It feels like you badly tipped the scales to make Higaruma win. Megumi tangled domains with a disaster curse and walked away, he can easily handle a sorcerer who only has a week of experience.
Not to mention, he didn’t “keep the auto hit ability out of his zone” he “put enough pressure on the domain to prevent the auto hit from activating”. Very different feats.
Combine that with the fact that Megumi has not done anything nearly as bad as annihilating a city, assuming Higaruma will be granted the sword doesn’t make much sense, as the primary rule of the Deadly Sentencing domain is that the punishment fits the crime.
In fact Megumi’s delinquent past may come back to either bite him or save him here, as Judgeman can select small crimes from you past (like Yuji’s underage gambling.) Megumi would need to talk his way out of punishment for the things he actually did, but he also did so many small acts that it is unlikely that anything major would be chosen as the crime to be tried for.
Higaruma’s only possible win condition is his domain, which could either be rendered much less effective or more likely completely countered by Megumi. The only worse matchup for Higaruma is a simple domain user.
While you’re not entirely wrong, I do want to point out you said megumi “walked away” but to be fair he had maki nanami toji the old zenin guy and more so he wasn’t really killing Dagon here.

There are many reasons to support that Yuta could beat Hakari. Yuta said Hakari is stronger than him when he's on a roll but he never said hakari's better outright and we know Yuta isn't really physically strong compared to brute characters so that was pretty easy to debunk. Also, if Yuta summons Rika, he would have many many options at his disposal. Plus if he make her eat a chunk of Hakari, he can just copy his technique, since Hakari's technique is apart of his DE, Yuta could possibly land a jackpot thus infinite CE too (this one's just very hypothetical tho).
But yeah, in summary, base Yuta vs jackpot Hakari, Hakari wins high difficulty. Full power Yuta with fully manifested Rika vs jackpot Hakari, Yuta wins low-mid difficulty.

Well, you could argue that Higuruma would die if he almost defeated Megumi, since Sukuna would probably sense this and would do something about It. He would probably use strong movement to teleport to Higuruma who would die instantly from the sheer level of script.
He'd probably either tell Yuji "Hey brat, Fushiguro is in danger." or he'd waste his Enchain to save Megumi

I wanna throw my thoughts out before watching honestly.
Yuta: Probably doesn't matter where he goes he slays. Reggie and Hazenoki? Get outta here. Naoya? Get's stomped.
Maki: I think she could go against Reggie and Hazenoki and beat them. I don't necessarily think they are stronger than Naoya and even without Maki's awakening during that fight she would stand well against them. Kurouroushi himself probably get's killed but she wouldn't be able to save the civillians and not gonna lie. Ryu and the chick with the sky manipulation technique (forgot her name) should be able to get Maki. I don't think she has the tools to be the last one standing in this 1v1v1.
Yuji/Megumi: This is kinda difficult honestly. I feel like they could beat Kurouroushi and maybe even Naoya but again against Ryu and the other one, I don't see them taking the W at that point.
EDIT: I completely forgot Kashimo tbh. Not gonna lie, I feel like Kashimo stomps everybody he didn't fight with the exception of Yuta.
I think Ryu can get blitzed and one tapped by soul-splitter, since domains don't work on Maki, but her versus sky manipulation girl is more interesting since she can avoid soul splitter using sky manipulation

Yuji is pace matching in Shibuya so they can hit simultaneously with strong and weak attacks. Megumi is no where near the physical level of Yuji.

I'm pretty sure Hakari states it has never taken him "more than 30 tries" to hit jackpot. That implies to me that he once opened his domain 30 times within the span of 1 fight. So actually, it seems like he can open his domain quite frequently. Maybe because of how integral it is to his technique it actually costs way less than a normal domain?

It's overkill if kashimo uses his ct it's literally 50/50. If kashimo lands a lightning on yuta, even if it's only parts of the yuta body, it will damage yuta significantly due to him not having superior rct than hakari, enough for kashimo to land another lightning if he gets lucky.
Plus, if hakari was against any other character with a de that can tug-of-war with Hakari's, then Hakari basically becomes kinda fodder without jackpot

You’re looking at Megumi vs Higuruma the wrong way. You’re assuming that if Megumi was put on trial he’d 100% be charged… and if so, of what??
Judgeman is not a moral judge but a factual one, it looks at crimes not immorality. The only “crime” that can be ascribed to Megumi is beating up bullies in HS, I don’t think killing curses is a crime and having an unusual moral complex isn’t a crime either.
Even if Megumi somehow does get charged, it would most likely be confiscation. And now that we know how Judgeman works, it’s entirely possible that it takes one of Megumi’s weapons out of his shadow depending on if he has any strong cursed tools on him (beating up bullies as a minor, even if a crime, would be on the smaller scale).
Higuruma would get fucked if he got caught in Megumi’s domain. It would all come down to who activates their domain first and/or who wins the tug of war. In a physical fight without his CT I do agree that Megumi loses to Higuruma. If Megumi can activate his domain first or keep it open in a tug of war, then he’d probably win.
It would be a fun fight though, a battle between two of the smartest and most combat intelligent characters in the entire series.

