How many of the 6 structure decks do I need to buy? A lot of TCGs you really need to buy 2 to get everything you need, wondering if shadowverse will be the same way

How come the cards barely show any difference between ultra rare and common ? I mean in the game it was pretty obvious if you look at the border, but here its kind of plain.
