Sir I have no words how easily and beautifully you have explained it. Covering this topic was my fear , and you saved me. Hats off and hands down to you Sir!🙌🙌
Wonderful presentation Dr. Rajesh Jambhulkar Sir... The replication process has been explained nicely with so much of ease. Highly recommended to medical students....
you are the best teacher in bio chemistry , all ur contents are soo good and easy to understand. Thank you so much for making it easy that really helps me in my 1st yr at this pandemic situation.
Sir i req u to make another same video for replication in eukaryotes. Ye bohot old video hai samaj me nahi araha hai bahut Sir pls reply. Bana do na naya vid pls❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much Sir...... I can't put into words how you mean to me....... Your videos are very perfect also your tried well to cover each and every point. 🙏🙏🙏
Sir, I have a question.... You told after the action of RNAse H and FEN, DNA Polymerase synthesises DNA in that place but you didn’t mention which DNA Polymerase.(Alpha/Beta/Gamma/Delta/Epsilon/something other) Please answer.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Sir you have told that in replication of eukaryotes, during elongation process the leadingstrand elongation occurs with the combination of RFC+PCNA +DNA polymerase epsilon. But in rafi book of biochemistry for ug. They have mentioned the function of DNA POLYMERASE EPSILON is comparable to the action of DNA POLYMERASE 1. Which is involved in the removal of RNA Primers of okazaki fragments of lagging strand Then how can DNA POLYMERASE EPSILON enhance elongation of leading strand?
@@56-keloziiakadete36 still u didn't get me. I grab the lecture in 1st go. That wasn't my problem. I was looking for the lecture to recommend my students but this is higher class knowledge my students are in 12th class. They need more concepts to understand this directly.

Must watch for Medical Undergraduates and Postgraduates.
Very helpful. Worth investing time here. Thanks a lot sir.
Very nicely explained. Charts are excellent. Easy language.
Finally i found a vedio lecture that is easy and helpful thank you Sir 😊

Sir ur videos are really helpful for me. It makes me to understand each and every concept. Thanks a lot sir🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you sir ..... My struggling towards replication got an end🙏
very helpful sir tqsm ,ending slides r excellent it is very easy to remembering& it will more helpful while giving examination
Wonderful explanation sir all doubts are cleared... Thank you sir.
I found in Satyanarayana that is delta for leading strand and epsilon for lagging strand
Yes you're correct...
Very nicely explained ,very useful for ug students
It’s really very helpful sir . Thank you so much
Pls keep making such videos
Thank you sir , keep uploading videos your video are so helpful ....🙏🙏
Mast 👌 ...easy made for medicos
Thanks Sir.

Very Helpful sir Thanku
Great video . Thank you😇
Thanks u so much sir, made this topic so easy.
A good lecture sir❤❤❤
Very helpful sir 👌
Thanks for ur great efforts 👍
Sir best video in youtube
Sir your voice is not clearly audible. But thanks I learned a lot. Video is really helpful
Informative✨
Sir please say some points how RNAase and FEN helps in removal of Rna primer
Sir thank you so much 🙏 🙏, it was really helpful
Very clear explaination sir.
Thank You so much Sir. This topic was always weak. Plz explain Klenow segment.
After proofreading done by DNA POLY I the remaining large fragment on the DNA is known as KLENOW FRAGMENT.
Thanku sir explanation is very interesting
Best explained
Sir, you said epsilon is for leading strand but in presentation it is mentioned for lagging strand
Sir I have doubt in enzyme ploymarase of leading and lagging strand in eukaryotes...it is just opposite in satyanarayna
Refer harper
@@Rajesh_Jambhulkar thank you sir
Also opposite in vasudevan
Awesome as always😄
Highly recommended to medical students

Satyanarayana says leading strand requires DNA polymerase delta

New edition Harper
Yeah!
Yaa
who said biochemistry is booring Teachers like u made it intresting
Wondering video
Great sir! One of the best❣️
Concise and perfect explanation sir..
In lagging strand gap is filled by which enzyme in eukaryotes? Eplsilon or Delta?
Thanks
Given different in different books. Follow Harper

Sir I think you have interchanged the Dna polymerase delta and epsilon for leading and lagging strand respectively.
Follow Harper's new edition only for this
@@Rajesh_Jambhulkar ok sir thanks for your concern
Amazing series 😍😍
Very helpfull thankuu sir😘😘
Sir my doubt is.. In satyanarayan for leading strand DNA POL delta is used (opposite to What you send) and for lagging it's dna pol e
Use harper for this
Thank u so much sir
Much helpful
Nice work
Sir can u tell me
Is it same as mechanism of dna replication of eukaryote
so thank you sir

It's very much blurr and poor light.. don't see anything.. 😔😔
Sir u mention DNA pol 1,2 & 3 but in eukaryotes there are DNA pol Delta, Epsilon, alpha, beta and gamma......so why did u not mention these enzymes?
