Mel should have not been eliminated, I am so upset!! I wish all the judges had one save where they can bring back a dancer that was eliminated. She definitely did not deserve to leave this early in the season.
Tyra is a "meh" host. Doesn't add anything to the presentation. Tom brought this sort of wholesomeness that the show exuberated.
Tom was very good at his job but he was generic and boring. Tayra is more fun i dont get it.
I found Tom too be slightly boring at times, but when put with Erin their dynamic was perfect, I agree that Tyra isn’t the same 😭🙃😑

I loved it when Brandon and Kenya realized that they were safe and that they were called first and safe I love that joy on their faces and how Brandon carried her across the entire floor it was just beautiful I know people are saying that they may be in a relationship but I feel like they’re just really good friends and that they both really truly respect each other and think about each other in a deeper way

I'm so heartbroken for Mel. Neither couple should have been in the bottom two. Something isn't right here. How does a score of 28 beat out two scores of 36? I understand popular vote, but this elimination just doesn't feel right.

First of all, Tyra and the new crop of producers need to go. I'm sick and tired of their presentation and the rushing- we want to hear the judges explain their decision on who to save. Bring a former pro back to present the show! I'd rather Alfonso and a former DWTS pro be the lineup! Secondly, people, stop getting mad at the judges save system. All the backlash is because either 1) people did not educate themselves on the system and 2) it's still only 3 seasons old, so many aren't used to it. This elimination system was adopted from the UK parent show, and in my opinion, we desperately needed it on DWTS for a long time and I'm glad we have it.

Why is it Tyra's fault that they're rushing her? It's the producers that need to do a better job since they're calling the shots.

Terrible host is the reason why...and the producers also can't manage the situation properly.
I completely blame the producers (including Tyra) for timing this show poorly, especially at the end. Tyra doesn't need to keep repeating the judges' votes as if the audience are pre-schoolers who can't keep track. She eats up needless time just to spotlight herself, which means the judges don't have time to talk and the eliminated couple don't get to say a few last words and take a final bow. This is 100% the producers' fault (and Tyra is the executive producer).
ABC said they wanted to take DWTS in a new direction: downwards.
I was actually interested in Len's speech, it had meaning behind it too. the look on his face when they cut him off.... omg, i feel so bad for him 😔. That was so rude of them 😤

I especially cringe when she's always like "Which couple would YOUU like to save?" then repeats it and wastes so much time that she barely lets the judges speak and complains that they're telling her in her ear to hurry up. Why don't they get that most people cannot stand her and want her off the show? I know people are going to come at me and call me racist as I've been told several times before but it has nothing to do with that, she's just intolerable and doesn't go with this show she kills the whole vibe.

What America's ALWAYS done with this show. I thought it'd be a no-brainer that Olivia would go. People continue to glorify this girl as she basks in the limelight. People don't know her as a dancer or beauty vlogger. Most of us know her as the girl who cheated into college. Melanie actually DESERVED to stay. She was better in every way.

Was Jo Jo a dancer before this? I do not think they should have anyone who danced before be on the show. DWTS got worse over the years. I miss Tom B. being the host.
This was totally unexpected!!!! The voting system is absolute trash! Mel and olivia did not deserve to be in the bottom 2, there were other persons who were not up to par with them. So disappointing.

A travesty that either of these two were in the bottom to begin with. I am so heartbroken for Mel, and as much as I do like them, I think that Cody or Iman should've gone home.
It should’ve been Iman. No hate to him or anything but Olivia and Mel were a lot better and they neither one of them should’ve been in the bottom
Should have been Iman, Cody is still getting back to the groove, and has surpassed Iman who was around every week, so Iman needs to go because Cody has improved so much, plus the judges were harsher on him over the others, especially with "Oh you werent connecting", "Oh you weren't in sync", well deal with it judges, they're in quarintine so they have to trust that the other is in sync, so at least raise the score, and be less tough about it.

first of all the bottom 2 was absolute bullshit. mel didn’t deserve to go so soon. and olivia is a FRONT RUNNER, literally in the top 4 dancers there she most definitely did not deserve to be there whether you like her or not. should’ve been 2 men in the bottom 2.

It’s frankly BIZARRE that some people are still wasting space in their hearts to hold hate for a sweet girl because of a mistake made by even she was a MINOR, who didn’t even know about the other dealings that were done behind closed doors. The poor girl has endured enough after dealing with the disgusting things people have been saying about her (and not ANY of the 100+ OTHER kids involved, many of which knew their SATs were being taken for them and had a lot more information about the situation than Olivia….) Can you imagine suddenly losing all of the things you’ve worked for professionally that was your passion (dropped by all of the brands and people she had been collaborating with), and had to stop doing what she loved, drop out of school due to the shame and embarrassment (her sister stayed, as did many other kids involved), and most importantly be sent DEATH THREATS and some of the most vile comments I’ve personally ever seen when I looked at a comments section of hers one time-and this was long after it actually happened.
It’s sad that she became the “face” of the college admissions scandal. She has sincerely apologized on many occasions and has been doing community service and donating money that she makes from her TH-cam channel to causes that are very relevant and imply that she clearly does understand the privilege she was raised in….she didn’t know anything different so why do people have to keep crucifying the poor girl?! You KNOW she was traumatized throughout the entire ordeal. Where the heck did the compassion in this world go? Since covid it’s as if it’s all been zapped awaay
Do I like Olivia? No. But her and Melanie did NOT deserve the bottom two 🙄🙄. Going by their cumulative points, it should have been Iman(162) , Cody (162), Kenya(173), Jimmie(175). NOT Melanie (188)/Olivia(190). But you know, issa popularity contest 🤷♂️

