when i was pulling for redhood i did a 10 pull where i got 4 stars in the same 10 pull, and imagine, IMAGINE none of theme were redhood. i got her after 230 pulls. so i feel your pain. scarlet did me dirty too after 150 pulls
i rerolled for her and very grateful to get her 3 star for only 80 pulls. thought that it wasn't lucky enough, but seeing you suffer to get her made me realize that my reroll is lucky enough.
I remember this, the real pain is not the 200, is actually because you got her soon after that with 10 pulls some time later. 😅 you indirectly wasted the 200 gold tickets, welp things happens
All the pilgrims i got from her banner are 2 Noahs and 1 rapunzel, I also barely got any SSR in 100 pulls. I didn't know how hard it is to get a featured character because the last time i did 10 pulls on featured banner i instantly got winter Ludmilla
This banner feels bad in general since on Ludmila one I've got her twice in the same pull, and Rupee in next one, in this one all I've got was single Red Hood, wich was nice since that was my last one for max LB so I threw out Maiden's levels back to 0 and spent that on a character that I not only like but is great

i spent my remaining resources on modernia (started the game at nier collab and have been modernialess since) and lucky enough to MLB her (waifu reasons, dont ask ahehe).. bought scarlet via golden tix.. problem solved ahehe
Had to do the same for her, well at least I was at 160/200 so it didn't hurt that much and I got my last Red Hood for max LB wich I thought was ok.... then they dropped 40 limited tickets and I had to grind that 9k for the selector and be in emotional pain since I could have waited couple of days if I have known
While trying for Scarlet BS I got Noir and Naga on a 10 pull. I believe my account thinks I need more black waifus, and I'm all for it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡° ) or it misunderstood when I said to myself that I wanted Black Shadow.