I think one thing you missed in the higuruma vs megumi fight is confiscation removing cursed items instead of the technique while they are holding them, like with what happened in the fight against you know who

In the fight between megumi and higuruma megumi has no chance of winning in a domain clash, both higuruma's and hakari's domains are explained to be specially good at that and megumi's domain isn't even complete so he will be judged, now what he gets judged for and if he actually can get away with it it's impossible to know.
I think the only serious crime Judgeman could get him for, is releasing Mahoraga. They might be able to tag Megumi as an accomplice to the massacre in Shibuya.

To add a fact that u missed in mahoraga vs cursed naoya, cursed naoya is a cursed spirit, any hit from maho one shots bc of the sword of extermination. If it couldve potentially one shot a 15 finger sukuna, it would definitely one shot cursed naoya. Im pretty maho wins just based off that, unless he immediately expands his domain, after seeing maho or megumi summons him in the midst of naoya's domain.
I had an idea for the Naoya vs Yuji and Megumi fight.
I imagine that Yuji and Megumi clearly don't have the power to fight curse womb Naoya or the second form, so the only way they'd win is for either Sukuna to save their asses or Mahoraga to come out and kill him (and then worry about what they're gonna do to kill him later).
Yuji, being the better fighter at the time, will probably have to use all his remaining energy to help Megumi stall for time as he summons Mahoraga (With Yuji and Naoya being part of the ritual too) to handle Naoya and find a way to survive until they can get the help they need to kill him.
However, Yuji is in his last legs after trying to hold off Naoya that he barely has stamina left to run away from Mahoraga, and gets KO'd by him.
Now Megumi is seemingly alone and trying to keep away from a Naoya and Mahoraga fighting each other until Sukuna takes control of Yuji's body and pretty handily gets rid of the both of them.
Then Sukuna does his whole switching bodies with Megumi plan once it's all over and Megumi tries to stand up to Sukuna once more by himself.
I think it'd be a ln at least decent way to write in the rest of the story if things went a little different.
You can only bypass Kashimo’s CE trait if you have an infinite/ unlimited supply amount of CT. Yuta would only have a lot, plus the ‘boundless’ CE statement was only a metaphor. Also Yuta’s best lifting feat was a car (4000 pounds average), while Kashimo’s best was a shipping container, (8000 pounds average, also serves an an AP feat). Also, Yuta has only been seen destroying normal weapons , and since Kashimo’s weapon is a curse weapon, Yuta probably can’t break it.

Now that we understand more ab Higaruma's ct he isnt nearly as intimidating. If the domain's clash Higaruma's lack of battle experience would let him down when his enemy actually has cursed energy to fight back with. If Higaruma's domain is like Hakari's and he would likely win the clash and confiscated fushiguro would likely lose unless ofc he claims a retrial. And at any point judge man brings up a petty case ( in this time line we've never seen megumi kill anybody either), and confiscations fails its over
bruh, megumi would either summon his treasure against higuruma, or would not even be charged much, since he didn't really commit any crimes other than being a delinquent gang. what crime would he have done that deserves the death penalty? he would probably convince him to be on his team, since he has more battle and normal IQ than itadori. Also, Yuta would basically kill kashimo in a few shots if he went all out, so it won't even be a discussion, since he can't charge up thunderbolt.

I think Fushiguro loses in a domain battle so his DE wouldn’t cancel out Higurumas so it would really be matter of what judgeman has on him but Fushiguro is one of the most strait laced and intelligent characters so thats 50/50. If the DE’s do cancel out Fushiguro vs Higuruma straight hands Fushiguro claps EZ, you can’t give Higuruma the feat of keeping up with Itadori because he had no CE that’s not a fair fight. Higurumas win condition is always confiscation/death penalty if he can’t do that he loses🤷♂️

Last fight I disagree, first and only answer is sukana wouldn’t allow megumi to lose his life and put into a domain we saw what happened to mahito as well. So they might not win but will clear this mission

I do think that if yuta did take the future sight CT, he wins automatically. However, that’s only if he goes all out from the beginning, even if yuta is not “weaker” than a jackpot hakari, he shouldn’t be physically on par with him. He’s superior because of the vast potential and variety of his techniques, his biq, and his use of weapons. He’d likely be able to beat a jackpot hakari, but he’s most likely weaker by at least a decent margin, which is y he says that thing abt hakari imo. At the same time tho, I think the moment he sees how fast/strong kashimo is, he would likely fully manifest rika and his techniques since he has the comparison of hakari in his mind. However if this doesn’t happen, I definitely see a way Kashimo could win, but it’s more like a 30/70 ratio, where Kashimo probably wouldn’t use his lightning on yuta’s head on his first use of the technique, but that’s only if yuta can heal a huge hole in his body similar to hakari. I do think he has great RCT, but unlike hakari’s who’s is instant and he barely shows signs of registering damage when in jackpot, yuta would probably be stunned for at least a moment or two. Idk, that fight could probably go either way imo, with this in consideration, I’m tempted to say it’s a 50/50. The Kashimo vs ryu thing had more to do with kashimo’s mindset at the time than him not wanting to actually fight ryu. He was done looking for someone stronger than him at the time, he gave up hope, and he was already dying, so once he heard kenjaku’s offer, he took it. Also, I don’t think yuta can copy the lighting CE attribute, because he hasn’t shown the ability to copy hakari’s serrated like CE attribute.
