i understand you are comparing Siargao to Bali because these are the places where you are living, like Bali in Indonesia and now Siargao in the Philippines. But these 2 places are actually not on the same level. Bali is Indonesia's best tourist destination. That is why it is more develop when it comes to infrastructures, electricity and internet. Siargao is just a sleepy province that became a tourist destination due to its waves which favors the surfers. Aside from it being new and slow in development, the Philippines' bigger tourism destination such as Cebu, Boracay, Palawan (El Nido and Coron), Baguio & Ilocos, Siargao is just recently joining these places as one of the Philippines' best. Siargao need to work on many things, but most of the expats living there prefer that it has not become a fully commercialized tourist destination (yet) at this moment.
Bali is way more developed. With variety of accomodations, beach clubs, cafes etc. And surprisingly the cost of living is way cheaper in Bali as well compared to Siargao.

Siargao definitely has that charm and surf vibe similar to Bali, but with its own unique Filipino twist! 🏄♂✨ It’s quickly becoming a top spot for travelers seeking natural beauty and adventure.
Philippines has a lot more to offer. Siargao is just one of those tourist destinations you can visit in the Philippines. But I can also recommend other places such as Boracay, Cebu, Romblon, Albay, Batanes and Davao.
Has more to offer?
Ph have culture performance?
Ph have tasty food?
Ph have ice mountain?
Ph have komodo, rhino, orang utan, tiger?
Ph have good infrastructure, budget accomodation?

Siargao is the Bali of the Philippines 🇵🇭. Bonifacio Global City is the New York City of the Philippines 🇵🇭
Agree! BGC is like Wall Street and Makati Midtown Manhattan 😀
Siargao is not the Bali of the Philippines.
Siargao is very different. Bali is crowded
@@chefsprikitik6634that's not the reason why they're different. Mentawai is far less crowded than Siargao, and their waves are waaaaaay better than cloud 9, if cloud 9 located in the Mentawais no one will talking about it that much, mediocre at best, just look how waves like Lance's right, Kandui left, Greenbush, Rifles, Telescopes, or Macaronis and compare yourself to that cloud 9. Don't even dare to dream to be comparable to Bali's Padang-padang and the Bombie.

Bali beaches are gray, black sand and dirty white, compared to Siargao with fine white beaches particularly Daku Island...Bali is too busy and touristy, a lot traffic as well....while Siargao is just a slowdown and relax....
Agree with Bali beaches but there's so many areas of Bali with incredible nature and not many crowds. So many epic waterfalls and remote temples once you leave the touristy areas. Siargao nature is breathtaking as well and feels more laid-back 🌴
@@fonsiabroad they only know Bali, beaches and beaches🤣
I dont like gray beaches...We love white sand beaches....Siargao has better landscapes than your Bali am not interested with temples because its just a man-made creations...I just appreciate pure nature which was created by God...
There are lots of beaches in Bali, not all of them are gray. Next time you should visit Kelingking Beach, Dreamland Beach, Padang Padang Beach etc, and bali is not just about temples either😝

i understand you are comparing Siargao to Bali because these are the places where you are living, like Bali in Indonesia and now Siargao in the Philippines.
Siargao is a natural beauty of nature perfect white sand and clear water.
Boracay is a very nice place but it's more expensive compare to El Nido & Siargao . Goodluck , Stay safe & GOD Bless 🇵🇭☀️⭐⭐⭐👍🙏❤️
Wow thank's young handsome man to share your Videos and like my country ❤❤❤
Bali is way more developed. With variety of accomodations, beach clubs, cafes etc. And surprisingly the cost of living is way cheaper in Bali as well compared to Siargao.

I hope phils can offer more not just beaches
Don't think this island (siargao) has beach as famous as Kelingking beach and diamond beach of Bali tho, no grey beach in lembongan, and many white sand beaches in uluwatu and Nusa dua area. What is wrong with Filipino?? our kei islands alone could beat your Boracay in term of fine white sand beaches, see for yourself how ngurbloat beach and pantai madwaer looks like, it's flour like sand beaches. And we have 17,508 islands, almost 10,000 MORE ISLANDS than Philippines!!!! With 6,5 times your land area!!

(Don't tell me there's no slums in Boracay) Hehhe
Siargao is not long time been a tourist destination compared to bali which is established long time ago.siargao is recovering from a devastating typhoon couple of yrs ago.not healthy to compare the two
I think the fact that is not that crowded / touristy is actually what makes Siargao much more laid-back and authentic. Both are two of the best destinations in the world for long-term travelers / digital nomads which is my focus over traditional holiday tourism :)
Ps: It's very inspiring how the island is recovering from the Typhoon

Safety is one reason I choose Bali than siargao. Typhoon is horrible thing

Do you know how many good spots for surfing in Indo other than Bali, Like Banyak Islands, Nias, Mentawais, Telo islands, west Sumbawa, Sumba etc. Just type "No Kandui surf" here in TH-cam, and see for yourself how good cloud9 compare to that. If the new Bali is all about surfing waves and beaches there are dozens islands in Indo with better and more consistent waves than Siargao more worthy that comparison. Bali is Bali, no place like Bali.

Bali is flat so its easy for tourist to room around the country internet is also good because its cabled underground.. while Philippines is consists of islands so the internet is not stable , island to island will cost you thats why its kinda exhausting to travel hours to get to the island .. but the important is the experience and the culture u want to learn.. if you want an all access then go to bali if you want to interact more on locals without language barier then choose ph

Siargao VS mentawai.. This just fits.
Mentawai and Siargao have many similarities, Mentawai is recorded as having the best waves in the world for surfing
Norak!!
Hope they keep siargao like this, i hate crowded tourist destinations like bali..In siargao you can surf in morning and afternoon. Enjoy the quiet life and travel around the island. Bali = rush hours while siargao = laidback.
Waves consistency in Bali is superb, it's in Bali you could surf in morning and afternoon in many days of a year not in Siargao that (sorry) lack the swells. Bali known as a tropical swells magnet for a reason. Besides, there's Mentawais you could reach from Bali, with (sorry again) way better beaches and waves than Siargao, then there's Sumba island just 1 hr from Bali where you could surf with only few friends on the lineup, and with beaches like Tarimbang, Mambang, or Nihi beach that (sorry) waaay better than any beach in siargao. So what's the point?
@@simplyyank1119 i did not said you cannot surf morning and afternoon in bali. Lol 😂 your english comprehension is so bad hahahaa. Indonesian english is so bad anyway. 😂 What i mean is bali is crowded since its very famous and developed not like siargao which is quite and calm.
@@camz9014Hahah,,people surf the waves not some proper English words. Just stating the facts tho, why bother Siargao while you could get Bali plus Mentawais plus Telos plus Banyaks, and even Sumbawa and Sumba on 1 go to Indo? All with better waves than overhyped Cloud 9. In case you want to know some of the Spot scattered around Indo search footages of this spots of those island I mentioned above -> Lance's right, Kandui left, Greenbush, Bank vaults, Telescopes, Macaronis, Rag's left, E-bay, Miller's right of Tarimbang, Occy's left of Nihi, and manyyyyy more, then compare to your overhyped Cloud 9, please.
