Hello! I am finally starting to share my makes from Fall and Winter 202/2022. Here are the timestamps: TIMESTAMPS: Intro: 00:00 Pattern Number 1: 00:01:36 Pattern Number 2: 00:03:45 Pattern Number 3: 00:11:45 WrapUp: 00:18:31
You've made some beautiful outfits. I can't wait until I learn enough to fill my closet with all handmade clothing like yours. That green snake print top looks great on you! You have a good eye for matching style with color and pattern. I really like everything you showed.
I’m no seamstress but I couldn’t wait to see what you made and you did not disappoint!! Your tops were FABULOUS! Oh my gosh. You make me wish I knew how to sew so I could make better fitting clothes for myself. I could feel your confidence through the screen. Great work Sheree. Really 🤗
All your tops are great but I especially like the red one and the animal print. You are also encouraging me to sew loungewear for myself. I just threw 2 sets of pajamas in the garbage. I looked at myself and said, “Come on! What are you wearing?!” 😁
Thanks Linda! My wardrobe was filled with business and business casual wear and dressier clothes. I had one turtleneck and tshirts that really were more for wearing around the house. Now I have the comfort of tshirts but I can go out and feel a bit more put together but not like I’m going in to the office when I’m going to Trader Joe’s. 🤣 My daughter was laughing at me this summer asking why I put on work clothes to go to the grocery store. I was like, these are my everyday clothes. I love slacks and pumps though.
love that you were able to make so many great tops from just a small number of patterns. i always want to do that but i end up getting distracted by newer shinier things.
I love it for the basics and wardrobe staples. I know I like the fit and style. And I can build up those basics in my wardrobe quickly. Spring sewing will be filled with shinier newer things!
I know you do, fellow sewist! I’m having a blast updating my wardrobe items and creating more things that I actually wear daily. Thanks so much for watching! 🧵🧵
All of your makes are amazing, as always! I love the different lengths of your tops. And that is so clever to make circle scarves out of the remnants and it’s nearly zero waste! Kudos! The bright red final piece of pattern 2 is my fave!
Thank you so much! Yes, I am loving not having those odd remnants of knits sitting around. I will make a scarf, a tank, something with the remnants as often as I can! That red top is my favorite of the bunch as well.
Love that top you are wearing at the beginning and ending of your video the best but so many pretty different tops. Wow….you cleaned out 13 pieces of fabric, I would already be looking for replacements. I just love being on the hunt for beautiful fabrics. Can’t wait for your next video! 👋
You know I’m tempted Sandra! But I have all those lovely new fabrics to sew through from the last two hauls. I don’t dare even look online right now. It feels great toe complete some projects though. Thanks so much for watching!
Hey Reed Makes. Thank you so much. I hope you had fun in your sewing room today. I’m trying to get sewing time in everyday even if it’s just 30 mins. It’s the joy I need right now!
The blue top seem easy to make. I love all your beautiful styles, lengths, colors and designs tops and the modifications that you made for them. Great job Sheree! You have really been busy sewing girl. You’re Awesome! Fantastic!!! Keep them coming. Thanks for sharing your video with us. Happy sewing! ❤️
Hey Ms. Brenda! Thank you. These were all super quick seed and so practical for me and my current lifestyle. I’m glad I got them made up. I hope you have a great week! Hugs, sheree
Wow 13 tops! My favorite were the "sparkly" top, the blue one and anything Red! It was also good to see tops that were made using left over fabric with no waste. Looking forward to the next series!
Hey Cherryn! That black sparkly top is so cute. I need to figure out what to make with the fabric I left from that. I am looking forward to sharing the woven tops nexts! Have a great weekend.
Hi Rosemary. Yes, I love red also. I put that top on and had to leave it on for the video even though I’d planned to wear something else. That fabric sat for 2 years so I’m glad to have cut in to it. And yes, the Willow cardigan is a favorite-that’s another I have to force myself not to sew because I’d have 30 of them!
