- Intense first-person footage has revealed how Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade saved their comrades trapped in the city of Avdiivka from being surrounded by the Russians. Video shows how the 3rd Assault opened fire on the Russians using a .50 calibre machine-gun mounted to the top of an American MRAP armoured vehicle, before moving house-to-house to flush out Putin’s men and help their brothers-in-arms flee. Ukraine’s generals gave the order to abandon Avdiivka last week in the face of a fierce Russian assault, bringing to an end a seven-year defence of the city. The 3rd Assault, one of Ukraine’s most-elite units, were sent in to cover the retreat and stop the soldiers who had been holding the city being surrounded and killed. The Ukrainians are now thought to have withdrawn to lines just beyond the city, and while some died in the escape attempt, most are thought to have made it out.

The retreat from Herson was performed in an orderly manner, with no losses, and made perfect sense because it was imperative to reduce the frontline and take a more favorable natural defence line considering the lack of manpower. The withdrawal from Kiew was part of the Istanbul peace deal when Russia trusted the West (I hope for the last time) and was deceived.

Stop this propaganda. Ukrainians retreated one day before their command asked them to retreat after 1,500 Ukrainians were killed in just one day and the preceding day was 1,200 Ukrainians killed. Actually Ukrainians negotiated with Russians to allow them retreat without killing them in exchange of their lives for Avdiivka which Russia wanted. Let that sink in😂😂😂
Azov Ukrainian neon4zis came to Avdiivka giving n4zi salutes and left either to the "other side" (almost all of them) or crying and begging Russian soldiers.
Only 30,000 people lived there at one time it is basically a small town and the Russian lost 50,000 trying to take it and has no strategic value at all.
