A Time To Tell

A Time to Tell was produced by the Boy Scouts of America to inform boys 11 years of age and older about child sexual abuse and ways to prevent it. It is important that we all recognize that child sexual abuse is a serious problem in our society and that you are prepared to take appropriate steps if you or your friends are confronted by a person who attempts to put you in a situation where sexual abuse could occur.
