Heck, it even triggered me to have an anxiety attack. I'm glad she's changed now. Still a little self centered by the way she looked at Lilliana during her panick attack, but at least she didn't yell like she used to.

It is. It's also to help her breathing to slow it down a bit to put a bit pressure on her ribs to help her calm down but not to the point where she can't breathe

This show has seen its fair share of meltdowns but the only other TRUE panic attack I’ve seen is Paige and even that pales in comparison to this. This is by far the worst I’ve seen on the show. I’m with Abby, I’m worried about Lily. If she’s having panic attacks now, that could lead to more if things don’t change. I don’t think it’s just the show, Lily has been on the show before and has done hard dances before. Even off the show, she’s done so much in the public eye. And the other kids are brand new and seem to be doing okay. I’m guessing it’s a combination of thing and her mother’s behavior is definitely not helping. But her mom is a PSYCHOLOGIST and should know when her daughter needs her. And whatever is the stressor for her, whether it’s the show or Abby or something we don’t even know about, it needs to be dealt with and removed from her situation.

The original cast will always be the most affected because they dealt with the raw unfiltered emotion during the time before it became so overproduced. You can see the fear in her eyes. When i had my first panic attack i had just turned 9. I know that sometimes, you absolutely cant breathe. Once, i couldn’t breathe and i completely blacked out for a minute. Im glad she doesnt feel the toxicity

She didn't mean to come across as rude, she was just stunned and she was actually quite nice, she said that Lilly should go get water and calm down. *(but not a rude and mean way, like when she says "SUCK IT UP!")* no. Abby was confused and she was expecting it to happen at some point. Just not at that particular moment.
I struggle with panic attacks if I get overwhelmed or I have heard something that is frightening so I can relate to this. I can handle them on my own now but when lily said I can’t I so felt for her
I remember when I had a panic attack in church. Actually several times. But this one stands out, because my bestie was next to me. I told her I couldn’t breathe, and then she started panicking as well. A girl told the teacher, who brought me outside. For some reason, when in church, I always feel like ima pass out so I always have to leave or else I would’ve passed out right there and it would be so embarrassing-
panic attacks are so scary because everybody things “oh u can get over it pretty fast” but when u have a panic attack u can’t get a breath out and u start to feel faint. and when u can’t breath through ur mouth or nose and u keep scrunching ur throat to be able too, it makes it harder. it’s terrible

Omg! Watching this was HEARTBREAKING! I'm a 16-year-old and I have panic attacks and anxiety. Watching Lily, who's just a little 10-year-old freakout and panic the way she did was scary! Especially when you can't breathe either! One of the worst ones I had was like that where I couldn't really breathe but, the thing is, I don't think I remember it that well to recall it to you, that's how bad it was. Also, just watching her struggle in saying she couldn't breathe and what she was told to do wasn't working was the saddest thing ever! I literally felt like I was going to cry! I agree with Abby as well, I feel like Stacey does have a little bit to do with Lily having her panic attack. Lily is under so much stress now that she isn't a Mini anymore. And, for a 10-year-old to be panicking like that and struggling to breathe the way that Lily was is, like I said before, absolutely terrifying! I pray to God that it doesn't happen to Lily in this much severity anymore during the show as it could seriously destroy her confidence in her talent. I am seriously hoping that Brady, Gia and the rest of the team, the Mom's and Abby help her get through all the panic and stress she goes through as, no one at 10-years-old should have to go through that, ever!

I’ve had the same exact problem as Lilly. Like that type of panic attack and everything, like couldn’t breathe or nothing. I did start breathing after like 8 seconds or around there. But I know her problem that happened, it’s horrible
my heart ached when I saw the amount of terror in Lilly’s eyes. I loved Brady trying to help Lilly breath by like touching her stomach and Gia was like hold Lilly up in case she passed out.
My heart goes out to Lilly. I struggle with anxiety and also do dance and it is the most terrifying thing to have a panic attacks (I get them almost weekly)
This brought a tear to my eye. I am 25 years old, and I also suffered from severe panic attacks. This hit close to home for me. I pray that she never goes through another panic attack again. It is a horrible feeling :(
I'm really happy that Lily and Stacy are here. I really like the new moms and kids. The new moms are much nicer and so are the kids.They are so caring and they are kind to each other.

I remember during a soccer game I messed up something and then got took out of the game and everyone was mad at me so I started having a panic attack but we had photos so I had to pretend like I wasn’t but right after I went to my dad and started to have another panic attack, I was surprised that my dad didn’t yell at me because he always does when I mess up something 😅

You can see the fear in her eyes. When i had my first panic attack i had just turned 9. I know that sometimes, you absolutely cant breathe. Once, i couldn’t breathe and i completely blacked out for a minute. Im glad she doesnt feel the toxicity

I struggle with panic attacks if I get overwhelmed or I have heard something that is frightening so I can relate to this. I can handle them on my own now but when lily said I can’t I so felt for her
I remember when I had a panic attack in church. Actually several times. But this one stands out, because my bestie was next to me. I told her I couldn’t breathe, and then she started panicking as well. A girl told the teacher, who brought me outside. For some reason, when in church, I always feel like ima pass out so I always have to leave or else I would’ve passed out right there and it would be so embarrassing-

panic attacks are so scary because everybody things “oh u can get over it pretty fast” but when u have a panic attack u can’t get a breath out and u start to feel faint. and when u can’t breath through ur mouth or nose and u keep scrunching ur throat to be able too, it makes it harder. it’s terrible

Omg! Watching this was HEARTBREAKING! I'm a 16-year-old and I have panic attacks and anxiety. Watching Lily, who's just a little 10-year-old freakout and panic the way she did was scary! Especially when you can't breathe either! One of the worst ones I had was like that where I couldn't really breathe but, the thing is, I don't think I remember it that well to recall it to you, that's how bad it was. Also, just watching her struggle in saying she couldn't breathe and what she was told to do wasn't working was the saddest thing ever! I literally felt like I was going to cry!
I agree with Abby as well, I feel like Stacey does have a little bit to do with Lily having her panic attack. Lily is under so much stress now that she isn't a Mini anymore. And, for a 10-year-old to be panicking like that and struggling to breathe the way that Lily was is, like I said before, absolutely terrifying!
I pray to God that it doesn't happen to Lily in this much severity anymore during the show as it could seriously destroy her confidence in her talent. I am seriously hoping that Brady, Gia and the rest of the team, the Mom's and Abby help her get through all the panic and stress she goes through as, no one at 10-years-old should have to go through that, ever!

I’ve had the same exact problem as Lilly. Like that type of panic attack and everything, like couldn’t breathe or nothing. I did start breathing after like 8 seconds or around there. But I know her problem that happened, it’s horrible

my heart ached when I saw the amount of terror in Lilly’s eyes. I loved Brady trying to help Lilly breath by like touching her stomach and Gia was like hold Lilly up in case she passed out.
My heart goes out to Lilly. I struggle with anxiety and also do dance and it is the most terrifying thing to have a panic attacks (I get them almost weekly)
This brought a tear to my eye. I am 25 years old, and I also suffered from severe panic attacks. This hit close to home for me. I pray that she never goes through another panic attack again. It is a horrible feeling :(
I'm really happy that Lily and Stacy are here. I really like the new moms and kids. The new moms are much nicer and so are the kids.They are so caring and they are kind to each other.
