Blender Kit is just way beyond what other libraries are. The number of free or cheap high quality assets, the speed, the convenience of searching - this is a true game changer. With Blender Kit growing and Blender's rendering capabilities growing Blender is going to rule the world.

Thank you for sharing this addon with us. I was wondering, does it save the objects into the Blender scene itself or to the pc? If to the pc then where would that location be and how do I change it? Thanks.
When you click an asset to use it will download it into your scene, then creates a folder next to your scene file called 'assets'. Stores the files in there.
I'm trying to sign up for the yearly paid version and it keeps cancelling my order telling me to call my bank... yes I have a lot more than the annual fee... any thoughts.
My understanding is Blenderkit isn't on by default because it hits the internet and the people at the Blender Foundation go out of their way to help maintain net privacy. But yeah, Blenderkit is super handy! I keep using it for textures and keep forgetting all the cool models they have too!

Is it better to log in even with the free version? Assuming I'm only using it to find and import modeling.
I'm pretty sure you HAVE to log in even with the free version...
