Awesome build! just a tip for that passenger side upper control arm bolt, loosen the passenger side motor mount and use a pole jack or something to jack up the motor till the exhaust is high enough and it will slide right out. Luckily they fixed that problem in 2012 up jks.
drag link flip kit, raised rear track bar bracket, extended braided brake lines, currie anti-rock, set of driveshafts, and 37"s this would be about perfect .. really dig this project Matt
Glad to hear about the shop being in Cullman,Alabama. Maybe we can start getting recognized for off roading more. That was a great build by the way I really appreciate the pleasant shop atmosphere.
Awesome build in a short number of days,LOVE the 44's truss and all the rcv's thinking pro rock 44s or even 60's but too pricey! and seeing this i guess save lots and have almost or same strength !!!! Keep it up guys!
Extremely awesome love the snow camao love the Old Glory 44 front end a great swap Yukon gears 513 Yukon air Locker I agree with you 100% all the other parts or quality the wheels and tires look realy great the jeep looks great you guys did a great job I hope the Jeep performed and pulls real good I hope you had fun thanks for sharing very nice build
Very impressed what you can do with the average sheet to beef it up like all the parts you want top shelf on those like shocks the most, just recently got one of your hats
The Artec truss's are a must and priced well. The WD-40 Specialist is well worth the money and sold at HF of all places. My gf's '10 JKU Sport could use those LCA skids... About time for RCV's and a donor 44, the stock 27 spline twist like a pretzel on 37's. Debated getting some CTM U-joints but for the price RCV seems like a better long term in- vestment. Especially running OMF 17" beadlocks
The parts are awesome and Jeep turned out just amazing but I am Jeep man myself! I will be getting that front bumper got my jk it's a slow build having couple kids and being a body man haha but wouldn't change a thing awesome build guys!! But big thanks on showing me that bumper the front one may get rear as well but I have to have that front bumper even told wife that's the one 👍👍👍😁I got have it
Sick sick 🤢 Bro you rock Matt this is going be one freaking awesome video brother!! And BUID If I ever Get my rig built one day me my WV buddies been talking about hitting busted knuckles park!! But you are the man !! Awesome wrap too!!
How did this go from a beautiful nicely painted finish job, to a dirty looking differential tours the end of the vedio. It looks like a few years went bye
i finally got a jeep since i recovered crom the colon cancer hopefully next time you come to wellsville or the ohio boys go to kentukey ill be there its an 08 rubicon jku on 35s
@@BustedKnuckleVideo i wanna run 40s but i currently have 18 inch black rhino armory rims i can only find tpyo open country's in a 40x18 i been out so long i don't know where to begin now lol
They are awesome vehicles, when built right you can wheel them all weekend and drive them home no problem. We will prove that in an up and coming video
Does introducing all that heat into the housing cause any warping? It's a fairly massive piece so I would think not, but the machinist in me wonders. Love the build!
When in doubt - use a bigger hammer! ^_^ One question: are those tire air lines connected directly or do you plug them with quick disconnects? Anyway, having an onboard air compressor is a bliss... 8-)
Yeah me to, I ended up putting an off road sway bar on the front and it is much better on the back roads now. I want it to handle in the turns, not flop all over the place
Be Sure to Stay Tuned as the Epic Adventure Trip episodes in this Build will be dropping soon!
The jeep I mean man that thing just looks wickedly bad love the camo to keep up the videos there amazing
Can you do more videos like this I like to learn how to do stuff for myself but it's hard when no one will help these days
What's the most paid for these Jeeps in the condition you purchased it in?
Awesome build! just a tip for that passenger side upper control arm bolt, loosen the passenger side motor mount and use a pole jack or something to jack up the motor till the exhaust is high enough and it will slide right out. Luckily they fixed that problem in 2012 up jks.
Ahh good call, I like my fix LOL
drag link flip kit, raised rear track bar bracket, extended braided brake lines, currie anti-rock, set of driveshafts, and 37"s this would be about perfect .. really dig this project Matt
Pretty much all of that is in the works next. Already have the anti-rocks sitting in the shop.
Glad to hear about the shop being in Cullman,Alabama. Maybe we can start getting recognized for off roading more. That was a great build by the way I really appreciate the pleasant shop atmosphere.
Having one of the only County Ran Off Road Parks in Alabama already has Cullman on the map.
that jeep is the best good job keep it up
It has been a good one
God bless America, Your Mall Crawler is now a legitimate “Battlebuggy”.
Awesome build.
Love it!
Awesome build guys! Im so jealous. Lol! Those axles are sweet!
They turned out great! Not bad for some Dana 44s
That wrap is sick . I stopped by the shop Friday on our way to stoney checked it out ....yall have a nice shop.....
Thanks! I am super happy with how it turned out. GCI Digital knocked it out of the park
Awesome build in a short number of days,LOVE the 44's truss and all the rcv's thinking pro rock 44s or even 60's but too pricey! and seeing this i guess save lots and have almost or same strength !!!! Keep it up guys!
