- Hello and welcome back to Train Simulator Classic!
Tonight we're going to be taking on a huge drive for Train Simulator Classic, from Bristol Temple Meads, all the way down to Penzance in the deep South! We're going to be showing the Just Trains Voyager some love tonight which is a very marmite train, both in real life and in Train Sim Classic!
Using three separate scenarios we're going to be simulating a CrossCountry service which runs from Edinburgh to Penzance, with 2x Class 221 "Super Voyager" trains. MagicToad has very kindly put together these scenarios and in testing they've worked like a charm! Fingers crossed it doesn't let us down tonight!

Congrats on 30,000 Joe, loved every second of the time I've been with you (turns out it's a lot longer than I expected (makes me feel old)). Will be with you for a good while longer (hopefully).
Your right Joe, Virgin XC did go to Paddington twice a day, 05:24 Pad to Liverpool and the last southbound Liverpool service, arriving in Paddington just after 2am. This was my home bound train from Oxford at 01:02am when I was station manager at Oxford to Reading. The train was stabled at Paddington station, Cleaned and fromed the the 05:24.
Virgin XC also run two trains a day to Brighton Via Kensinton Olympia.unfortunatunely there was no more paths avilable but Richard Branson on a number of occasion tried vert hard to get more path either via London or Guildford but Thames trains blocked by increasing their Gatwick service via Guildford, Shame because like you i love the Voyagers and remember dispaching the first from Oxford and being amazed by the acceleration. but it also seemed very strange, dispaching its because once the doors closed the train manager couldnt see the plateform. Great itmes.

I’m not completely anti voyagers but not a fan of the seating for long journeys. Going to Newcastle from Plymouth later this year but going to London first and catching a LNER train up from Kings Cross. Quicker and faster journey with less stops.
You say these scenarios were from a few days before - I actually saw that old train as it passed beneath me on the M5 as I was driving over the viaduct in my lorry (a minute or so before Starcross)