I'm so annoyed at how the eliminations are done. "Len, they're in my ear, we need a decision!" Tyra says whenever she's trying to rush them. I get they're pressed for time, but that's seriously so obnoxious. And the eliminations are always so rushed and abrupt. The last two seasons have been painful and sloppy.
Tyra talks too much throughout the whole show, if they would cut off some of her talk time then the elimination part wouldn't have to be rushed, but she is the host so I guess she has to shine.

A couple would be eliminated, and we'd get their thoughts on it, the judges would give them a final farewell, and they'd head center stage for a final bow. A proper send off! Now, the eliminated couple isn't even acknowledged. They're just shown standing off to the side looking awkward and defeated.

They’ve all put in sooo much of their heart, time, and effort into this and deserve a proper send off! @@Hmy8799 While I don't like her as a host and definitely do NOT like the way she handles getting an answer from the judges ("LEN, THEY'RE IN MY EAR LEN, WE NEED AN ANSWER"), I don't think she's fully to blame. I think the producers need to plan the show better so they aren't rushing the results at the end of the show and have the production team yelling in Tyra's earpiece telling her to wrap things up quickly in a panic. All productions are a collaborative team effort, and there's clearly a lot of things being mishandled behind the scenes. Tyra isn't great, but I don't think she's the only one at fault here.

They could cut the show by 10 minutes if she was a professional presenter and host. She thinks this is her show for prancing around in ridiculous outfits. I'm off the show for good!

"America what have you done?" Love them or hate them, both of these couples were great dancers and didn't deserve bottom two! Really wish people would vote based on dancing and not popularity. And as much as I love the judge's votes system, the tie-breaking system needs some work.

This whole season is a mess.. The rehearsal footage is just unnecessary fillers.. There's no memorable week.. All the rushing but then why even have tyra ask questions to contestants if you're gonna cut them short? And before if u got 2-1 then that couple was saved.. If lens vote determines everything then why not just ask him who to save from first get go?

Melanie C was the only reason I was watching DWTS. It truly breaks my heart when Melanie is giving everything & It is not enough for herself. Gleb is not only a great dancer he was also very supportive with Melanie. Yes...they both deserved much more.

You know DWTS is having a good year when most/all the couples left don’t belong in the bottom two. Iman and The Miz are the two turkeys left in my book, and they’re getting slightly better each week. I actually like Cody, but I have also been head over heels in love with Cheryl my whole life so that definitely plays into it. Neither Mel C. nor Olivia belonged in the bottom two tonight, and booting Mel is right up there with booting the Cheetah Girl and booting Brandy. Definitely one of the worst DWTS eliminations ever. Tyra acting like an asshole towards Len (who has more dancing knowledge and ability in his left nut than Tyra has in her whole body) just made it worse. She needs to be the next elimination.

For those of you who are confused, Len has the title of “head judge“ because he’s been there the longest. So his vote trumps the vote of the other judges that’s how they do it also in their sister show strictly come dancing so it’s really not a new concept to be honest.
he hasn't been there the longest, carrie ann and bruno were also there since season 1. but he's always been labeled as the head judge

Same thing happened last year when AJ and Cheryl were eliminated, my family and I stopped watching after that. So sad a spice girl was eliminated, she’s amazing!

They need to include a RuPaul or Survivor kinda twists where:
- the judges can bring someone back
- the judges can save someone or give them a safe amulet
- based on the judges score you have to vote on the bottom 2
- there is one bottom based on the judges and one based on the popular votes and you have to re-vote
Wow I was shocked to see these two couples, I wanted to see Mel c more but Olivia has shocked me and done so amazing. She has shared a story with every dance I dunno she’s getting better and better.
Do I think Mel C should’ve been sent home? No. Honestly, I thought the bottom two would’ve come from Iman, Kenya, or The Miz. I have adored Iman and Daniella every single week, but believe they should’ve gone home this week. This wasn’t his best week, but he has surprised me overall this season. He and Daniella have a great partnership. I don’t think any of these couples were necessarily weak. I am glad Olivia and Val were saved though. She’s been proving herself in the competition and I have to give her praise for that. She is consistent.

@@leohaddad6106 In saying that, I think she’s been great! I think she’s a beautiful dancer and has good technique. My reasoning is just how prior voting has gone for her. Figured many people wouldn’t give her the votes since she’s been bottom 2 twice now. She is deserving of staying though.

These were the last 2 couples that I would've wanted to see in the bottom 2. It's hard to decide who I would've chosen to eliminate. These were my preferred couples.