Should be able to run 37s and get pretty rowdy with no issues. You can upgrade the rear to bigger shafts as well.
Great build video. enjoyed every min of it. i’m interested to see how the shocks work and see you play with adjustments most of all.
we did a lot of that on our trip, those should be out next week
Cool build, first time watching one of your videos and I liked it enough to subscribe. Looking forward to binge watching all of them.
Awesome welcome aboard!
Great Build....!
Thanks Red!
Good job saving a poor Jeep from death! I'm in the process of finding my first JKU, and can't wait to start customizing my wallet into the ground!
Insurance auction is a great place to start
Awesome video guys! Really enjoyed it and even learned a little. Great products and the jeep looks great!
Thanks, we are pumped on how it turned out, time for some 37s now!
Really enjoyed watching as you guys built this rig! Great job, looking forward to seeing it on the trail.
It has come a long way. Still needs a few things but it really shined on the trail to sema trip
Love the build. Makes me want to pickup a JKU
Thanks, I've had a blast in it
And some wd-40 lol
man looks good. especially for a 6 day build. keep up the good work.
Thanks, I don't plan on ever doing a build with that kind of timeline ever again lol
Great built thanks for sharing
glad you dig it
yeah I bet it was a fun build that jeep is awesome it's pretty badass you guys did a really nice job👍👍
Nice job guys. New shop is coming together nicely.
Thanks, The shop it getting there. It's nice to have plenty of space to work.
loved this build!! could absolutely use those lower control arm skids for my TJ!
Awesome! I already want to cut off the rears and replace them with Artec ones as well
Looks great good job guys get some sleep
I'll catch up on sleep when I get old.
Was pretty cool you guys did all that in 6 days! Axles look clean and strong👌🏼
it was a lot of work, but we got it done just in time
turned out great, anxious to hear more about those icon shocks after the trails
They performed great! I had the best riding jeep out of everyone on the trip.
Matt & Jake baked a cake- er, JEEP. Hey, good job guys, looks good like a JK should... 😎
Momma BK cooked for us all week in the shop, we ate pretty dang good!
Sweet build.
Thanks!
Man love the jeep it’s awesome looks pretty wicked
Thanks!

thanks, it did great on its maiden voyage, those videos are coming soon
Build was outrageous. Like the parts and the wheel/tires. Would have liked to have seen it move off road. Maybe later??
We filmed it's entire maiden voyage so stay tuned for that.
Awesome build!
Thanks!
Nice build.
That isn't rust. I live in Minnesota, so we know rust. I had a good chuckle .
It was rustier than we usually see down here in Alabama.
Awesome videos really enjoyed it. Looking forward to seeing more build videos.
Thanks, hopefully we can get Carter to get back going on the LSK5, we are talking about doing a Comanche or XJ next.
Very impressed what you can do with the average sheet to beef it up like all the parts you want top shelf on those like shocks the most, just recently got one of your hats
We had a lot of help with this build, super happy with how it turned out

RCV for the win!
Sweet build dude I live in cullman also would love to come see this in person
thanks, we are right off of hwy 69 between stoney lonesome and dodge city
Enjoyed watching the build. I have a 2015 JKU Sahara that is bone stock in need of upgrades!!
We are super happy with this setup, stay tuned for our epic off road trip to test it all out
Great build. Liked the ultimate 44 work. Need to sport your logo fairlead, my zeon 12 platinum warn fairlead sticks out above my ps bruiser stubby.
Thanks, we are working on an update video for it now. stay tuned
Nice build👍
Thanks!
I just got a 2013 JK you I would definitely like to do the front and swap on mine the video it’s pretty sweet bro keep up the good work
It is worth it for sure
Keep up the awsome work
Thanks!
Finally, lol. Been waiting for more garage vids. Looking good, nice parts.
Thanks it was a fun build
BustedKnuckleVideo Looking forward to more garage videos and the inaugural wheeling video
We need to do some more rock rod garage episodes for sure
The parts are awesome and Jeep turned out just amazing but I am Jeep man myself! But big thanks on showing me that bumper the front one may get rear as well but I have to have that front bumper even told wife that's the one 👍👍👍😁I got have it
Motobilt makes some of the best looking bumpers hands down
its badass
It looks even better now.
That Burkey guy doesn't seem to know what he is talking about...ha ha ha. Congrats on the new shop. A->B Brother
He has his moments. LOL
Love the video. Going with that kind of money spent on the axles I would have gone with 37s. But im sure there is a reasoning for it.
well we ordered 35s when we were keeping then Dana 30, then I found the 44 housing....so it will have 37s eventually
I’m close to where ur shop is what insurance auctions u recommend in bama to look for a jku starting to look for one now
copart
Awesome build
Thanks!
