U think it was a playoff game! Guy owns the crowd! Dude changed the culture of this team.
wrd and it’s only April💀💀 this gonna be fun to watch
Damn imagine this place in October
Amazing what 1 good, charismatic player can do for a team.
That was happens when you bring in a latin star player remember new york is literally 40% latino
@@noahchamberlain9797 Or October 😉
That stadium has lifting off the ground 😅
Energy is crazy
Cant wait to join this
Yankees giving me vibes
Pure vibes🎉🎉
Even Michael Kay had some crazy energy on that home run call.
Lifelong A’s fan and I gotta say, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more fitting signing by the Yankees. Seeing him play for that team just looks right. And he’s somehow vastly exceeded the expectations thus far. He just might end up being the MVP.
They haven't even signed him yet. This is his walk year. He's about to get 💰💰 💰 💰 💰 💰 💰 💰 💰 💰.
Haven’t sign him yet but he’s been incredible man!
i agree wholeheartedly. i didnt know him before this year but seen clips now and ive done research and everything about this guy is right in the pin stripes
So bummed when San Diego let him go. I would have let go any other Padre before him. Miss his at bats a lot. Love to see him crushing in NY
Yeah he'll be a Met next year.
That Yankee Stadium right field porch was made for Soto.
Pretty sure 450 ft gets out in any park
That goes out ANYWHERE....
@@hidaven2006 sotos main power is to left center. Maybe he's changing his game to take advantage of the porch.
That would’ve been a HR in all stadiums.
I disagree. He doesn’t need it
I haven't heard Yankee Stadium been that loud since '09, that was crazy!
Why was it that loud? What was the significance?
@bobbyw1074 probably the fact that this baseball star that the Yankees traded for is tearing the league up right now and everybody in the Bronx is excited about it, i don't know if you noticed but everybody else in baseball has...
Him and judge fired up got me fired up
Saw it live and it really was a BOMB so clutch he really is off to a SCORTHING HOT start!
Thank you everyone for 40 likes!
I hope he's a Yankee for the rest of his career
They’ll never pay him more than judge so just enjoy him playing in queens after y’all try to win a chip my boy
Why wouldn’t they pay him more then judge lmao
@@kevinfrancis2619of course they will

Lol, good one, very punny, he's Juanderful!

Let's go! I love it
This is what Marichal used to be called.
@@cvonbarron Good one but not original, Juan Marichal was called this.
@@garymorris1856
Marichal was The Dominican Dandy!
As a Yankees fan since being born in '90, give this man whatever he wants in free agency. Soto is freaking legit!
Don't worry, Steve Cohen will. 🫡🫡
@@moo-moo74you Mets fans want to be the Yankees sooooo bad haha
@@moo-moo74lmao the level of your desperation is embarrassing
If Hal is smart he would try to sign Soto now! I know Soto likes the idea of a bidding war but come on How much money do you really need? And where is the loyalty of players these days. Does every thing got to be about money.
@@thomasvinelli I’m sure the Yanks will be making him a priority and will start having low-key talks before the season is over. But yeah, it’s not the good ol’ days where you have people like Ripken staying with one club, or Stockton in the NBA playing his whole career with the Jazz. Because of the culture now, money is a lot more important to many players than loyalty or staying at a club with a pedigree like the Yankees. Soto or his people have already stated, I believe, that he wants the biggest deal yet, bigger than Ohtani. It’s somewhat understandable considering a lot of these players come from impoverished backgrounds abroad, but really, if you’re not starting some type of global company, I don’t know how much money you really need to actually just be happy. I think it’s also a status thing with Soto, the money he’s going to get in his next deal.
Bro, look at all the ridiculous chains players are wearing during games. I think it’s tacky, really, and I wish they wouldn’t wear the chains during the games, but I’m used to it now.
1:46 Judge knew it was gone 🤣🤣
Captain knows best.
Steroids know best
@@jonathanbrenner4736 - Judge is a f'kn horse man, 6'7 280+, he don't need no stinkin roids. He's got enough money to eat all the finest foods and have the best trainers. Taking roids would be so dumb.
Juan Soto is the best pure hitter in baseball right now. His plate discipline is absolutely ridiculous.
As well as Soto is hitting right now, Mookie Betts leads him in almost every major offensive category and is a better defender.
Shohei, Betts, Acuna Better
@@kinggremlin4574mookie went from 1st to 9th after playing the cubs in the prior series. Soto>Betts
Yeah actually Mookie Betts & Marcell Ozuna are PAY ATTENTION
...no disrespect to Soto tho
Betts and Ohtani are doing better.
Cabrera and Volpe tie it up, Soto breaks it open. Story of the Yankees so far in 2024. Man this is a fun team.
But remember in the playoffs PITCHING AND DEFENSE wins championships
I mean, Yankees have the sixth lowest team ERA in the league. Not like they've been struggling in the pitching dept.
Defense, admittedly, has been a concern.
The Comraderity is in the bull pen ,its all coming tog e
@@bobbenbrown123did you see Soto in the World Series against Houston?
@@snerdterguson the bullpen is a problem, they're getting lit up and are tired
This guy is such a beast, it's awsome that Judge doesn't have to carry this team on his back anymore lol
Not with Soto and Stanton and Volpe etc.
@@bobbenbrown123 Yeah the team is picking up Judge because he’s playing bad
@@Pm23466ah it’s okay let him for now. He was carrying Yankees for a fat minute and now he can rest without the pressure on him anymore.
@@bobbenbrown123 - Don't forget Dominguez. Yankees are stacked!
Man, the energy is reminding me of 09!
That's Hideki Matsui with Derek Jeter combine in '09. Aaron Judge couldn't do much on his own except when he's got a best player like Juan Soto on the team helping out. Anaheim Angels couldn't win a game when both players in and out of injuries like Shohei and Trout.
Soto will be a Yankee for life
That's the prettiest effing swing in baseball! 😳
Yeah no he won't. 1 & done then it's off to Flushing Queens.
@@moo-moo74 giving yourself a thumbs up is pretty slick, yo!

