1. Make sure you’re good at lifting. Good technique and other stuffs. 2. If you wanna compete at local level, get in touch with local gym coaches, ask them to notify you when there is a competition. Keep looking at the tamilnadu weightlifting and powerlifting association Facebook page, they’ll post notifications if there is any competition. But, by my knowledge, it is almost useless to compete local or even state level. You’ll only satisfy yourself. 3. If you wanna compete at higher level. I think you can start from South Indian level competitions and keep moving on. Look at websites of Indian powerlifting federation and Indian weightlifting federation. They keep updated of competitions happen all around Indian. They’re good compared to these Tamilnadu federations. Once you’ll visit or win several competitions. You’ll get to know what is going on over there, how you can apply, what to do, everything. Best of luck! 😄🙏🏻❤️
If you know technique basics, then learning online will be a good idea. If you don’t know anything, completely blank. Then it’d be better if you look for an offline coach… learning movements through online medium maybe really tough.
Waiting to see you from the fan stand... compete and win one day ❤️❤️❤️❤️