Great build my freind how much on lift kit did you have also brend thanks for shear the video
this is a 3" kit
Sick sick 🤢 Bro you rock Matt this is going be one freaking awesome video brother!! And BUID If I ever Get my rig built one day me my WV buddies been talking about hitting busted knuckles park!! But you are the man !! Awesome wrap too!!
Come on down, we wheeled this build at the park and had a blast
How did this go from a beautiful nicely painted finish job, to a dirty looking differential tours the end of the vedio. It looks like a few years went bye
Sammy Gonzalez we took it wheeling.
i finally got a jeep since i recovered crom the colon cancer hopefully next time you come to wellsville or the ohio boys go to kentukey ill be there its an 08 rubicon jku on 35s
Glad to hear you are in recovery. This rig is on 39s and 3 link front and rear now th-cam.com/video/z4Da7iFO_rk/w-d-xo.html
@@BustedKnuckleVideo i wanna run 40s but i currently have 18 inch black rhino armory rims i can only find tpyo open country's in a 40x18 i been out so long i don't know where to begin now lol
Good stuff. I want to trade my wife a jeep for her 05 s4 wagon. Really liking these 4 doors......and I really want her S4
They are awesome vehicles, when built right you can wheel them all weekend and drive them home no problem. We will prove that in an up and coming video
Does introducing all that heat into the housing cause any warping?
It's a fairly massive piece so I would think not, but the machinist in me wonders.
Love the build!
Just have to take your time and weld it in short spurts then let it cool down
This is a cool build. What would it cost to get the same build done by you folks? With maybe saving on the fancy rims.
We just do these builds for fun, not for hire.
Nice !!!!!
Thanks!
You need some Rust Kutter
whats that?
When in doubt - use a bigger hammer! ^_^
One question: are those tire air lines connected directly or do you plug them with quick disconnects? Anyway, having an onboard air compressor is a bliss... 8-)
Quick disconnects at each wheel well
great build, only thing is, you didn't put in a ls
Oh we arent finished yet
Nice job guys
Thanks!
That was a ton of work. Where's the winch?
You can say that again! I have one but it needs re-wired
I enjoyed the jeep build. After everything is done would you get rid of it for the right price? Keep it up great work
For the right price I would. Not sure what that right price would be.
lovin the jeep still hopeing for ls swap yea baby go big or go home
That might happen eventually
Not a fan of the JKs, but this one is pretty damn cool.
Most people make them Mall Crawlers, we built this one to wheel and road trip. Stay tuned because the adventure we went on with this build was EPIC!
lol run swaybars...Thats funny. I've had mine disconnected for months now.
It makes it sketchy on the road
It's not that bad. Just gotta get use to it. I've had mine up on the expressway at 70mph.
Yeah me to, I ended up putting an off road sway bar on the front and it is much better on the back roads now. I want it to handle in the turns, not flop all over the place
Haha I have that same mojo welding lid
Nice!
adjust your lift cables. lol. jeep looks good though!
We did after we lifted it the first time, It was just installed
I just want your building skills.
Nice rig.
Curious...why 35's instead of 37's+?
I just bolted a bunch of stuff on lol, Well I had already ordered the 35s before I found the front 44, I plan on upgrading to 37s soon
Great video! Will the shop be doing any work for individuals???
Yes we are already working on some high end builds for a few customers.
Excluding the price of jeep how much did you spend on accessories. I have an 08 jku Sahara im starting to build this year.
There is a good $10k in parts at least
روعه 😍
شكرا لكم
6 days on a JKU.100,000,000 days on a K5 blazer
FACTS! Carter is just slow with his builds....
How much to do my 2001 JK? I want
We just do this for fun, not for hire.
How much for just parts and rim tires also ?
All prices and parts are listed in the description
how come you went with icon instead of metal cloak?
I had seen videos of the Icon Suspension working, It rides so nice and take a lot of abuse.
BustedKnuckleVideo Hmmm I just can’t make up my mind
If Icon made a long arm kit it would be a no brainer, that being said I climb some crazy obstacles in this Jeep.
Where can I buy that American flag for my JKU? @BustedKnuckleVideo
GCI Digital Imaging in Ohio and ship you a wrap just like this
i thought you guys were going to put 40s and you pull up with 35s lol
well I was going to keep the 30, then got a 44 but had already ordered tires. Now I want some 37s
About how much to put rear lokers imy jk 2013
would be fairly expensive for air lockers, mechanical lockers would be cheaper
What happened to the blazer??
I was waiting on that comment, He is still looking for the right engine.
BustedKnuckleVideo
Thanks. Not a jeep guy. Love the build tho. Looks awesome! Kinda jealous.😊
Thanks, I wasn't a Jeep guy either, but I am enjoying this one now that its built.
Should thank yourselfs for entertaining video
not bad for me doing most of the shooting myself
Welcome world of building toy
Not my first build, just my shortest time frame
Once drove my JKU with no shocks or swaybars.
Don't do that kids...
that sounds sketchy
I don't like cameras
me neither