@@moo-moo74 lol clown. You think he’s gonna go play for your mid-franchise instead of the most decorated team in sports? Foh
Beast mode
especially how he throws that bat. must be awesome to see in person.
That was wild! I live in Pennsylvania and I'll go to the Yankee stadium on sunday, I got to witness this show!!
Was at the stadium tonight…. Just straight electricity. We all knew he was gonna do something in that at bat. The section I was sitting in (left field grand stand) we were chanting “SOTO!!” Right before the home run. We knew it was gone as soon as it left his bat.
I could watch this all day! Amazing, and man the crowd...just like a playoff game in April and it wasn't even a walk-off, crazy!
Was at this game and it felt like a playoff homerun when he hit that, the place erupted
Same here. It was pure electric. The stadium shook. We haven’t seen this since the 90’s and 2009. Wow. Just wow.
I'm not even a Yankees fan and I hope they make some serious noise this season. Soto in Yankee stadium in October...wow.
ELECTRIC! INSPIRATIONAL! Judge and Soto yelling at each other! Im jumped outta my couch and almost hit the roof I swear! 😂😂😂SIGN THIS MAN ALREADY!!!
Don't worry, Steve Cohen will. 🫡
Bro the crowd is yelling 🔥 dude has no reason not too come back fans love this guy
Said it once, I’ll say it again.. Soto has found HOME.
Agreed, home is in NY-FLUSHING QUEENS, NY. 🫡🫡
Without Soto, Yankees would be .500 at best. Thank goodness he’s here
Nah. Pitching would have carried us to at least a couple over .500 by this point. But he definitely has been the MVP of the team so far. You could instantly see how different the lineup was and how his presence hanged other players approach, most notably with Volpe who apparently has God tier plate vision now.
@@snerdterguson No, he is right, last year they had a lot of trouble scoring.
I agree, as you know, the Yankees really struggled to score last year.
This home run will always be stuck in my head for a very long time. He sent that ball into orbit.🤯
Juan Soto had the whole Yankees Stadium rockin'.
Friday night in the Bronx? Yes, please 🔥
All we need is judge to start hitting and this team is going to be unstoppable
Yankee stadium looks alive again this team feels special reminds me of the the old days letssss goooo yanksss
Soto is a different type of animal 🔥🔥🔥
Soto Was Born To Be Yankee. Born to be a Dominican in NY
Yeah no he wasn't. He was born to be a Washington National, & that is why help get that team a World Series Championship. However, he'll be a Met next year. 🫡🫡
Yankee Stadium was packed. Even during the glory years of the late 90s wasn't this crowded
Soto is by far the most entertaining player to watch. Saw him in Toronto and although he didn’t do a ton his power was scary and he’s good in the field. NY can’t afford to have walk away. They will open up the check book for him one way or another.
Agreed, Steve Cohen will definitely open that checkbook up for Soto & you can take THAT to the bank. 🫡
Soto is a goofball. The shuffle.
This was losr in SD now he's in thick of it.And he thrives in the success
🔥fire 😮increíble juan soto🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🔥🔥🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴
Looks like enjoyed this HR more than his first one 😄... what a beast!!
Vibes are off the roof on the bronx rn, let's go Yanks!! 💪🏽💪🏽
soto is playing at another level as a yankee
I will never forget this beast leading my Nationals to a freaking World Series. We love you forever Juan keep killing it NY. Favorite player still.
The Bronx Bombers better keep hitting bombs like that... It was a good thing that Soto came over to the Yankees - gives some more chances for loooooong Home Runs (and some relief to Judge, those two are great together!) and an amazing year of baseball 😎
This team is giving me the same feeling the 09 time gave me as a kid
Sotos awesome I hope the Yankees re-sign him 15 years 790 million
The crowd loves Soto. I do too, the guy is electric.
Soto might not stay in NY, he'll never be the same after playing here. Notice how everyone is on their feet for him before he ever homers.
Because that homerun is what you call a "no doubter"
@@jackhernandez41681:37 before the pitch is even thrown
I can't tell you how jealous I am as a Met fan I know he's a free agent but can't imagine yanks letting him have one MVP season than leaving
My Dominican "brother" does it again!!!!😆
Give Soto The Whole City of NY 🇩🇴 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Don't worry, Steve Cohen will do just that.
No. I prefer he leave New York. Overrated.

