Thank you doc! The only issue I have is with the RDA of 150mcg. It's way too low. 150mcg was just the minimum set by the gov found to prevent goiters. But within the last several decades it was been found that many other organs require iodine as well. Kidneys, breasts, prostate, stomach, etc. Every cell has an iodine receptor. It can also displace other toxic halogens (flourine, bromine, chlorine) in the body. Excellent video otherwise on point thank you very much!

It's a near impossible suggestion to calculate. For instance someone 7"8 will require drastically different elements from a 5 ft person. So the recommended amounts I think are more a suggestion.
