*have* *to* vs *must*
"have to" expresses impersonal obligation.
- In Nepal, schoolchildren have to wear a uniform. (It's a rule to be followed.)
We often use "must" to say that something is essential or necessary.
- You must stop smoking if you want to live longer. (It is necessary, but not a rule.)
Police have to arrest the criminals. (rule or obligation)
We must stop crime. (necessity but not rule or obligation)
