@@Rcschim Yes, we should have daily highs in the late 20s but the forecast for today has a high of just 15 degrees. This is the summer of disappointment from a weather perspective. Rain, wind then rain *and* wind. Hopefully things will improve in a few weeks and we'll have at least a week or two of real summer 🙂
There would have been a lot of swearing from me, during the problems with ARWing and the Emergency mode ;) The whole day was pretty awesome - great crew!

what an epic day. the chase shots were fantastic, the close call at 3.28 on the pointy ridge was great flying by both pilots. wth is emergency mode??? they took time to write code to display it and didnt think to leave sticks active!!!!! happy new year to all the crew!
thanks Man, yep - those 2 are amazing pilots (and also they are not afraid of crashing their planes ;) Emergency mode needs more explanation from the programmer ;) I mean - if the stupid logfile cannot be written because SD is full - just stop it and let me land my plane. Maybe give me an angry warning but that behaviour is weird. Will see if some of the EdgeTX guys can explain the backrounds. Other than that the EdgeTX / TX16s is a great OS and radio. Shortly I thought about buying something more reliable - but now that I know what happend and how to prevent it (I now use a 64gb card) it shouldnt be a problem anymore. And I also re-enabled the LOGGING again - since one of my friends lost his plane that day (and even his logsfiles didn't help us find it - but that's another story). greets, Mario
@@Rcschim yeah i'd love to be able to use logfiles, but the nirvana 14 and unfinished os plus tbs micro 2..... it took me a week to get it working... mainly because nv14 scrolls its pages left to right etc... and i couldnt figure out why it wasnt seeing rx when i was binding.... a whole week till i accidentally scrolled on lua page.... you know how solving a mystery is usually a yippe eureka moment, that was more of a tearful '' what a waste of a week'' moment. ps, the edit was a bit short, i know shouldnt say it because its so hard to get a short snappy edit, but i did find myself thinking oh, its finished.

It's a "my fly dream" MFD plane. Not sure if they still sell those. I was super impressed by it, but I think the pilot modified and improved this "mother ship" a lot. It has a very nice speed envelope tho :)

What is that twin motor? MPX Twinstar?
It's a "my fly dream" MFD plane. Not sure if they still sell those. I was super impressed by it, but I think the pilot modified and improved this "mother ship" a lot. It has a very nice speed envelope tho :)