Thanks so much Rickey! The red one is my favorite. And yes, the blue one surprised me. I was expecting it to just be a lounging boxy top but the fabric is really making it look and feel more out together!
Thanks Pamela! Yes, they are all so different and are serving different purposes in my wardrobe. I had to force myself not to cut out any more, as there are so many more patterns to try! lol
As you know I don’t sell, but I can still admire the skill and creativity of those that do. I love that you can make so many different shirts from one pattern. Thanks for sharing.🧵🪡
I think I remember you saying you had a sewing machine, Bernie! If so, you should pull it out. I bet you and your daughter would have fun working on some projects. Thanks for watching!
I love your material and your makes! Beautiful! I have the simplicity pattern as well and made several shirts out of it! My favorite pattern! Thank you for sharing!
I like the first two patterns for everyday wear to add to my wardrobe. This was great as I have the first two patterns in my stash. I will be making these two patterns next. Thanks
Love ALL your versions! I’ve been looking for a good knit pattern for autumn/winter tops. I love both patterns and will definitely be buying and making both of them asap. Thank you so much x
Love your videos. All of those tops are really cute on you but my favourites are the red eyelet top you are wearing - that red looks beautiful on you and the 2 animal prints (mauve leopard and khaki snake). Have a great week.
I have all those patterns, but I haven’t made them yet. I really like seeing them on a video. There are so many things to sew! They are all my favorites😜 seriously though, they all turned out nice looking.
Renee, there really are so many things to sew! I have such a list going of free patterns to check out now after seeing everyones sew frugal makes. I have to stay focused! lol. Have a great weekend.
I LOVE the first pattern and I also reuse my patterns for multiple makes. When I find a pattern that really works for me, I wear it out. For me it is all about the fabric. New patterns are so much fun, and especially the various views. You asked which I liked best: the blue with embossed black, the red eyelet you are wearing, and the floral sweater knit. Hope you are well and I look forward to more videos from you.
It’s the sweetest Tshirt. Funny how a little puff in a sleeve just elevates this basic top. I’m looking forward to making more for spring and summer. I have a wrap dress pattern and a cardigan pattern that have been used as much. It’s nice when you find those tried and true patterns!
Everything looks so good on you. I liked how you extended the McCall’s tunic to be warm and cozy. But my favorite would have to be the top you wore. Great job!
I have ALL those Simplicity patterns! I am excited to dive into them after seeing how gorgeous your tops turned out. I am adding that McCalls pattern to my collection as well! I love them all, definitely my style. Thanks for sharing.
Hi Marsha! I am really pleased with all three patterns. I really love a great basic pattern that you can change up the look just with the fabric you choose. Let us know how your new tops turn out!
Thanks Mattie! If you have a Joann Fabrics near you, check the flyer as I think the Mccall’s patterns will be on sale starting on Thursday. I hope you’ll enjoy sewing these patterns up. 🧵🧵
Hi Diane! All three are really quick sews. Once you see them up, let us know how they turn out for you. Yes, that tunic has already gotten some wear. It is ridiculously cozy! Love the weight of the fabric. The print is not my typical floral but I really like it!
“But what size”? I thought I mentioned in the video. But for you to make the size You need, just look at the finished garment measurements on the package and compare to Your body measurements. The size other people make doesn’t really help because your body and measurements will be different. Hope that helps you.
Loved the video and catching up on all your videos. Also from MN- Burnsville. How do you make the cowl scarf? Nice accessory and really dresses up tops. You are a very talented sewist.

So glad you modelled them. On the hangar just doesn’t do them justice. They all look fantastic. Feeling very inspired.
Thank you. Yes, I like to take the time to model them so I can show how they fit/flow.
I love all the tops. The fabric all look soft and comfortable. I prefer the longer tops. Thanks for sharing 👍🏾♥️
Thanks Lady Cheryl. Yes, comfort was key for all of my fall/winter sewing plans. Thanks for watching!

Thanks Carlene! The red one is the last one I made and is my favorite! I love the lacy knit fabric used this way. And it’s such a lovely shade of red!
