Florida has saltwater intrusion due to ground water being pumped out faster than it is replaced, so rain gardens are SO important for getting the rain back into the ground. The whole state WAS a giant sponge to replenish groundwater for the continent. So yes, Floridians-please allow space in your yard for a gorgeous garden like this!😊
