His gentleman behaviour, not flattening Jason Robinson (I think in 2007) when Robinson pulled a hammy fielding an up-and-under. Habana was running up on him, noticed him in pain, and pulled out of the tackle. Stopped and asked him if he was ok, and the ref called a halt to the game for a minute. So many other players would have bust a nut for such an easy cheap shot, but Habana is such a class act. It was a great moment.
My favorite Habana moments are from 2006, when he scored 2 end to end tries vs Australia who had Tukiri and Mitchell in the team and the two of them were pretty fast in their own right.
Always respected him as a player, but only after hearing his guest appearance at the BBC Rugby Union Weekly podcast did I find out what a smart, funny and witty guy he is. The greatest rugby winger of all time, and a genuinely great bloke. Always a smile on his face, always a good vibe from him. Pure class & legend.
He is a nice guy. I've seen you comment on quite a few rugby vids and you're kiwi if I'm not mistaken? Best winger I dunno, still think Jonah edges him there. But yeah he has a very polished posh South African accent haha, very well spoken guy.
@@mattybhoy6522 No, I’m not kiwi, mate. Jonah and Bryan are in a league of their own, and it’s splitting hair between the two. What edges it to Bryan imho, is his longevity. But Jonah will always be rugby’s first global superstar. I come from a completely non-rugby country, but even there he made the news and his face was recognizable.
Great to see this! I always wanted to know what professional rugby players do with their jerseys and how their collections looks like - very cool video, but too short! I would have loved to see more of Habana's jerseys.
Bryan, you were a fantastic player and scored many great tries. I enjoyed hearing the stories behind the jersey’s in your collection. I am an avid All Black fan and I have to say, I couldn’t spot an All Black jersey hanging on either rack. I will just have to assume that you have a room completely dedicated to All Black memorabillia. (Somehow I don’t think so😀) Bryan congratulations on a wonderful career and best wishes to you.
Same here will it be South Africa repeating their win in 2007 or will England finally after twenty years of winning in 2003 hoist that Webb Ellis cup again? Either way I wait with baited breath
Absolute legend, Just a shame you had to go play for those losers down in the Cape 😂 (yes I am still bitter about you leaving the Bulls) My favourite Habana moment is every moment in a Bulls jersey.
Habana could have been a great player if only he had pace he had everything else strength, power, skill but he was just too slow to be a world class winger.

You guys realize you spelt his name wrong in the title of the vid? Its not " Byran"
Bryan Habana is one of my all-time rugby hero's
As a middle aged kiwi, he's the best Springbok winger that I've seen in my lifetime.

Love Habana, Aroha from NZ. I wish the Boks had got the ball to you more. Old NZ rugby saying "There is no defense against pace."
The Barbarians are indeed cool
who would dislike this video... ? must be an English fan...
Whos Lions jersey did you get Bryan
Great to see World Rugby misspelling a rugby legend's name in a title
World rugby what team do you think will win world cup france 2023
Boks, they have powerhouse locks, fast, intelligent men
Not England.
France
Probably boks,France or the all blacks
Interesting, bryan never took out the WP jersey
"I hope world rugby don't watch this too much" oh I'm sure they won't notice😂😂😂
Byran 🙅♂️
Bryan 🙆♂️
Bryan Habana is one of the greatest wings Sa ever produced, not sure about this Byran guy though...
Sharp eyes…
This Byran guy looks like Bryan Habana lol

10.3 to the 100m my guy, delete your comment.
@@RPedro87 he really needed to be at least 9.5 in the 100 for anyone to really take him seriously though. Very sad.
