tourniquets
No emergency blankets? Why two $12 swat ts when you can have two $2.50 tacmed solutions 6-inch elastic wraps that do a better job?

I know the Med pack is the TT assault Med pack mk2 but what daysack was the pack mounted in.
On some research it looks like the TT Medic Assault Pack MKII S (tasmaniantigerusa.com/product.php?id=24 ) paired with the TT Assault Pack 12 (tasmaniantigerusa.com/product.php?id=138 )
Chad Dawg thanks for the heads up. I had a lock but need more space than 12 litres in my day sack. After warm kit, ammo, nvg and other gear I can fill a 30 litre day sack easily. Any thoughts on a bigger day sack that could carry this?
@@aidanhealy4332 Look at 5.11 bags like the Rush 24, they have a similar helmet pouch on the back that should handle this aid bag.
Not sure how the attachment system will work you may have to rig something up.

WAY too heavy for a direct action bag. Good for a WAALK kit, but a direct action is more for someone to take with them during a march, while the WAALK kit stays with the vehicle/convoy.

Our unit uses size S as a CLS bag. It is exactly the same as the one in the video and work great. Even with a plate carrier or vest🤙🏻

Epinephrine has more uses than JUST for anaphylaxis caused by allergies guy. Also, there are more causes of anaphylaxis other than just allergies.
Theoretically, you can develop an allergy at every time of your lifespan. You might be stung by a bee 5 times in a row without major problems, and the 6th time you'll have anaphyaxis... our immune system can really surprise us sometimes...