That was like textbook definition of Pimping the ball
I've never seen anyone join the Yankees as a big name star and instantly exceed expectations. I was in awe when he hit this home run
I am so damn hyped ..Juan Soto is 🔥
LOVE seeing Juan doing so great!!! The Soto shuffle always cracks me up.
That sweet sound of bat hitting ball.
Give this man a blank check at the end of the season! Man was born to wear pinstripes
Give him as much money as he wants

God-DAMN,that was a towering home run! LFG Yankees!
That dame soto is just the best 💪
Soto and NYC are a match made in heaven
JUAN SOTO!!!
Born and raised in the California Bay Area. Been a Yankee fan since '84. Donnie Ballgame being my favorite Yankee and player ever.
But living so close to SF and watching so many Giants games I had the pleasure of watching many games that Barry Bonds played in. Both on TV & live.
Soto's plate discipline reminds me of Bonds. He refuses to chase and if he gets the pitch he's looking for, he rarely misses. And if he gets a mistake, this is the result.
Can wait to see joez reaction!!!
getting Soto i think changed the energy and morale of this team and also helps get some pressure off of Judge. give this man the extension.
Now you know what we had in 2019 with the Nationals. He always gets a standing ovation when he comes back
When our guy cole comes back, book us for the world series
Cole and Dominguez big facts 💯
Is he back in about a month?
Let’s keep our fingers crossed 🤞🏼
@@o-prxdiigy-o Yes, I agree, I have also noticed that, thus far, Stanton is making more contact, not striking out as much.
I really hope Dominguez can go back to that historic start he had before tommy john. I swear its the Yankees curse to take all good things away from us @michaelharvin5362
Soto is on his way to an mvp
As a non-Yankee fan, thanks a lot Padres. You couldn't trade Soto elsewhere?
Always thought this is what the Yankees lacked the past few years. A guy with this kind of infectious energy.
Nats fan here. Juan Soto is an all-time great. Sad to see him in NY but enjoy his presence!
You really gonna throw Soto a 92mph fastball right down the middle of the plate
Soto is amazing. I subscribed to this page because of him.
AS A DOMINICAN , TEARS COMES TO MY EYES TO SEE HIM HIT THIS HOMERUN, GOD BLESS YOU , SOTO👏👏🙏
Le dio con una puerta 🔥😵 y lo que salido fue un 🚀
He’s gonna look so good in that new City Connect Mets jersey; and he’ll probably end up wearing it when he gives his Hall of Fame speech being inducted as a Met.
In your dreams 😆
I haven't seen a more pure Yankee DNA player for a long while. Soto is a natural for NY !!
Haven't seen a player like this since... Jeter?
Think bigger
Nothing will sound like the old stadium. But men this sounds good to my ears. Go Yankees
