I've been having the grey hair conversation with my daughter (and myself!) recently. I'm not ready for the au natural look, either. Similar to you, I really only started coloring my hair consistently in my mid-40s when the grey really started coming in. I've been using Revlon's Color Silk, which is ammonia-free, but even still, I'm sure there are more chemicals in it than I care to put on my scalp. My hair grows pretty fast, too, so I wind up having to do the roots like every 2 weeks. I did try henna powder once about 9 years ago and it was a mess. I will definitely look into this henna creme for sure. Thanks for reminder and for the detailed instructions! I like that the bottle lasts about 3 treatments, too.

@@pattybonsera I’ve used the powder too. Messy and the smell, grittiness bugged me. The liquid is much better!!!
