I actually before I went to sleep one night. I cried my heart out thinking about how horrible the world is. I was literally praying to God that things would get better, that people finally realize what we’re doing to each other . Tearing each other apart. That is going to be our downfall. I cried for probably 10 minutes thinking about the hate in the world, but I also thought about the love, and how there are still people who are kind out there, and that gave me some type of hope that I really needed. And it also helped me realized that I wanted to help people with their mental health cause that’s where all the hate starts from. It helped me realize my passion that one night. And I also just needed a good cry.
Exactly! I think about that too. While I'm not the most religious I often pray to God for the guidance of these people, to help us wake up and realize that hate is NOT the answer. I understand this but just so you know a panic attack is a lot different from an anxiety attack. A panic attack is sudden and normally over quickly while an anxiety attack builds up and is usually long lasting. Either way they are still very scary and it’s good to talk to to someone about it especially younger siblings or cousins in case they experience something like this cause it is not a good feeling and everyone deserves to feel some type of safety and love in life.
This just makes me sad. You never realize what others are going through and this gives you a window into what they are feeling. Let people live their lives and spread positivity not hate

I understand this but just so you know a panic attack is a lot different from an anxiety attack. A panic attack is sudden and normally over quickly while an anxiety attack builds up and is usually long lasting. Either way they are still very scary and it’s good to talk to to someone about it especially younger siblings or cousins in case they experience something like this cause it is not a good feeling and everyone deserves to feel some type of safety and love in life.

Social media can be very difficult and a lot of people are very judgmental. But that’s also just on top of her home life, people don’t know what’s happening at her home and between her and her friends. as a person who struggles with an anxiety disorder and panic/anxiety attacks, this really upset me. i'm not famous, so i don't know EXACTLY what she's going through, but i have the same thoughts she does and nobody deserves to live this way. she's such a kind person and i don't watch her content, but i DO know that much. this world is falling apart and it's so sad.

soooo.. this is a great example for kid growing up on exactly what not to do: focus yourself on being “relevant”, always seeking to grasp the attention of others, and not having pushed yourself to do hard things. otherwise you’ll be crippled from being spoiled so much and always feeling inadequate and insecure from never measuring up because your self worth is only built around the attention you get from other people. Then the littlest tasks like leaving the house will swallow you up. If you disagree, you’ve obviously never faced real struggles in life or are exactly that way but unconsciously aren’t aware of it.
