      After proofreading done by DNA POLY I the remaining large fragment on the DNA is known as KLENOW FRAGMENT.

    You told after the action of RNAse H and FEN, DNA Polymerase synthesises DNA in that place but you didn’t mention which DNA Polymerase.(Alpha/Beta/Gamma/Delta/Epsilon/something other) Please answer.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Sir you have told that in replication of eukaryotes, during elongation process the leadingstrand elongation occurs with the combination of RFC+PCNA +DNA polymerase epsilon.
    But in rafi book of biochemistry for ug. They have mentioned the function of DNA POLYMERASE EPSILON is comparable to the action of DNA POLYMERASE 1. Which is involved in the removal of RNA Primers of okazaki fragments of lagging strand
    Then how can DNA POLYMERASE EPSILON enhance elongation of leading strand?

      @@56-keloziiakadete36 still u didn't get me. I grab the lecture in 1st go. That wasn't my problem. I was looking for the lecture to recommend my students but this is higher class knowledge my students are in 12th class. They need more concepts to understand this directly.
