I don’t know your situation, but a boss “wanting you to wear red lipstick” is… not a normal (or appropriate) thing for a boss to request from you or anyone. Maybe I’m reading into it too much, but a gentle reminder that you can wear any color lipstick that YOU choose or no lipstick at all and like that’s none of your boss’ business or say. Like it’s weird of them to think they can control or request that from another grown human adult… The red lip does looks great with your fair skin and blue eyes (and like overall “cool toned” gorge appearance) but I hope you wear it bc YOU want to not bc you’re being told to. I’m sure you know this already, but a reminder that are like worthy of choosing your own lipstick color and you are in control of how you choose to present yourself. And you’d look great in any color lipstick or with or without it at all if that’s what you choose. Unless you’re like a model your job performance has nothing to do w your makeup.
